Iconic drummer Ginger Baker died in a hospital in England Sunday ... leaving behind one of the greatest rock 'n' roll resumes. Ever.

In late September, Ginger's family announced he was hospitalized with a critical illness, and a few days later asked fans to keep him in their prayers. The family has not revealed what illness he was battling, but said he "passed away peacefully."

Ginger was known as a wild man on the drums from his days playing with Cream members Eric Clapton and Jack Bruce. The group played legendarily long jams during their live shows and defined the psychedelic rock sound of the 1960s.

After Cream broke up, he went on to form another supergroup, Blind Faith ... also with Clapton. He also formed his own jazz-rock band, Ginger Baker's Airforce -- but he was most known for his amazing solos, especially live.

Kanye West's album was a no-show, but the guy himself is keeping the good word going -- now, he's in Utah preaching ... and possibly raining on some Mormons' parade.

Ye was in Salt Lake City, UT Saturday, where he held his weekly Sunday Service -- which is starting to become a multi-day event now -- and funny enough ... it also happened to be a huge weekend for followers of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

This weekend served as one of two annual get-togethers Mormons put on called "general conferences," and Kanye set up camp across the street from one at the Gateway center.

Looks like some folks attending the conference -- or who might have otherwise -- flocked to catch a bit of Ye as well. And, by flock ... we actually mean swarm, as seen here.

Drake took some money out the grave and shoveled it in to his new place in the 6, sparing no expense for a serenade on the John ... as you can see in this tour through the interior.

Champagne Papi's monster estate in his home country appears to be just about completed, based on these photos and video TMZ obtained ... which give a nice little tour through the interior and shed some light on what exactly Drizzy and his guests can expect.

Spoiler alert ... the highlight here might very well be a musical toilet that starts playing soothing ambient sounds once it opens (automatically). Unclear if there's an off button for those who wanna crap in silence though ... one can only hope, right???

Emily Zamourka -- aka the homeless opera singer -- has no problem with the title that's brought her viral Internet fame, because it's also why she's now considering multiple offers that could get her off the streets.

We got Emily Friday night outside NBC's L.A. studio, and she revealed she hasn't signed on the dotted line yet to record with anyone.

TMZ broke the story ... she got an offer for studio time with producer Joel Diamond -- but watch the video. Sounds like Joel might have to get in line.

EZ became a sensation after an LAPD officer recorded her singing Puccini in a subway station. She told us she's not offended by people referring to her as the homeless opera singer because it's true ... and she's not trying to hide her current circumstance. She also made it clear, she's ready for that to change.

We all know ain't no party like a Snoop Dogg party, but Snoop's idea of fun -- dancers on stripper poles -- has the University of Kansas apologizing to its loyal hoops fans.

Snoop performed Friday night at the KU Jayhawks annual Late Night in the Phog -- a preseason pep rally of sorts -- and it looked like one of his typically awesome shows. As he strolled around the court rapping ... his backup dancers were putting in work on multiple stripper poles. Think "Hustlers" ... minus J Lo.

However, the university says it wanted a PG show from the hip-hop legend. KU's Director of Athletics Jeff Long says, "We made it clear to the entertainers’ managers that we expected a clean version of the show and took additional steps to communicate to our fans, including moving the artist to the final act of the evening, to ensure that no basketball activities would be missed if anyone did not want to stay for his show."

Kanye West and Rick Fox are joining forces to help aid those in need in the Bahamas after the country was devastated by Hurricane Dorian.

Yeezy and Rick were spotted together Thursday at the Baha Mar Resort in Nassau, before speaking with government officials about ways to assist rebuilding efforts in communities impacted by the storm.

Rick is the president of the Bahamas Relief Foundation -- he lived there when he was growing up -- and the 3-time NBA champion has been helping raise funds and supplies for the island nation following the worst natural disaster in the country's history.

Now, Kanye is helping out too ... and our sources say he's been bros with Rick for years.

