Rod Wave's "Last Lap" tour didn't conclude as planned, and the Florida rapper is now staring down a new lawsuit filed by concert giant Grizzly Touring, who says Wave made costly mistakes ... to the tune of $27 million!!!

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Grizzly claims Rod Wave and Hit House Entertainment owe the touring company approximately $27 million in unearned advances, insisting the "Rags To Riches" star flat out REFUSED to honor his contractual obligations to secure exclusivity to his live performances.

Grizzly says they advanced Rod Wave and were set to pay him $40,250,000 for 35 shows -- and even advanced him $20,125,000 upfront to cover various costs, including production ... and then advanced even more money for various expenses, bringing the grand total to more than $57 million.

Yet to date, the touring giant says Rod has only performed 26 shows, earning $29,900,000 against the guarantee, and Grizzly says he or Hit House haven't complied with their demands for the extra $27 million owed on the advances!!!

To add insult to injury, Grizzly says they've been watching Rod's pockets and saw how he spent the unearned advance money on private jets and a lavish 2nd home.

The lawsuit claims Rod Wave also announced plans to launch a new tour through his own touring company ... which Grizzly says is a blatant violation of his obligation to give them exclusivity under the contract.

All in all, Grizzly says it is owed more than $27 million for the advances plus additional damages for their lost profits ... and they want the judge to block Wave from performing any concerts in violation of the exclusivity provision of their deal.

Spencer Dinwiddie's time in Calabasas is coming to an end -- the former Laker just listed his mansion for a little over $6 million after signing with the Hornets this offseason.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained legal docs on Friday filed in Broward County, Florida, showing Turk is suing Artists By Artists Agency LLC and Dope Shows Inc. for breach of contract, unauthorized use of his name and likeness, and more.

According to the suit, Turk was booted from the tour in July after he was faced with a pay cut and refused to budge, citing the contract he previously signed ... he says the contract was for $400K and he wasn't going to walk away from the hundreds of thousands still owed to him under it.

Vegas Auto Group is fighting back against Floyd Mayweather, a day after he sued the dealership ... with the Sin City-based biz claiming the boxing legend skipped out on a $1.25 million bill for a Maybach!

TMZ Sports broke the story ... 48-year-old Mayweather filed suit against Vegas Auto Gallery on Thursday in Nevada, claiming the luxury dealership of shady practices surrounding the sale of a rare 2018 Mercedes Maybach G650 Landaulet.

Long story short, Floyd doesn't believe he should have to pay for the vehicle (he wants to return it) ... while the dealership wholeheartedly disagrees, and they aren't mincing their words.

David Geffen says he's ready to move on from his marriage and be an unmarried man again ... and he's even prepared to cut some big checks to his estranged husband.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the billionaire says he's willing to pay his estranged husband, David Andrew Armstrong (AKA Donovan Michaels), up to $50,000 a month in spousal support.

The catch here ... Geffen says the payments should only last for 12 months and be retroactive to their split ... adding he should get credit for whatever he's shelled out already.
