Will Ferrell They Call Me 'Ted Vagina'
Will Ferrell is a Vagina ... Ted Vagina, to be exact ... at least according to the name tag he wore at the Lakers game last night.
Ferrell -- sporting a nicely manicured moustache -- threw on a Staples Center usher uniform (complete with the Vagina name tag) ... and went to work on the court ... keeping the floor safe from basketball hooligans.
At one point, Ted put Shaquille O'Neal in an arm bar -- and escorted the big guy off the court.
Vagina always gets his man.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch is actively courting James to direct and star in a porn version of "The Canyons" ... the movie he starred in alongside Lindsay Lohan.
Hirsch sent James a letter, in which he tries to lure Deen to the project by saying, "It would be a first in parodies ... the actual star of a mainstream movie also starring in an X-Rated version of that same movie! How cool is that?"
As for who they've lined up for the role of Lindsay, Hirsch says they've gathered "a list of hot women" for him to consider.
Unclear if the real Lindsay is on Hirsch's hit list, but if Octomom can do it ...

Brosnan confessed yesterday in Malibu, "Well, they'll be missing one."
It's unclear, but his tone and body language seems to suggest he is the one that wants no part of it.
Who woulda thunk -- Sean Connery was our bet for the holdout.

LeVar Burton 'Django Unchained' Is NOTHING Like 'Roots'
"Django Unchained" is NOT a movie that's based in reality ... and should NEVER be compared to real depictions of slavery like "Roots" ... so says LeVar Burton.
LeVar -- who played Kunta Kinte in the 1977 miniseries -- was in New York yesterday to participate in a PBS special about important TV programs ... when we asked him about comparisons between "Roots" and "Django."
"Here's what I want folks to understand," Burton said ... "'Django' is a fantasy, it's not history ... 'Roots' is history ... and that's the difference."
Side note -- Our photog couldn't have been LESS articulate in delivering the question ... and as a consequence, the entire newsroom banned together to shame and taunt him without mercy.

Marlon Wayans I 'Wipe My Ass' w/ My 'Scary Movie' Residuals
Marlon Wayans is still pissed that he was pushed out of the "Scary Movie" franchise in 2003 ... literally ... 'cause the dude tells TMZ he urinates all over his "Scary Movie" residual checks.
Marlon's been pretty vocal about how he felt shafted when the movie studio cut ties with him before "Scary Movie 3" ... and in his opinion, ruined the franchise.
So when we asked Marlon if he still gets residual checks for his work on the first two SM flicks, he told us ... "I think every time I get a residual from 'Scary Movie' I wipe my ass with it."
He continued, "Or I drink a lot of liquor ... piss on it ... and light it on fire -- but I'm not angry."
Marlon did add the obligatory politically correct comment -- saying he wishes the franchise nothing but love ... but it's clear, dude is still bitter.

Tony Scott Talent Agency Files $1 Mil Claim Against Producer's Estate
Prolific Hollywood producer Tony Scott died before paying his agent more than $1 MILLION in commissions -- this according to new legal docs -- and now, the agency's going after Scott's estate for its money.
CAA filed the creditor's claim against Scott's estate in L.A. County Superior Court this week, claiming Scott died owing $70,426 in commissions for "Unstoppable," $450,000 for "Man on Fire," $110,096 for "The Taking of Pelham 123," $400,000 for "Deja Vu," and $10,000 for some video game project.
All told, CAA says Scott's estate owes $1,040,522.
And to give you an idea of how rich the "Top Gun" director was -- the docs show what he was paid for his directing and producing roles on each project ...
"Man on Fire" -- $8 million
"Unstoppable" -- $4.5 million
"The Taking of Pelham 123" -- $9.5 million
"Deja Vu" -- $10 million
Video game -- $250,000
And that doesn't take into account all of his profit-sharing percentages ... i.e. what he'd get paid in addition to his salary based on the success of each project.
As we reported, Scott took his own life last August, jumping off an L.A. bridge to his death.
According to Scott's rep, Simon Halls, this is standard legal procedure for companies to file these claims after a death. He adds, "Tony and CAA had a wonderful 25 year relationship, and Tony's estate will work to get this settled as quickly as possible."

'Django' Slave Toys BANNED from eBay
Don't count on finding one of those discontinued "Django Unchained" slave toys on eBay any time soon -- TMZ has learned, the action figures have now been banned from the auction website.
TMZ broke the story ... the Weinstein Company (which produced the film) discontinued the promotional figurines in response to a massive backlash from several African-American advocacy groups.
After the toy company halted production, the toys began to pop up on eBay as "rare" collectibles ... and bids skyrocketed.
But last night, all the listings for the "Django" toys were yanked from the website -- and eBay explained itself to sellers with an email, saying, "Since the manufacturer of this product has discontinued the item’s sale due to its potentially offensive nature, we are not allowing it to be sold on eBay.”
eBay also cautioned the sellers not to re-list the items.
A rep for the auction website confirmed the story, telling us, "These [toys] were removed as they were in violation of our Offensive Materials policy."

