Denzel Perryman is in the clear -- the District Attorney will NOT pursue charges against the Chargers linebacker -- just days after the NFL vet was busted for allegedly carrying two illegal assault rifles in L.A.

TMZ Sports has learned the L.A. County D.A. ultimately decided against charging the 32-year-old former second-round draft pick ... “The case was sent back to law enforcement for further investigation," the L.A. County DA tells us.

We broke the story ... Perryman was stopped and ultimately arrested by police Friday evening in the Los Angeles area -- as he headed to a local gun range.

10:52 AM PT -- Good news from New England -- the Patriots just revealed Terrell Williams experienced dehydration during Monday's workouts and is now doing fine.

A scary moment unfolded at New England Patriots practice on Monday ... when defensive coordinator Terrell Williams -- who recently returned from health issues -- suffered an apparent medical scare on the sidelines.

The incident went down on the training fields behind Gillette Stadium, where Williams -- who was hired in January -- suddenly went to the ground, according to reporters on the scene.

Several spectators shared photos on social media showing Coach Williams on the grass as medical personnel provided aid and rolled out a stretcher.

Travis Hunter's earned himself plenty of achievements over the years ... and we think he's counting his marriage to Leanna Lenee as one of them!

The social media personality started off as a friend of the Heisman Trophy-winning athlete before she became his girlfriend and eventually transitioned into the role of his wife -- all within a few years.

Lenee revealed she was just 19 years old when she first met Travis in a video she shared on her TikTok account in 2024.

The social media personality, who holds a degree from Georgia's Kennesaw State University, became Hunter's girlfriend in February 2022 ... although she confessed she'd initially turned down his advances in a video shared on their shared YouTube account.

The athlete and his partner became engaged two years later, and she commemorated the occasion by sharing a set of photos on her Instagram account that February.

Hunter and Lenee eventually made things official between them at a wedding ceremony in Tennessee in May 2025.

The thing is, Lenee hasn't always been viewed favorably by many of Hunter's fans, and she received criticism after a video showing coach Deion Sanders reportedly telling her to stand up after her now-husband won the Heisman Trophy went viral on X in December 2024.

The social media figure garnered even further online heat after a second video showing her apparently being rude to her partner while taking photos with his fans surfaced on social media.

Hunter came to his then-fiancée's defense while streaming on Twitch that same month, according to People, and he claimed she'd cried herself to sleep after drinking what he described as an "odee amount" of alcohol.

He then said Lenee hadn't done anything wrong when he was with his fans, and asserted she was spending time with his family while he took photos with the event's attendees.

The social media figure shared a video apparently shot around the period when she was receiving criticism from Hunter's fans on her TikTok account in July 2025.

In the clip, Lenee is seen sobbing and apparently talking to an off-screen figure, although her original audio had been replaced.

She also wrote a lengthy message in her post's caption and expressed she wished she "could go back and hug December me," whom she didn't "recognize."

Denzel Perryman, a linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers, was arrested on Friday in Los Angeles, TMZ has learned.

According to law enforcement sources ... the NFL player was picked up by the South Los Angeles Sheriff's Station officers Friday evening and booked on a felony charge of possessing an assault weapon.

We're told he was en route to the gun range when cops searched his car and found he had 2 AR rifles and 3 handguns in his trunk -- with the rifles being non-compliant, which is illegal in California.

Micah Parsons' time with the Cowboys could be done ... the star NFL pass rusher announced he requested a trade out of Dallas, citing Jerry Jones and the organization's unwillingness to negotiate a new contract.

Grasu was part of the squad that won the Rose Bowl twice, and he went on to become a third-round pick by the Chicago Bears in the 2015 NFL Draft.

The professional football player spent a total of seven seasons in the NFL as a center, and he played for several teams, including the San Francisco 49ers and the Baltimore Ravens.

Grasu was most recently with the Las Vegas Raiders, where he was traded in 2021 and remained until 2023.

Ionescu and Grasu let their fans know about their relationship in 2021, when they went Instagram official as a couple.

The pair dated for two more years until the professional football player got down on one knee and proposed to the athlete, which she documented on her Instagram account.

The point guard later shared a video on her TikTok account, telling her fans she was "completely shocked and caught off guard" by her partner's proposal.

Ionescu then added Grasu had "played it off so well" prior to popping the big question, and recalled she "couldn’t stop taking pictures with my ring" in the hours following the proposal.

The athletes made things official between them at their wedding ceremony, which was attended by Dallas Wings forward Satou Sabally, Vanessa Bryant, and former NBA power forward and center Pau Gasol, according to ESPN.

Ionescu made several comments about her wedding in an interview with People, and described the event as "the highlight" of her offseason.
