Rumors have been circulating that Lady Gaga and Elton John both demanded a huge pile of money to perform at the wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez ... but TMZ has learned it's all BS.

Here's the deal ... with the Venice mega-wedding in the rearview mirror, gossip has been spun into headlines -- such as both superstars wanting a fee of $6 million apiece to perform for the 200 who's who guest list -- which Bezos passed on.

Insiders for both icons tell TMZ ... the whole story is laughable ... 'cause it just didn't happen. We hear that neither Elton nor Gaga was even approached to play the wedding -- let alone demand such a gigantic fee.

Chris Brown's putting one part of his legal battle over an alleged nightclub fight behind him -- as he seems to have reached a settlement with the guy who sued him over it.

Abe Diaw sued Chris back in 2023, claiming the singer struck him with a tequila bottle during an appearance at TAPE nightclub in London -- but on Friday, Abe filed docs asking an L.A. County judge to dismiss the suit.

According to the docs, Diaw wants it dismissed with prejudice ... meaning he can't refile it, and that typically means there was a settlement between the parties. We don't know if there was any money exchanged ... we've reached out to attorneys for Chris and Abe.

Andy Cohen has officially sold his longtime New York City duplex, marking the end of a two-decade chapter in the Bravo host’s real estate journey in this location ... TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us the Bravo boss, who originally listed the West Village property in September 2024 for $14 million, sold the property for $10.5 million last week.