Halle Berry Dunked BARE BREAST in Guacamole on Film Set
Halle Berry's rep tells TMZ, Peter Farrelly left out an important detail in the guacamole-boob story -- Halle didn't dunk her actual breasts in pulverized avocados ... they were prosthetics.
Halle Berry took her top off ... and dunked her bare breast into a bowl of guacamole on the set of "Movie 43" ... this according to the film's director.
Peter Farrelly revealed the boob-exposing bombshell during an "Ask Me Anything" session on Reddit earlier today ... when someone asked PF which actor surprised him the most on the set.
"I would have to say Halle Berry," Farrelly said ... explaining, "I was a little nervous about meeting her because her scene is so outrageous and I was afraid she might get on the set and balk."
"Not only did she not, but she thought the scene was too soft, and asked us to amp it up a little."
"We ended up coming up with a couple of things for her to do that weren't scripted, but were insane. To give you an example [her scene] is about a couple (her and Stephen Merchant) who play Truth or Dare on a first date. Among other things she ended up sticking her bare breast into a bowl of guacamole. She couldn't have been more fun to work with."

Snoop Lion Rejected by Bunny Wailer & Rastas
Snoop Lion, nee Snoop Dogg, has done the seemingly impossible -- pissed off a bunch of ganja smoking Rastafarians -- who claim he lied about becoming a Rasta just to make a movie and sell records ... and now they're threatening to sue.
Bunny Wailer -- an original member of Bob Marley and the Wailers -- tells TMZ he's heated about the docu-film "Reincarnated" ... which documented Snoop's immersion in the Rasta culture as he recorded his first reggae album in Jamaica last year.
Wailer claims Snoop has engaged in "outright fraudulent use of Rastafari Community's personalities and symbolism" -- and has failed to meet "contractual, moral and verbal commitments."
And it's not just Bunny who feels burned -- leaders of something called the Ethio-Africa Diaspora Union Millennium Council (aka Rastafari Millennium Council) -- fired off a 7-page demand letter to Snoop.
In the docs they claim to have made it clear to Snoop that "smoking weed and loving Bob Marley and reggae music is not what defines the Rastafari Indigenous Culture!"
If Snoop refuses -- FIRE WILL BUN FI HIM!! Or in layman's terms ... they're gonna sue his ass. We called Snoop for comment, and so far no word back.
And now, something to help everyone chill ...
'The Smurfs' Movie La La Lalalala La La La La Lawsuit
The people behind the new "Smurfs" movie really blue it -- at least according to a construction worker, who says an on-set accident left him all smurfed up ... and now he's suing for $15 million.
Ryan Rodriguez filed the lawsuit against Columbia Pictures, Sony Entertainment, famed toy store FAO Schwarz, and more.
According to the lawsuit, FAO Schwarz in NYC was leased by Sony and Columbia as a shooting location back in May 2010. (For you saps who've never been, FAO Schwarz is the place where Tom Hanks played the giant floor piano in "Big")
Now the sad part -- around May 20th, Ryan claims he fell off scaffolding inside FAO while doing construction on the set and "seriously and permanently" injured himself. He says the accident pretty much ruined his life and he hasn't been able to work like he's used to.
Ryan claims Columbia, Sony, FAO Schwarz and the other defendants are responsible for the accident -- by failing to provide a safe place to work -- and now, he wants $15 million in damages.
A judge has yet to rule. Calls to Columbia, Sony, FAO, and Gargamel were not returned.

'Django' Slave Toys DISCONTINUED
The controversial “Django Unchained” action figures have officially been DISCONTINUED ... after several African American groups called for a boycott of the dolls ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected to the toy production tell us ... shortly after advocacy groups like Al Sharpton’s National Action Network and Project Islamic Hope spoke out against the figurines ... the Weinstein Company (which produced the film) reached out to the toy company and told them to put the kibosh on the toy line ASAP.
We're told the toy company agreed, insisting they never intended to offend anyone ... and halted production immediately.
Sources tell us ... the toymakers only released somewhere in the neighborhood of 1,000 dolls before shutting down production.
We reached out to the Weinstein Company for comment, so far no word back. But earlier this week we got Christoph Waltz out in Hollywood and it sounds like the 'Django' cast has already learned the fate of the action figures.
