Marc Anthony Divorce He's Hiding His Millions Ex-Wife Tells Judge
Marc Anthony is hiding a fortune ... according to his ex-wife Dayanara Torres who dragged the singer back into court today as she battles to get him to pay more child support.
Both Anthony and Torres were in an L.A. County courtroom ... where she claimed Anthony hasn't been honest in disclosing all of his assets -- including homes and income. She also says he has no problem shelling out money to other people ... claiming he pays $330K a year to support relatives, girlfriends and kids.
Anthony argued he's so rich it would be too hard to calculate every single dollar he earns. He's claimed he already pays Torres more than enough to take care of the kids and anything else would "spoil them rotten."
But the judge wasn't buying what Marc was selling ... and ordered him to submit a complete accounting of his income and expenses by 10 A.M. Tuesday.
As we've reported ... Torres wants a huge increase in monthly child support -- from $13K a month to $113K -- saying she can't give their boys the lavish lifestyle Marc gives them, complete with world travel, private jets and fancy hotels.

Young Money Sued By Teen Group You Can't Just Dump Us ... PAY UP
Young Money doesn't pay young money -- at least according to teen boy rap group W3 The Future, who claims the record label unceremoniously dumped them without making good on their contract.
The group's production company Grassroots Productions sued Young Money Entertainment and Cash Money Records, claiming it signed a record deal last May in which Cash Money promised $600,000 to cover both the group's advance ... as well as the recording budget for their first album.
Grassroots claims YME and CMR paid the initial recording fees but ultimately failed to pay the bulk of the $600,000 ... even after W3 The Future delivered their album months later as promised.
Grassroots says CMR simply told them, "Cash Money is not moving forward with this project." And that was that.

Donald Sterling Charities Split Do We Keep the Loot or Not?
Here's the moral dilemma ... you're a charity and a really bad guy -- aka Donald Sterling --- has given you a TON of money ... Do you now give it back?
We canvassed some of the recipients of Sterling's generosity ... and some feel it's dirty money ... while others say a buck's a buck.
-- A Place Called Home -- a program for high-risk teens -- got a $100,000 donation from Sterling, doled out in $10K yearly installments. The charity has received $30K, which it will NOT return, but it is REJECTING the $70K balance.
-- Temple of the Arts -- It's keeping Sterling's $10K donation.
-- L.A. Union Rescue Mission -- It's been receiving $10K a year. They're keeping the cash, telling TMZ, "We take money from all kinds of bad people all the time."
-- Goodwill of So. Cal. -- It got a $100,000 donation from Sterling, doled out over 10 years. It has received $20K so far and it's giving all the money back and not accepting the balance.
-- American Diabetes Ass'n -- Sterling donated $25K. It's keeping the loot, telling us, "The sad reality is that without donations like Mr. Sterling's, we can't help the people that we do."
As we previously reported ... Sterling pledged $3 MIL to UCLA for kidney research with $425K up front. The school is returning the $425K and refusing to accept the rest.
And L.A.'s Simon Wiesenthal Center's Museum of Tolerance is keeping the $30K it already received, telling us they already spent the money.

UCLA to Sterling We Don't Want Your Money!
UCLA is saying thanks but no thanks to Donald Sterling's $3 million pledge ... saying essentially its dirty money and they don't want it.
Sterling gifted $3 mil to the school, with an initial check for $425,000. The money was earmarked for kidney research.
And get this. The ad (above) that was placed in Sunday's L.A. Times is a "thank you" from UCLA to Donald and Shelly Sterling. UCLA claims the ad was placed by Donald Sterling, NOT the university.
We just got off the phone with a rep for the L.A.'s Simon Wiesenthal Center's Museum of Tolerance, who says they got $30K from Sterling over the last 3 years ... and they're keeping it -- because the money's already been spent on programs to help fight racism. But ... they won't accept any money in the future.

Panic! at the Disco Lead Singer My Roommate Robbed Me Blind
The lead singer of the rock group Panic! at the Disco is a little slow on the uptake -- finally realizing after years his former roommate has been bleeding his bank account dry with unauthorized withdrawals ... at least that's what he claims in a new lawsuit.
Brendon Urie claims in the suit -- obtained by TMZ -- he lived with a guy named Shane Valdez from 2008 - January, 2010. Urie admits to doing something incredibly stupid -- giving his roomie access to his personal bank account to pay shared living expenses.
You can see where this is going ...
Urie claims it wasn't until November 2013 -- long after they stopped living together - that he noticed Valdez had made 70 withdrawals totaling $127,269.54.
Urie says Valdez copped to taking the money, but that an attorney for Valdez says the money was used for a documentary about Urie's life. Urie says the pair never discussed any such project.
Shane tells TMZ the lawsuit is ridiculous, even though he hasn't seen it yet. "We were best friends for a long time and there is nothing about his claims that are true."
And you thought "Single White Female" was scary.

Jeff 'The Dude' Dowd Inspiration For 'Lebowski' Character Claims UCLA Docs Killed My Mom

According to the lawsuit ... Dowd's elderly mother was hospitalized March 29, 2013 suffering from bronchitis ... and was dead within a month after she got progressively worse -- suffering internal bleeding, dehydration and finally a massive stroke.
Dowd tells TMZ ... his mother was handed off from one doctor to another, often without adequate information about what meds she was taking. Dowd says it was that breakdown in communication that led to her death.
Dowd -- who's also suing a convalescent home -- says he wants to help reform communications in the medical field ... saying hundreds of thousands of people die in hospitals every year from that kind of failure.
And that ... the Dude does NOT abide.