Ye and Rick are part of the growing list of celebs lending a helping hand to the Bahamas ... Michael Jordan pledged $1 MILLION to relief efforts, and Tyler Perry sent supply shipments via his personal seaplane.

Other famous folks opening their wallets include Ludacris, Luke Walton and Buddy Hield.

So far, officials say at least 50 people are confirmed dead -- with hundreds of people still unaccounted for.

Lil Nas X and Cardi B have been hit by a lawsuit claiming their song, "Rodeo," is a rip-off.

Record producer Brandon Lee says he wrote a song called "gwenXdonlee4-142" and it was incorporated into a song called "Broad Day."

After the release of "Broad Day," Lee says Cardi B and Lil Nas X released "Rodeo" this past June.

When you listen to the 2 songs, they do sound similar.

Lee says in his lawsuit, they're both built on a 4-measure phrase outlining the cord progression E, F, G, F, E. He also says the tempo is the same, both songs utilize guitar and wind instruments, the drumbeats are the same, the chord progression is similar ... among other things.

The lawsuit does not say how Cardi B or Lil Nas X had access to Lee's song, although Lee does say in the lawsuit "Broad Day" was widely distributed in the hip-hop scene, particularly in Atlanta.

Lee is also suing Sony Music Entertainment and Columbia Records. He's also suing Cardi's former manager, Klenord Raphael.

Miley Cyrus and Cody Simpson have been friends for years, but from the looks of it ... they're kicking their relationship up a notch.

Miley and the Australian musician/heartthrob were spotted at a Backyard Bowls eatery in L.A. Thursday being very lovey-dovey, and in a video obtained by TMZ ... they're seen gettin' in some lip-to-lip action.

We're told the two appeared to be having a pretty serious conversation before Miley moved over to sit on his lap, and before long their PDA escalated to a make-out session.

What's interesting here -- it's not the first time these two singers have been linked. Miley and Cody were rumored to be dating in late 2014 and spent a lot of time together in 2015 ... but Simpson said they were "just mates." There's more though.

Tyga's idea of a cozy date? Don't ask Kylie Jenner, ask the mystery brunette he was hanging with Thursday night as they most likely got the crap scared outta them.

The "Rack City" rapper hit up Universal Studio's Halloween Horror Nights -- arriving Thursday night with bodyguards and his lady friend. They got there around 9 PM and stayed through midnight. Tyga and the woman were pretty tight throughout the night.

We're told Tyga and his date went through ALL the mazes -- pretty impressive in a 3-hour span. Despite the scary setting, he kept her laughing plenty too.

By the look of things ... Tyga's paying no attention to reports he and Kylie were rekindling an old flame on the heels of her split with Travis Scott. She immediately tried to squash that rumor. He doubled down on that by posting a blue cap, insinuating media outlets were lying about Kylie and him.

Christina Aguilera got emotional talking about her experience with domestic violence ... and hailed a women's shelter as heroic for the work it does to help survivors like her.

The singer was accepting a "Community Hero" award Thursday in Las Vegas at a gala for The Shade Tree Shelter, but she paid tribute right back to the organization ... as she shared her personal account of escaping domestic abuse growing up.

Christina told the audience if it wasn't for her loving grandmother, she would have ended up needing a place and a resource like The Shade Tree -- which provides safe shelter to homeless and abused women and children in crisis.

Justin Bieber's not playing with PETA -- he's firing back hard at the animal rights org after it slammed him for dropping $35k on 2 exotic cats ... telling them to suck it.

JB adopted a pair of Savannah kittens a little more than a month ago -- which he named Sushi and Tuna -- and revealed the brother and sister felines on Instagram as "my children" ... much to the dismay of PETA.

It released a statement chastising his exotic pets purchase, grousing he should have adopted cats from a local shelter. Justin caught wind of the criticism ... and went off.

In a series of IG Stories, Bieber first posted a screenshot of an article about the backlash but added his own caption -- "PETA can suck it."

