Hudgens Accused of Being a Big Stiff

Published | Updated

Vanessa Hudgens sent a photo of herself to a guy and inscribed it with this: "Johnny, thank you for everything, without you, I would be no where, we will make it BIG- Vanessa Hudgens. Sweet." Now Johnny is suing her.

According to the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Johnny Vieira claims in May 2005, he and Hudgens entered into a production agreement to launch Vanessa's career. Vieira claims they had a deal to "share equally" in the fruits of their labor. He says the agreement was approved by the court because she was a minor.

Vieira says after "High School Musical" became a hit, she dumped him and they entered into a settlement agreement. He says she's been violating that deal and owes him more than $2 million.

Johnny on the spot is suing for more than $5 mil.

Matt's Former Manager: I'm Crazy!

Published | Updated

Matt LeBlanc wants his former manager, who's suing him, to undergo a mental evaluation. So unfriendly!

Camille Cerio filed suit against the actor last August, claiming he owed her massive amounts of cash stemming from a little TV show he did called "Friends." Cerio says she signed an agreement parting ways with Joey 12 years ago, but now alleges that piece of paper is invalid because she was depressed at the time she signed it, and unable to enter into any agreement. Matt's camp is not buying, and now wants Cerio to put her money where her mouth is and prove she's crazazy.

A hearing is set for August 13.

Candy to Ed McMahon: I'm Losing My House Too

Published | Updated

Even Candy Spelling is feeling the housing crunch -- she's scaling back from the infamous Spelling mansion to a paltry 16,500 square foot penthouse.

Spelling just dropped $47 million (!!!) of her late husband's money on a two-floor condo that is a third of the size of her 56,500 square foot Holmby Hills estate. The apartment is located on the 41st and 42nd floors of the brand new Century building and won't be ready until 2009 -- around the time Tori gives birth to her fifth rugrat.

Candy is giving up her notorious gift wrapping room, 3,500 square foot closet and bowling alley and making do with the condo's two fireplaces, dining room for 25, staff quarters, massage room, rose garden and private swimming pool. These are tough times, people!

A-Rod's Wife Files Big D

Published | Updated

Cynthia Rodriguez has officially filed for divorce from Alex Rodriguez.

In the documents, filed today in Miami, Cynthia says she's exhausted every effort to salvage the marriage. Alex has "emotionally abandoned" his wife, leaving her with no choice but to divorce him.

She says the marriage is "irretrievably broken" because of Alex's "extra-marital affairs and other marital misconduct." Note she said affairs -- plural.

She's seeking primary custody of the couple's two girls, Ella and Natasha, as well as child support to "maintain the existing lifestyle of the children." That includes life and health insurance and private school.

Cynthia says her man, a "prominent athlete" with "substantial earning power," has the "fiscal capacity to continue his high style of living" but she does not -- hence she's asking for alimony. She is asking to keep their $12 million, six-bedroom estate in Coral Gables, Fla. (and everything in it), as well as her sweet ride -- a Maybach.

She's also asking A-Rod to pay off their debt, as well as her attorney's fees.

The papers mention that a prenup was signed before the couple married in November 2002. Earle Lilly, one of Cynthia's lawyers, told TMZ last night it's too early to know if they will challenge the prenup. A lot is on the line, because A-Rod is reportedly set to rake in $445 mil over the course of his career.

As we first reported, Madonna's name will not be in the divorce papers, but Cynthia's attorney, Earle Lilly, says A-Rod's relationship with her was "the last straw."

Evander's Liquid Diet

Published | Updated

Evander Holyfield has pulled a Bill Clinton, who famously translated the word "is". Evander now says there's a difference between being "broke" and "not liquid".

"I'm not broke. I'm just not liquid," the ex-champ tells the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, insisting he didn't "blow" the hundreds of millions he scored in the ring.

His lawyers claim the 109-room mansion is no longer up for auction. Maybe he sold more of those "Real Deal" grills.