V. Stiviano I Was Sterling's Sugar Baby for 4 Years
So much for V. Stiviano's claims she was NEVER Donald Sterling's girlfriend ... her own court documents say she was a prop to show off the Clippers owner's "sexual prowess."
TMZ broke the story, Stiviano has been denying she was ever Sterling's girlfriend -- telling people she was simply his "archivist" for years and things never progressed beyond work-related interactions.
But Stiviano says the opposite in new court docs -- claiming she's been Sterling's sexy sidepiece for 4 years, much to the mortification of Sterling's wife Shelly.
The documents -- filed this month in connection with Shelly's lawsuit against V. claiming she duped Donald into showering her with more than $2 mil in gifts -- say the relationship between V. and Donald was "neither [a] hidden, closeted, nor a clandestine 'affair' at any time," adding it was "open notorious, obvious and long standing."
The documents never use the term "girlfriend" or "boyfriend" to characterize the relationship and it doesn't say they had sex. But it sure is coy.

Valerie Harper Sued By Broadway Honcho How Dare You Get Brain Cancer During My Play!
-
EXCLUSIVE
- 1.4K shares
Not only did Valerie Harper have the nerve to get cancer without telling the bigwigs behind her recent Broadway play ... she had the audacity to let it spread to her brain, causing her to forget her lines ... this according to the most tasteless lawsuit we've ever read.
Playwright Matthew Lombardo and the producers behind his Broadway production of "Looped" are suing Harper for $2 million, claiming she intentionally failed to notify them in 2012 that her cancer had returned with a vengeance ... all in a sinister plot to keep her job.
According to the lawsuit, Harper couldn't keep the ruse going for long -- Lombardo and co. claim her evil plan fell apart when she began to forget her lines and slur her speech during rehearsals.
Lombardo claims the director urged Harper to see a doctor, which she did -- and it was during that visit that she discovered her lung cancer had spread to her brain.
Harper was forced to pull out of the show due to her health issues -- no duh -- and according to the lawsuit, she selfishly left Lombardo scrambling to find a suitable replacement. At the time, Harper was given just months to live.
Lombardo claims the inconvenience cost him $500,000. He also wants an additional $1.5 million to punish Harper for her heinous misdeeds.
Worth noting, Lombardo filed his lawsuit in response to one filed by Harper, in which she claims Lombardo failed to pay the remainder of her contract despite her illness.

Nic Cage's Ex-GF Yeah, I Stiffed My Landlord ... The House Was Crawling with Mold
Nic Cage's ex claims her rental house is infested with toxic black mold that makes her sick -- and tells TMZ that's why she stopped paying rent ... and got slapped with an eviction notice.
We broke the story ... Christina Fulton and her son Weston Cage's landlord claims they missed two months worth of rent -- totaling $12,000 -- but now Christina's saying they weren't even living in the house because the mold problem was killing her.
She says she had a company test the house ... and claims they found dangerously high levels of mold.
Fulton says she has allergies that make her susceptible to illness from mold -- so she informed the landlord about the problem, withheld rent and temporarily moved out ... until it could be fixed.
Fulton claims she and the landlord have now worked out an agreement -- she'll start paying rent again once she has proof the mold is gone.
We don't know if the landlord's backed off the eviction -- we've reached out, but so far no word back.

Beyonce's Dad Off The Hook For Now On Child Support
Beyonce's dad -- the onetime millionaire manager of Destiny's Child -- just got a pass from a judge on his child support obligation ... because he grossly overpaid in the past.
As we've reported ... baby mama Alexsandra Wright has dragged Mathew Knowles in and out of court for months ... accusing him of falling behind in support payments for their 3-year-old son.
Knowles had been ordered to pay Wright $12K a month as of Feb. 2013 ... but a few weeks ago, he got a judge to reduce it to $2,485 a month, claiming his income had dwindled.
But sources familiar with the case tell us ... Knowles just scored again, convincing the judge he's been OVER-PAYING all along -- arguing the entire time he should only have been paying $2,485 ... amounting to an overpayment of $110K.
The judge agreed ... giving him credit for the overpayment.
Bottom line Knowles won't have to pay Wright -- who has been getting $300 a month in food stamps -- ANYTHING for the next 3-and-a-half years. Wright vows to continue her fight.
But there's a final twist ... Welfare officials typically come after the dad when the mom is on public assistance, so we're told he'll probably end up giving her something, beginning this summer.

Marc Anthony is SCOFFING at his ex-wife for daring to claim he made $60 million over the last 4 years. Marc says she's way off ... he only made a hair over $40 mil.
Marc filed new legal docs in his ongoing custody war with former Miss Universe Dayanara Torres, who claims she was forced to live in a crappy San Fernando Valley hovel with their 2 kids while he lives lavishly.

It all adds up so fast. Marc says he's spent around $400,000 on domestic help over the last 2 years. We're guessing that doesn't include shelling out for JLo while she did "Maid in Manhattan."

Dayanara wants her monthly child support upped from $13K to $113K.