Looks like all of Tekashi 6ix9ine's singing from the canary cage actually paid off, 'cause the jury just handed out a bunch of guilty verdicts ... including for kidnapping.

The jury reached its decision Thursday in an NYC courtroom and found Anthony "Harv" Ellison guilty of kidnapping in aid of racketeering. He was also found guilty of racketeering conspiracy and maiming and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering.

Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack was found guilty of racketeering conspiracy and narcotics trafficking.

Ellison was found not guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering. The jury did not reach a verdict on the firearms offense charge because Ellison was found not guilty of the dangerous weapon charge.

You'll recall Ellison was accused of kidnapping and beating Tekashi in the summer of 2018.

Kylie Jenner's split from Travis Scott wasn't the result of a cheating scandal or a blowup fight ... they were simply done in by a harsh dose of reality.

Sources close to the ex-couple tell TMZ ... their decision to break things off came weeks ago, following a very long honeymoon phase that was full of love, touring, going on vacations and of course ... raising their daughter, Stormi, together.

We're told after Travis' Astroworld tour wrapped up and the two got back from Kylie's lavish bday getaway, everything slowed down and they were confronted by the grind of normal life ... and things felt different between them.

Simply put ... our sources say they fell out of love.

Good news for the Knowles family -- Beyonce and her sister, Solange, have both tested negative for the mutated BRCA2 gene linked to a higher risk of breast, ovarian and other types of cancer.

The sisters' dad, Mathew Knowles, tells TMZ ... they went and got tested following his breast cancer diagnosis to see if they carry the same gene he does, and the results are in -- he says they're in the clear.

Demi Lovato is NOT taking a political stance in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, but someone thinks she is -- and now she's had to do a mea culpa for her trip to religious sites.

Demi felt enough backlash Wednesday night that she felt compelled to post a detailed apology ... in which she admits accepting a free trip to Israel "in exchange for a few posts."

She added, "No one told me there would be anything wrong with going or that I could possibly be offending anyone." Demi went on to say she was sorry, and make it clear she didn't intend to hurt people.

The mystery here is ... WHO lashed out at her for what appeared to be purely a spiritual journey?

Demi's turned off comments on her Instagram, so there's no way to see what anyone said in response to the pics she posted of herself getting baptized in the Jordan River, touching the Wailing Wall and visiting several other landmarks.

Dwyane Wade tells TMZ Sports he couldn't have won that championship in Miami without Shaquille O'Neal -- despite what Damian Lillard said in his dis track aimed at the Big Fella.

Don't get it twisted ... D-Wade means no disrespect to Lillard -- in fact, he really likes the rap battle going on between the two NBA superstars. But, he had to set the record straight.

Remember, Dame dropped a reference to Wade in his dis track this week ... saying:

"Said yourself that I'm a Tesla, no longer need Diesel gas. Kinda like the Cavs ain't really need Disel's ass. And even in Miami, won that [championship] on the strength of Flash."

So, when we saw Wade leaving the Topanga Mall in L.A., we had to ask if Lillard was telling the truth ... could you have won that ring WITHOUT Shaq?!

"No, not at that time," Wade said ... "I was young in the league trying to figure it out."

"I needed somebody like Shaq to help me ... gimme me the keys and let me drive the car. I appreciate him doing that."

Wade says he doesn't think the rap battle is personal ... it's just entertainment made by two talented rappers. He's clearly getting a kick out of it.

But, there's more in this clip ... we also spoke with Wade about his good friend Carmelo Anthony and if he thinks Melo still has what it takes to play in the NBA.

Wade goes to bat for Melo and even talks to us about possible landing spots for the 35-year-old.

The bad news ... Wade doesn't seem optimistic that Anthony will team up with his other close friend LeBron James because the Lakers roster is already filled up.

But, he clearly hopes Melo gets a shot so he can go out the right way ... like the legend that he is.
