Stevie J's down to get pricked for Joseline Hernandez's paternity test request but it could come back to burn her where child custody is concerned.

Stevie J just filed docs agreeing to take a DNA test to find out if he's the father of Joseline's unborn child and if he is ... Stevie's asking the court to award him primary physical custody because he thinks she's an unfit mother. In the docs, he claims Joseline may have abused drugs during the pregnancy.

He also says she has anger issues as evidenced by her acts of violence against him in the past. He claims she'll "engage in acts of parental alienation" once the kid's born and keep him away from the child.

If he's granted custody, Stevie J is also asking for child support.

TMZ broke the story ... Joseline sued earlier this month to get Stevie J to take a paternity test. She also asked for child support.

Stevie J is about to get some baby news he may not want, with the help of a judge and even a little bloodletting.

Joseline Hernandez just filed legal docs demanding that Stevie J take a paternity test, and she's so positive it will prove he's the father of her unborn baby ... she's also asking for child support and a parenting plan.

Stevie has been vague about the kid, not publicly saying it's his but not denying it either.

Joseline claims in the legal docs Stevie has privately agreed to pay her medical expenses associated with the pregnancy, although she does not say he fessed up to fatherhood.

It's now apparent she doesn't think she'll get any money from him, so she's asking a judge to extract it, and STAT.

Joseline's due in January, and now, based on some new medical advancements, all she needs to do is have some blood drawn and ... voila -- Stevie J will know his fate.

Normally, yelling "Would you like to pet my monkey?" ... in a strip club would get you immediately tossed out, but Mally Mall changed the game at Ace of Diamonds.

The 'Love and Hip Hop' star brought his little friend -- a capuchin monkey -- to hold his cash and tend to his harem. Mally was sporting a sheik costume, complete with a train of women. The video is crazy 'cause the monkey seems totally at home. Something tells us this ain't his first strip rodeo.

The Game was also taking in the action at AoD, without a primate, but you can see ... he still did alright.

Stevie J's a grown ass man who now has to live like a teenager who's been grounded.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star's been ordered to get his ass home by 10:30 PM every night. The judge in his child support case slapped him with the curfew as part of Stevie's bail terms.

According to docs ... Stevie will also have to wear a GPS monitor, provide notification before all travel and speaking of that -- he can't leave the U.S. of A.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karen King has allegedly ducked car payments and the repo man for so long she's now wanted by cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... King bought a Maserati in 2014, but it's approaching 5 months since she's made a payment on it. We're told the repo man's been after her and the whip for months, but couldn't track her down ... so heading to court was the last option.

The judge signed a warrant for Karen's arrest late last week, but she's still MIA.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Stevie J is suing his ex, Joseline Hernandez for her repeated accusations he molested his daughter, and is a devil-worshipping gay man.

Stevie J says his ex has been on a smear campaign and even enlisted a former nanny for his child to post similar allegations on social media ... according to the defamation suit, obtained by TMZ.

Stevie says Joseline's gone as far as calling Georgia's Division of Family and Children Services accusing him of sexual abuse. You'll recall Joseline posted a message to her 1.9 million followers, claiming Stevie molested the daughter he shares with Mimi Faust.

According to the docs, Joseline accused him of being gay and a devil-worshiper ... which Stevie says has damaged his reputation and exposed him to public hatred and ridicule.

The guy Karlie Redd claimed got all pervy by trying to take pic of her is now firing back ... with a defamation lawsuit.

Christopher Powe -- aka Pharaoh -- says Karlie dragged his name through the mud by making the false claims -- both to TMZ and on social media -- alleging he attacked her, tried raping her and taking her picture while she was asleep.

Powe says he and Karlie were seeing each other this summer until he pulled the plug, and she threatened to sic her goons on him. He says she was just a woman scorned who then made up lies.

Chris says Karlie went on an unrelenting campaign bad-mouthing him ... costing him tons of dough for a crisis PR guy. He's suing for more than a mil, and also wants a retraction and an apology.

