It's still awards season and Hollywood is showing up for the iHeartRadio Music Awards ... with big names like Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Shaboozey, Ne-Yo, Jason Derulo, Jason Aldean, and Ludacris in the house.

The awards show is going down right now at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, with Luda handling the hosting duties.

Britney Spears has major beef with an ex-bodyguard who allegedly hacked into her personal devices and Apple iCloud account ... and now she's threatening legal action.

The singer’s lawyer fired off a cease-and-desist letter, obtained by TMZ, to Thomas Bunbury ... who she claims gained access to her devices and iCloud account without her authorization or consent.

In the letter, dated last month, Brit says Bunbury's allegedly violating a bunch of state and federal laws ... and she's threatening to report him to law enforcement and press charges.

2:20 PM PT -- Christopher Jackson addressed the flub with TMZ Sports ... and he said it won't keep him from performing the anthem in the future.

“I’ve had the honor of singing the National Anthem countless times in Stadiums around the country. Today was a beautiful Opening Day and it was thrilling to be there!" he said.

Jackson explained singing in these types of venues is a unique and challenging experience ... but usually, it's not a problem for him.

"Today it was for about 5 seconds … and one line got away from me. I’m human. But I won’t hesitate to step up to a mic and pay tribute to those that we honor with the Anthem. Grateful to the Mets and MLB for allowing me to be a small part of the Day."

Chip Taylor, beloved uncle to Angelina Jolie and the man who wrote the classic song "Wild Thing," is dead.

Chip died Monday night in hospice care, according to a social media post from Grammy-winning singer Billy Vera. The official cause of death is unclear.

Chip's songwriting catalog is impressive ... he wrote "Wild Thing" for The Troggs in the 1960s, plus "Angel of the Morning" for Merrilee Rush.

Wes Scantlin -- the lead singer of rock band Puddle of Mudd -- just got some great news in court ... he won't be spending time in the slammer in his domestic battery and drug possession case.

Court docs obtained by TMZ show that in lieu of jail time, Wes was put into a one-year diversion program and has to enroll in and complete a drug rehab program.

Remember ... police arrested Wes last year after cops say he got physical with his girlfriend. According to the cops, they also found drugs on his person during a search.

But now, the judge accepted the plea agreement to put him in the diversion program for the drug possession charge, and dismissed the remaining counts.

Jay-Z is finally setting the record straight on claims he tapped Kendrick Lamar for the Super Bowl LIX halftime show as a way to take a dig at Drake ... claiming that just ain't the case in a new interview, saying K-Dot was simply the hottest artist around!

Hov, in a GQ interview with Frazier Tharpe this week, addressed allegations that selecting Lamar for the 2025 Super Bowl halftime show was a move against Drizzy, who was in the middle of an intense feud with Kendrick at the time.

Jay-Z insisted picking the "Not Like Us" rapper wasn't about taking sides, but because Kendrick was killin' it.

Jay-Z reveals he had a really rough 2025 when now-dropped sexual assault allegations took him to a very dark place ... according to a new interview.

As you know ... a Jane Doe accuser alleged both Jay-Z and Diddy raped her when she was 13. But she later filed docs in federal court to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice, which means it cannot be refiled.

In the new GQ interview, Jay says ... "That s*** took a lot out of me. I was angry. I haven't been that angry in a long time ... uncontrollable anger."

New Found Glory guitarist and singer Chad Gilbert is back on the mend after doctors found three tumors in his brain.

In a post shared on Instagram ... Chad revealed he was losing control of his limbs last month, which led to him going to the ER to get a CT scan ... that's when doctors discovered the tumors.

According to Chad, he had a successful surgery to remove the tumors on February 27, and he's been recovering in the hospital ever since.

Brittany Furlan is finally getting the court-ordered protection she's been desperately seeking from Ronnie Radke ... a judge has granted her a restraining order that will stay in place for the next two years.

According to court docs -- obtained by TMZ -- a judge granted Brittany's request for a civil harassment restraining order ... following a March 17 hearing where both Brittany and Ronnie were present.

The judge ultimately ruled in Brittany’s favor … issuing a restraining order set to expire on March 20, 2028.
