Jon Cypher -- who famously played Prince Charming opposite Julie Andrews in the original TV production of "Cinderella" -- is dead.

The actor died August 3 at his home in Central Point, Oregon, with his wife of 40 years, Carol Rosin, by his side ... his family announced.

A cause of death was not disclosed.

Jon became a familiar face on television as the politically ambitious Police Chief Fletcher Daniels on "Hill Street Blues," appearing throughout the acclaimed drama's run.

Actress Tedde Moore -- who famously played Miss Shields in "A Christmas Story" — has died.

Moore passed away last Wednesday in Huntsville, Ontario, Canada, according to a Facebook post under her name. Her cause of death was not released.

Moore kicked off her acting career by starring alongside Christopher Walken in the play, "A Midsummer Night's Dream," in Stratford, Ontario.

Robert Carradine’s family is suing the regents of the University of California, alleging serious failures at UCLA contributed to the actor’s death earlier this year.

The wrongful-death and elder-abuse lawsuit filed on Friday claims Carradine entered UCLA’s locked psychiatric unit seeking treatment and hoping the structured environment would "help with his anxiety," according to documents obtained by TMZ.

According to the lawsuit, however, the family believes UCLA failed to follow important safety procedures during Carradine’s stay ... one of the key allegations centers on a belt Carradine reportedly had with him when he was admitted.

Michael B. Jordan and British singer Raye are sending romance rumors into overdrive after they were spotted having a roller-coaster-filled day together at an L.A. amusement park.

The "Sinners" star and British "Where Is My Husband!" singer were spotted spending the day together at Six Flags Magic Mountain outside Los Angeles on Friday, riding roller coasters and enjoying some downtime.

"Highlander" star Christopher Lambert suffered a medical emergency at a convention Saturday and was whisked away by an ambulance, TMZ has learned.

Christopher was signing autographs at the Steel City Con in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania when he suddenly collapsed, a witness tells us. He was then transported from the convention hall via ambulance.

No worries here -- a rep for the star tells TMZ he is "perfectly ok" and resting in his hotel room. They say he had not gotten sleep the night before and hadn't eaten much during the day, which dropped his blood sugar.

Orlando Bloom wanted a little more than a sea view on his Mallorca getaway ... breaking out the binoculars while cruising the Mediterranean with Woody Harrelson.

The Hollywood pals were spotted aboard a luxury yacht off the Spanish island Friday ... stripping down to their swim trunks and soaking up plenty of sunshine.

Reese Witherspoon's father was rushed to a Nashville hospital on Friday ... after he was reportedly found face down on the ground at his home.

84-year-old John Draper Witherspoon was discovered on the concrete by the pool at his condo ... according to Page Six.

John appeared to be conscious when he was rushed to the hospital ... but nothing else about what happened or how he is doing is known.