We reached out to Karlie for comment ... so far no word back.

"Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Tommie Lee just proved mug shots CAN be flattering ... but it took a lot of work to get there.

The reality star turned herself into an Atlanta jail Wednesday after a warrant had been issued for her arrest stemming from a feud with co-star Joseline Hernandez. Lee documented her morning leading up to the surrender ... which really just involved putting on a ton of makeup, and slipping into a black dress.

Lee's still behind bars, and something tells us an orange jumpsuit ain't gonna be her favorite look.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Tommie Lee just got dressed to the nines for a mug shot.

Law enforcement in Atlanta tells TMZ Lee turned herself in Wednesday afternoon. Cops say they got an arrest warrant because Tommie allegedly threatened to kill fellow 'LHH' star Joseline Hernandez back in March.

Lee made a whole show out of her surrender ... making sure to get glammed for the slammer. The mug shot's gonna be a classic.

Tommie was booked for making terroristic threats.

Nya Lee's got some holes in her swimsuit game -- but photogs didn't mind it a bit when she hit the beach in Miami.

The former "Love & Hip Hop: New York" star made headlines earlier this year when she converted to Islam. During her photo shoot on Wednesday, Nya was sporting a black one-piece ... clearly designed by someone who believes less is more.

So much for true love -- just days after Ray J and Princess Love tied the knot, their 'LHHH' co-star, Moniece Slaughter, is ready to bury their marriage ... and she's got the first shovel full of dirt.

This could be a classic case of sour grapes -- after all, Moniece didn't get an invite to the wedding -- but on her way out of seeing a movie with Milan Christopher ... she claimed Ray's got no shot at being a one woman man.

Stevie J says Joseline Hernandez's life is all a lie -- right down to her age -- but the fibs weren't enough to convince a judge to issue a restraining order against her.

Stevie came out firing with juicy details about his "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" ex ... hoping they'd persuade a judge to extend a restraining order he got last month.

In his docs Stevie points out Joseline's real name is Shenellica Juneann Bettencourt ... she's 39 years old (not 29) ... isn't even from Puerto Rico ... might STILL be married to someone else ... and the baby in her belly probably isn't his.

The "newly discovered facts" fell flat ... because none of it had anything to do with the price of beans, or in this case granting a restraining order.

Joseline Hernandez claims her new "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" co-star, Tommie Lee, tried running her down with her car and threatened to kill her, and a judge must have believed her ... because Tommie's now been ordered to stay more than a football field away from her.

The way we hear the story ... Tommie Lee tried mowing Joseline down not once, but three times, while she was walking to an ATL store. We're told Tommie Lee got out of the car and threatened to shoot Joseline in the face, but alternatively would get some goons to do her in.

They fight on the show, but running people over is a whole other thing, so a judge has now ordered Tommie Lee to stay 500 yards away.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Karlie Redd has been ordered to stay 200 yards away from a rapper/promoter who claims she freaked out on him and stole his stuff.

Cops tell TMZ ... Christopher Powe -- aka Pharaoh -- filed a report saying he and Karlie had a lover's spat early Thursday in an Atlanta hotel room and she went nuts, threatening to tell people he raped her.

Sources close to Powe claim Karlie was drunk, and went off on him when he tried to leave the room. That's when she locked herself in the bathroom, and threatened to flush his stuff -- including 2 phones.

Powe says he bolted and went to get hotel security, but when they got back ... Karlie had taken off and left his belongings in the room safe.

Her rep admits Karlie locked herself in the bathroom, but only to protect herself from Powe. The real twist here -- she's claiming she caught him trying to take pictures of her sleeping, and he's only lying to cover it up.

Momma Dee is living proof it's never too late to get into the rap game -- and this live performance had way more bite than her last one.

The 52-year-old "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star performed her first rap track, "In That Order," at Blue Ivory club in the ATL. Check out the video -- we know she's lip-syncing, but those dance moves? Well, just remember ... she's somebody's grandma!
