Nicole Scherzinger is issuing an apology after facing backlash for praising Russell Brand's religion-inspired MAGA hat ... confessing she didn't mean to take a political stance.

The Pussycat Dolls alum posted to her Instagram Stories as word of her seemingly pro-Donald Trump social media activity went viral ... with the singer apologizing if anyone was hurt by her actions.

She wrote ... "I deeply apologize for the hurt caused by my recent engagement with some social media posts. When I commented on these posts, I made the mistake of not realizing that they could be easily interpreted as being politically related and I apologize to anyone who understandably reached that conclusion."

LANY frontman Paul Klein appears to be fully healed almost 5 months after a nasty car wreck left him hospitalized ... he was just spotted out in Australia looking better than ever.

Diddy's once again trying to get out of jail while awaiting his trial ... filing a new motion on Friday asking for bail -- and pointing to cases where his lawyers claim defendants facing similar charges were released.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the music mogul's lawyers say Diddy's offering a comprehensive bail package -- complete with a $50 million bond and basically round-the-clock surveillance to ensure he doesn't try to flee the country or intimidate witnesses.

It's a similar argument to the one they made back in September when his bail was shot down twice. But, the attorneys cite other cases where they say defendants accused of similar crimes were allowed to post bail while awaiting trial.

Country star Brantley Gilbert just officially offloaded his Georgia pad, scoring a cool $2.2M in the process.

Brantley first put his Maysville home on the market in July, aiming for $3.5 million. Though he didn't quite hit that mark, he still walked away with a tidy profit, considering he built the place from scratch in 2012 after buying the land for just $130K.

DL says she was really looking forward to the show, and she's super disappointed she can't jam out with her fans in the country ... saying it especially hurts 'cause she hasn't performed in the country in a long time. She last reportedly played there in 2019.

10:15 AM PT -- A family source confirms to TMZ ... Bhad Bhabie does have cancer. She's currently under the care of a doctor.

Bhad Bhabie issued a cryptic message that has many of her fans concerned, implying that she may have cancer.

Bhabie, AKA Danielle Bregoli, hopped on Instagram Thursday and posted, "I'm Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight. I'm slowly gaining it back. So stop running w the worst narratives."

Of course, it's a mystery what all that means ... but Bhabie recently revealed her dramatic weight loss in photos she posted to her social media accounts.

Lil Durk was charged with 2 additional felony counts in his murder-for-hire plot on Friday ... the Chicago rap star is being accused of conspiracy and using interstate facilities to assist in the assassination of Quando Rondo's cousin.

Feds outlined the new charges and are essentially treating Durk as the kingpin of the operation in a superseding federal grand jury indictment.

Durk and his 5 co-defendants have yet to enter a plea ... the charges are stemming from the August 2022 shooting outside a Los Angeles gas station close to the Beverly Center shopping mall.

Liam Payne did not commit suicide, according to the prosecutor in charge of the case in Argentina ... a law enforcement source in Buenos Aires tells TMZ.

We're told the prosecutor in the case has officially ruled Liam did not die by suicide, stating the effects of the drugs the One Direction alum took caused him to fall to his death from the balcony of his suite at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel back on October 16.

As we told you Thursday, 3 people have been arrested in the case -- a housekeeper at the hotel, a friend of Liam's, and an alleged drug dealer ... this after multiple raids conducted by local police.
