Sean Kingston Sued You Rolled with Our $46k Rolex ... But Only Paid for Half!!
Sean Kingston bought a $46k Rolex, but bounced the check to the jeweler and still owes almost half the bill ... according to a new lawsuit.
Norman Silverman Diamonds says the rapper paid $10k upfront and sent a check for $36k a few days later to have the Rollie shipped to one of his biz associates in June 2013. After the watch was mailed, though ... the jeweler says the check did not clear.
According to the docs obtained by TMZ, the jeweler was able to collect $15k more from Kingston in September 2013, but since then he's gone radio silent ... leaving an unpaid balance of $21,353.
It's been nearly 4 years, but time has not healed this Rolex wound. Silverman wants the rapper to pay up now and throw in extra dough for damages and lawyer fees.
Hate to say it, but Silverman might need to take a number.

Bill Cosby My Insurance Company Will Foot Bills In Sexual Assault Cases
-
EXCLUSIVE
Bill Cosby just protected his pocketbook in a big way, after his insurance company agreed to foot the bill in 3 of his sexual assault cases.
Cosby's insurance company, AIG, had initially said it would not pay his costs or any civil judgment, on grounds the policy excluded "sexual molestation, misconduct or harassment."
A judge ruled AIG did indeed have a duty to defend Cosby, which apparently triggered the settlement. The insurance company has agreed to cover his costs in civil cases filed by 3 women -- Tamara Green, Therese Serignese and Linda Traitz.
AIG agreed to reimburse Cosby $675,000 for attorneys fees and costs he's already incurred, and it appears they will cover future costs as well.
As for AIG's obligation to pay any judgment the women may eventually get against Cosby, it appears that issue will have to wait until a jury actually rules against the comedian.

Mel B clearly wants to move on with her life, because the very same day estranged husband Stephen Belafonte was kicked out of the family house that has been up for sale for only 2 weeks, she lowered the price by a million bucks.
The Hollywood Hills home was put on the market March 22 for $8.995 mil. On Monday, just after a judge ordered Stephen to leave, the asking price went down to $7.995 mil.
Our sources say Mel B might not even live there while the house is up for sale, because it has a lot of bad memories.
The house is 6,000 square feet ... 4 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths.

'RuPaul's Drag Race' Star Sues Management For Allegedly Stealing Millions
PEG tells us Adore's allegations are "categorically inaccurate in every regard, including [Adore's] income, expenses and PEG's commissions." The managers insist they "would never take actions that are adverse to the careers of our artists" ... and they're confident the suit will be tossed.
Drag queen Adore Delano from "RuPaul's Drag Race" says he should be a multi-millionaire, but his management stole almost everything out from under his powdered nose.
In a lawsuit, Adore says he earned $2.5 million over the past 3 years -- mostly off 2 hit singles and hundreds of concerts -- but only walked away with $300k. He believes his managers at Producer Entertainment Group conspired with his record label, and others, to embezzle his hard earned dough.
Adore says he's found multiple examples of PEG nickel-and-diming him, often taking as much as 70% of his appearance fees and other revenue streams. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, the management team threatened to "destroy his career" if Adore continued questioning his finances.
He's suing for $1 million in lost wages, and another $2.5 mil in punitive damages.
Tupac Shakur Memorabilia Auction Still A Go Despite Lawsuit Threats
A Brooklyn auction house isn't backing down from selling Tupac Shakur's most prized possessions, despite a couple of aggressive lawsuits from the estate of his late mother, Afeni.
Black Heritage Auction is selling 2Pac's handwritten lyrics and jewelry the very day he gets inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
There's a lot of loot on the line ... the 39 items have a starting bid of $480k, and the auction company's goal is to sell in the 7 figure range. Some of the highlights include Pac's:
- "All Eyez On Me" tracklist ... $30k
- "All Eyez On Me Book II" CD master ... $20k
- Nose stud from the cover of "All Eyez On Me" ... $7.5k
- New York Prisoner Identification Card ... $10k
- Personal signed Koran ... $30k
- Gold and diamond medallion ... $38k
- Famous Dolce & Gabbana wool jacket ... $7.5k
- Lyrics for "Wonda Why They Call U Bitch" ... $15k
A company rep tells us they never reached out to Afeni's estate because they didn't think they needed to -- they feel they got the stuff lawfully. Lawyers for the estate beg to differ.
Afeni's estate sued a different auction house for hawking Pac's old passport, driver's license and a bunch of other stuff they claim wasn't the dealer's to sell. For the record, Black Heritage Auction has not been contacted by the estate.

John Mayer Live Nation Ain't Waitin' On The World ... To Chump Change Me
Live Nation is hell-bent on making sure no one's peddling bootleg John Mayer t-shirts outside Madison Square Garden next month when his show rolls through town.
The company just got a temporary restraining order banning street vendors from manufacturing, distributing or selling any merch with Mayer's logo or likeness 4 hours before and/or after his April 5th show within a 4-mile radius of the venue.
We're told the NYPD has a special task force to deal with these types of issues, called the "MSG Team," who will seize any counterfeit gear.
Good news is there'll be plenty of official merch to purchase ... for way more.

French Montana Trusts 'Hustling' Candy Kids ... Game Can't Say the Same
French Montana has a very charitable policy when it comes to kids hawking candy -- give 'em the money first, ask questions later.
We got French leaving Le Jardin in Hollywood Saturday night, where he helped out a teen selling sweets by handing him cash -- looks like a $100 -- and giving him props for working hard.
Watch his face after he gives up the hundo though. French assumed the kid's a high school athlete raising money for his team, but seems to realize he should've confirmed that sooner.
In the end, French seemed convinced he didn't get ripped off ... which is more than we can say for The Game, who called out the kids as candy "hustlers."

Rihanna Puma Pounces in Lawsuit Forever 21 Is Jacking Her Shoes!
Forever 21 needs to step the hell off Rihanna's coattails, and her footwear designs for that matter ... according to Puma which says the retail giant is straight ripping off RiRi.
Puma is suing Forever 21 in federal court, accusing the company of illegally knocking off several shoes Rihanna helped design for Puma's "Fenty" label. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Forever 21 has copied at least 3 of Puma and Rihanna's designs -- the Creeper, the Bow Slide and the Fur Slide.
Rihanna's served as Women's Creative Director and brand ambassador for the sportswear co. since 2014. Puma openly admits in the lawsuit, it keeps volume low on her line in order to create demand for the "luxury products" -- a strategy it claims Forever 21 screws with its replica shoes.
Forever 21's whole "business model is based on trading off of the established goodwill of reputable, name-brand companies, such as Puma" ... according to the suit.
Translation: They're biting our style because they know it's hot.
Puma points out it holds patents and copyrights for the shoe line. It's suing to immediately shut down sales of the "knocked-off" gear, and for ALL Forever 21's profits from them.