Evander made nearly $250 million from his fights over the last 24 years. And that doesn't include AFTRA scale for "Dancing."

Holyfield Goes Belly Up

Evander Holyfield made over $200 mil in the ring ... and probably another 10 grand or so on "Dancing with the Stars." So shocker -- seems he's broke.

Evander's home has gone into foreclosure and it's going on the auction block. On the home front, he's being sued for allegedly defaulting on a $550,000 landscaping bill. And, baby mama Toi Jenese Irvin is taking him to court for $6 grand in back child support.

Evander's rep was mum.

Candy Spelling: What a Slot!

Published | Updated

Candy Spelling isn't gonna just sit there with her zillion dollars in Bev Hills. She's just hit the jackpot -- again.

As TMZ Vegas spies tell us over the weekend, Candy Dandy was playing the high limit slots (up to $1,000 a pull) at the Bellagio Hotel when she cleaned the clock of a one-armed bandit to the tune of $180,000. To put this in perspective, $180 grand to her is like $8 bucks in our world.

So you think lightning only strikes once? Exactly one year ago in Vegas, Candy -- whose fortune is estimated at $600 mil -- won $200,000 at -- yes, the Bellagio. And yes, on the slots. She was actually up $350,000 at one point but couldn't walk away.

But wait, there's more. Days after her 2007 jackpot, she held a charity raffle and won a car.

Meanwhile, Tori is scrounging on hot dogs that could put her fetus at risk.

Ryan and ScarJo Lowballin' the Bling

Emma Watson turned 18 this week and got a $20 million (10.5 million GBP) present - plus a $10 check from grandma.

Watson received full access to her millions and has reportedly agreed to take a money management class offered for rich kids. Her dough is in Coutts Bank which offers a course for "children" aged 17-25 to ensure they don't spend all their coin on stuff like diamond encrusted shoe laces and pet robots.

The class is taught by former alumnus, Richie Rich. We kid, of course.

That's exactly what James D. Jenkins, who goes by the nom de freak Millennium Child, did in Colorado District Court: He claims that Snoop Dogg stole his "music strings" -- we think he means string loops -- for his song "Sensual Seduction." James also writes, and we quote, "I had hand Ice Cube manager 1 tape ... From there I don't know how Calvin Broadus [Snoop's real name] got a hold of it. The tape."

We asked Mr. Jenkins for a digital copy of his loops. He said they're on cassette tape. (Of course they are.) The Doggfather's folks haven't returned a call for comment.

K-Fed Shows His Big Tip

K-Fed lied about his income and charged up ridiculous expenses, including insane tips, according to new court documents.

Britney Spears' newest lawyer, Stacy Phillips, filed documents challenging the legal fees that Brit was ordered to pay for Fed-ex. Phillips claims K-Daddy "understated his income by at least $200,000." She also says Federline buried all sorts of personal expenses and pretended to have $800,000 worth of business expenses. PopoZão!

According to the legal papers, Federline grossed $544,074.73 from his production company, "Gooseneck Productions" in 2007, and his expenses totaled $841,128.67. Oprah Buys Gayle a Maxi Pad?

Published | Updated

Gayle King really could be movin' on up to the east side, to a deluxe apartment in the sky ... and it just might be courtesy of gal pal Oprah Winfrey. We just got -- pardon us -- the skinny.

TMZ has done some diggin' and found Oprah's LLC -- called Sophie's Penthouse -- purchased the $7.1 million phat Manhattan penthouse two weeks ago. BTW, Sophie was the name of Oprah's dog, which just died. And Sofia was her character in "The Color Purple." Good detective work, we think.

There are reports Gayle is moving in. A well-placed source connected to the property tells us it's "uncertain" at this time if Gayle will live large in O's pad. Gayle has said she wants to spend more time in NYC to work with O's magazine and her XM radio show.

O had no comment. Gayle's peeps tell TMZ they don't comment on her private life. They leave that to us!
