'Sugar' Shane Mosley My Ex-Wife Robbed Me We Were NEVER Really Married!!

Published | Updated

"Sugar" Shane Mosley says he suffered a love TKO because his ex was already married when she said "I do" to him, and then made out like a bandit when she divorced him -- but that's not her memory of what went down.

The ex boxing champ marched into an L.A. courthouse on Wednesday to start taking legal action against Jin Mosley -- who he was married to from 2002 to 2011. Shane claims he recently got proof Jin was also married to another guy from 1995 until 2006 ... which would make her a bigamist.

It would also mean Shane and Jin were never legally married, and therefore never divorced -- which makes a huge financial difference, 'cause according to docs ... Jin cleaned up in the break up:

- 3 houses
- several investment and bank accounts
- 2009 Mercedes G Wagon and 2008 Cadillac Escalade
- income from Mosley's fight library
- $600k lump sum for spousal support

So, clearly there's a lot on the line. However, Jin tells TMZ Sports ... she has no idea what Shane is talking about, and denies being married to anyone else.

It's unclear what kind of "proof" Shane has, but outside court he told us he plans to sue for bigamy and fraud so he can get back everything he shelled out.

Rich Homie Quan Sues Record Exec Is Living On My Cash! Hits Funded His Housing

Rich Homie Quan claims he's another victim of the greedy record industry ... and is suing his label for allegedly ripping him off to the tune of $2 million.

In his lawsuit obtained by TMZ, RHQ calls out Think It’s A Game Entertainment and its CEO for screwing him out of royalties from several albums including his biggest hits “Flex” and "Type of Way.”

Quan says he's cut all ties with Think It’s A Game Entertainment. We reached out to the label and its CEO ... no word back yet.

Shark Tank's Daymond John I LOVE the KKK Guy Rocking FUBU

Published | Updated

Daymond John is looking to cash in on the KKK -- and says he'll even HIRE the KKK member who was wearing FUBU sneakers at a Confederate flag rally!!

Read it again ... it's not a typo.

We got the "Shark Tank" star in NYC and had to get his reaction to the video of a Georgia reporter confronting a KKK member about rocking sneakers by FUBU -- which, of course, is the line John famously founded ... specifically to empower the black community.

Daymond says, "The guy has great taste in sneakers and ... people have been calling FUBU every day now! I wish I knew his name, I want to write him a check!!" He does say he wishes the guy would change his ways, but then gushes even more about him.

DJ was recently named Presidential Ambassador for Global Entrepreneurship -- so he knows a biz opportunity when he sees one, but this video's still kinda shocking.

If he goes forward with this, we'd like to suggest a spinoff brand -- FRBU??

Daymond says he was kidding around and being sarcastic when he said he'd hire the guy. Daymond came on "TMZ Live" and explained his sarcasm when he said he'd give the guy a job. He wants to make it clear he would NOT hire him.

50 Cent Desperately Seeking Renter ... For My MANSION!!

Published | Updated

50 Cent is looking to make a quick buck off one of his greatest assets ... his massive Connecticut estate is now available for rent.

Since he filed for bankruptcy, 50's been trying to dig out from under his debts, and during a meeting of his creditors on Wednesday ... his lawyers revealed the rapper is now trying to sublet the mansion which features 21 bedrooms, 9 kitchens, and even a freakin' CASINO!

No word on how much 50's asking, but bankruptcy docs show he'd been paying $72,000 per month just for maintenance on the place.

The mansion is financially cursed -- previous owner Mike Tyson went bankrupt while living there, and a Lithuanian businessman also went belly up when he called it home.

James Harden & Nike No Knee-Jerk Reactions To Adidas Offer

Published | Updated

Nike is unsure if it's gonna just do it with James Harden -- TMZ Sports has learned the Swoosh isn't jumping to top his $200 million Adidas offer.

We spoke with some Nike honchos who told us they held a war room style gathering in the wake of Adidas trying to nab last year's MVP runner-up, and former Nike client. We're told they were unable to reach any consensus about a counter offer amount, or if they even want to make a counter.

As one source put it, "Signing James is Nike's top priority, but we do have other athletes as well that we're looking to sign."

Translation: We're not sure we want to break the bank for just one guy. Nike has one week to counter, and we're told it will use all of that time, if necessary.

Tick tock ...

Britney Spears Lifetime Conservatorship

Published | Updated

Britney Spears has been under a remarkably successful conservatorship for 7 1/2 years, and sources familiar with the situation tell us it could last a lifetime.

We're told there are no plans to end the conservatorship, even in the long term, and no one involved is complaining. As TMZ and every other media outlet reported, Britney was so bad off at the end of 2007 her family was in fear she would die.

After she was taken to the hospital on a psych hold, her dad, Jamie Spears, went to court and a conservatorship was established in January 2008. There are actually 2 conservatorships ... one for the person, and one for finances.

Fact is ... the conservatorships have worked remarkably well. Britney -- who at her worst was on the verge of losing permanent custody of her kids -- is now by any standard a great parent. Jamie and Britney's doctors have stabilized her to the point she can successfully work and maintain a personal life.

As for the financial conservatorship, it has been a huge success. Last year alone the conservatorship raked in $14 million, and that's only a portion of Britney's financial machine. As one source said, before the conservatorship her finances were an absolute mess, and the ship has been fully righted.

We're told Britney -- who has a team of lawyers and doctors, along with Jamie, managing the conservatorship -- has "substantial day-to-day freedom" to make her own decisions.

Short story ... if the conservatorship were to end, there would be significant risk she could backslide. The plan is to continue the conservatorship indefinitely ... because it works.

KoЯn’s Jonathan Davis Lawyers Slaying Me For Serial Killer Museum Case

Published | Updated

Korn frontman Jonathan Davis got a bloody good deal when he wriggled out of a costly lawsuit over a failed serial killer museum, but he forgot to pay the guys who got him that deal ... and now they're suing.

Davis was supposed to open the "American Curiosities Museum" with another investor, but the deal fell apart and Davis got sued twice. His lawyers say they stepped in, in 2006, and helped reach a settlement ... and even gave him a payment plan to settle his legal tab.

The attorneys say he owed $158,407 ... and they agreed to let him pay it down $1,000 a month. However, Davis stopped paying after just 2 months.

Now they're suing for the balance plus interest -- which brings his legal debt to a whopping $256,021.

Davis is learning the hard way -- the only thing scarier than a serial killer ... is an unpaid lawyer.

50 Cent Socked With Another $2 Mil in Sex Tape Damages

Published | Updated

2:25 PM PT -- 50 Cent's attorney has released a statement saying the rapper plans to fight the judgement hoping to "reduce the size of the award."

50 Cent has to fork over another $2 million in punitive damages to Rick Ross' baby mama for leaking her sex tape.

The jury announced the judgment in NYC on Friday. 50 already got hit with a $5 million judgment in the case earlier this month ... which lead to him filing for personal bankruptcy.

He told the jury this week that he was worth less than $5 million -- in an effort to get some leniency. Seems like it worked ... since Lastonia Leviston was seeking $15 mil in punitive damages.
