Erin Andrews is still seeking justice for the peeping tom who secretly videotaped her in her hotel room back in 2008 ... $75 million worth of justice!

The "Dancing with the Stars" host and FOX Sports reporter just filed an amendment to her 2011 lawsuit against Marriott for the infamous incident. You'll recall, Michael Barrett put a camera in the peephole of her hotel room door and recorded video of her in the nude as she got dressed.

Andrews sued Marriott ... claiming its employees were negligent because they gave Barrett the room next to hers, at his request. The case is set to go to trial next year, and defense attorneys wanted her to be specific about what she's seeking.

Topless Justin Bieber and symbols of Jesus Christ -- two things that just won't fly in the Middle East, where Justin's new album has been rejected for being too provocative.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Bieber's "Purpose" album is getting the bum's rush in several Middle Eastern countries, as well as Indonesia -- predominantly Muslim regions. We're told the issue is twofold: Justin being shirtless, and the cross tattoo on his chest.

We're told team Bieber is scrambling right now to come up with an alternate cover for those countries -- 'cause let's face it, the bottom line is pushing the music and making money.

The Folsom Street Fair -- San Fran's annual BDSM and leather subculture festival -- is being heavily policed by the social app. The reason is pretty obvious ... there's a ton of nudity at the event, and apparently several inappropriate photos got posted, at least temporarily.

Instagram put up a disclaimer saying certain pics had been removed.

Here's the thing ... the ones that were deemed kosher are still pretty over the top -- unless you're used to seeing dudes wrapped head-to-toe in chains and leather thongs.

A third year law student is taking on Facebook in court, claiming the social network made him look like a sex-crazed maniac.

Franco Caraccioli claims someone created a fake profile under the name Franco Caracciolijerkingman and packed it with pornographic images.

Franco says he caught wind when the fake account blasted him and all his buddies with friend requests.

He says he was super embarrassed and contacted Facebook, demanding they 86 it. Facebook sent him an email saying they found nothing wrong with the profile because it's in-line with Facebook community standards.

According to Franco, it was belatedly taken down, but only after he threatened legal action.

But that's not enough for Franco. He's suing Facebook for more than $1 million, and he's repping himself.

Two topless women from the feminist group, FEMEN, stormed the stage of a Muslim conference during a "wife beating" discussion in France Sunday.

The conference about Islam’s teachings took place in Pontoise, France ... with one topic discussing whether men are allowed to beat their wives.

During the discussion, two FEMEN activists jumped on stage and pulled the microphone away from the shocked speakers. Security guards quickly pulled the 2 women off stage ... appearing to kick one of them as she was dragged away.

FEMEN naked protests, which was originally founded in 2008 in Ukraine, have popped up in many different countries ... normally with messages painted across their bodies.

During this protest one message painted across one of the activist's chest is reported to have read “nobody makes me submit.”

The womens identities are not yet known.

Lenny Kravitz wasn't taking any chances Friday night at the Greek Theatre in L.A. ...he was covered from head to toe.

No chance of another special guest star ... like the one that popped out of his leather pants which split last month during a concert in Stockholm.

Roberto Esquivel Cabrera claims he was tormented by U.S. prison guards because of his enormous penis.

Turns out Cabrera is a felon who served time in a Mississippi pen for entering the U.S. illegally. The penalty was especially harsh because he had been convicted of felony forgery years before in the U.S.

During his prison stay between 2003 and 2011, Cabrera filed a lawsuit claiming mistreatment. He says in handwritten documents guards treated him like a freak, demanding to take pics of his 19-inch penis, which they cruelly nicknamed "Anaconda."

Cabrera says a female guard became a Peeping Tom as he changed his clothes. He says gay prison guards would grab his penis while searching him ... he did not explain why he says they're gay.

Cabrera goes on to say he was disciplined once when his penis was hanging out of his shorts ... something he says was beyond his control.

He says in the docs he was denied special underwear which he says he needed because of his condition.

The prison guards tell a different story, claiming he would masturbate in his cell and would often expose himself for shock value.

The lawsuit was dismissed.

Roberto was released in 2011 and sent back to Mexico.

Karlie Redd is taking the high road when it comes to stripping for cameras, opting for Playboy instead of porn.

The ‘Love & Hip Hop: ATL’ star will be getting fully naked for Playboy Plus, the magazine’s NSFW sister site (act like you don’t know).
