The actress was spotted out Tuesday in Madrid, embracing her quieter chapter ... stopping to pick up a colorful bundle of flowers while spending time with her kids.

Dressed in green workout gear and sneakers, Amber appeared more focused on family logistics than Hollywood logistics ... juggling strollers, flowers, and mom duty like a seasoned pro.

Christina Ricci's ex-husband went to court to complain about his custody arrangement with the actress after she allegedly boozed it up on a plane next to their son, Freddie.

James Heerdegen filed a request for an emergency hearing over their custody arrangement after he says their son, Freddie, contacted him recently and claimed Christina drank alcohol during their June 16 flight to Canada.

Thing is ... when Freddie spoke with his legal representative, he "advised that he 'overreacted' in sending those text messages to his father" and "that the description of Ms. Ricci's alcohol consumption and behavior thereafter was not as he had described" ... this according to documents filed by the minor's counsel in the case and obtained by TMZ.

The docs say Freddie added he had "no fear in continuing to be" in his mother's custody.

Kendall Jenner and Jacob Elordi are taking their relationship Down Under ... jetting off to Australia a few days before his birthday.

Here's the deal ... actress Julia Ormond sued CAA, Weinstein, Miramax and Disney under the Adult Survivors Act in New York in 2023 ... claiming CAA knew of Weinstein’s repeated sexual misconduct and sent her on a dinner meeting with him anyway. She said this led to him sexually assaulting her in December 1995.

Ormond's legal team finally scored a court order requiring Ovitz to show face for a deposition, but he flat-out declined to comply once the questions moved from Weinstein to his association with Epstein.

"Devastated" Cathy Chase revealed the "Lilo & Stitch" star became addicted to painkillers following a serious motorcycle accident around 2016 ... which marked the beginning of a downward spiral, according to The Daily Mail.

Cathy told DM she knew her daughter was "seeking drugs and was partying with the wrong people." She added Daveigh was "completely gone" by 2019, when she visited her in jail in October 2019 after she was charged with two counts of burglary.
