Carrie Fisher was hospitalized following a bizarre performance on board a Caribbean cruise ship last week -- and her rep tells TMZ, it was all caused by the actress' bipolar disorder.

Video footage surfaced of the performance -- which took place last week on board the Holland America Eurodam in the Caribbean -- showing Carrie slurring a couple off-key songs. Her dog even POOPS AND PEES on the stage while she's singing. It's pretty nuts.

There were reports Carrie -- who was featured on the cruise as a "surprise" celebrity guest -- was wasted at the time of the show ... but her rep says the on-stage breakdown was caused by Fisher's bipolar disorder.

The rep says, "There was a medical incident related to Carrie Fisher’s bipolar disorder. She went to the hospital briefly to adjust her medication and is feeling much better now."

A multicar crash on the final lap of the Nationwide Series race Saturday at Daytona International Speedway injured 28 fans, including one who suffered life-threatening head trauma.

At least one tire flew into the crowd at Daytona International Speedway ... where 14 of the injured were treated on site and the other 14 were transferred off-site.

A representative from nearby Halifax Medical Center told ESPN that one adult underwent surgery for life-threatening head trauma, and a 14-year-old is in critical, but not life-threatening condition.

Kyle Larson, the driver of the car that was torn to pieces, was not injured.

According to reports, RiRi was leaving a club called The Box when someone threw a bottle of Lucozade (a UK energy drink) in her direction. The bottle didn't connect, but Rihanna allegedly scraped her knee during the commotion when she brushed up against a metal shop grate.

Mike Tyson rushed his wife to the hospital yesterday in Chicago ... after she complained of excruciating stomach pains, TMZ has learned.

A rep for Tyson tells TMZ, the boxing legend and his wife Kiki are currently in Chicago for Mike's one-man show "Undisputed Truth" -- and yesterday, Kiki fell extremely ill ... to the point where she needed immediate medical attention.

According to the rep, Mike took her to the hospital where she was admitted to the ER and released shortly after.

So far, it's unclear what caused the stomach pains ... but we're told Kiki will be returning to the hospital soon for a follow-up.

Academy Award-nominated actress Sally Kirkland was rushed to the hospital Sunday night after taking a nasty spill at an L.A. film festival -- breaking her leg in two places.

Kirkland was on her way to the stage at the Studio City Film Festival to receive her award for Best Actress in a Dramatic Short when she fell to the ground, also dislocating her ankle during the accident.

A rep for the actress says Kirkland blames the fall on poor lighting in the theater.

An ambulance arrived shortly after the accident and rushed her to a nearby hospital. On Monday, Sally underwent emergency surgery to repair the breaks with a metal plate and screws.

We're told Sally remains under doctor's supervision.

A rep for Sally tells TMZ, "Currently suffering from extreme pain, Sally remains hospitalized following a successful surgery to repair the injuries resulting from her fall. Despite the circumstances, Sally is in good spirits and is optimistic about her recovery."

Steve Wilkos was literally BOWLED OVER during a recent taping of his talk show -- after taking a metal bowl straight to the head when a fight broke out among his guests ... and TMZ has the footage.

Sources connected to the show tell us, the former "Jerry Springer" bodyguard was hit just above the eye and temporarily lost his vision -- but ultimately, there was no serious injury.

The fight erupted at a taping this week during a segment called "My daughter tried to poison me" ... shocker.

We're told the bowl -- a prop on the set -- actually has a dent where it hit him. The bowl has since been bolted down so as to prevent future bowl-related injuries.

The guy who played 90s smartass Parker Lewis wasn't lying when he said he shattered his leg in a boating accident -- TMZ has obtained a photo of his reassembled mass of leg flesh ... and it's GNARLY.

As we reported, 41-year-old Corin Nemec was involved in a near-death accident in Belize last month that left his femur broken in three places. Nemec was riding on a Coast Guard vessel -- on his way to the set of his new movie "Poseidon Rex" -- when it crashed into a semi-submerged barge and sent him flying.

Nemec says he lost over half the blood in his body -- and required several transfusions to save his life.

But now, Parker Lewis is finally facing a problem he can't fix -- Nemec tells TMZ, the insurance company that's supposed to pay his medical bills is threatening to cut him off ... if he doesn't sign a scary contract.

According to Nemec, the insurance company wants him to sign an agreement that releases both the insurance company AND the production company from liability stemming from the accident ... aka Nemec can't sue either of them for a massive settlement. If he doesn't sign, it's bye-bye hospital money.

So now Nemec's got a choice -- take the insurance money to pay his medical bills ... or try his luck in court in order to win even MORE money.

We're told Nemec's still sweating the decision -- and is currently exploring his legal options. Tick tock. A rep for the insurance company tells us, "We do not discuss matters relating to insured’s claims."

Bon Jovi has postponed their concert scheduled for tonight in Connecticut due to the snow storm that crippled the northeast.

The governor of Connecticut declared a state of emergency and issued a mandatory statewide travel ban for Connecticut, which contributed to the cancellation.

The concert, which was to go down at the Mohegan Sun Arena, has been rescheduled for October 25. A rep for the band says all tickets for tonight's show will be honored then.

Scary moment ... well, scarier moment ... during a Marilyn Manson concert in Canada last night when the rocker collapsed on stage during a live concert.

Manson was midway through his hit "Beautiful People" in Saskatoon when he stopped singing, turned to the side ... and keeled over on the stage (scroll to 1:13).

Concertgoers were confused at first ... as the band kept playing ... but soon realized it wasn't a joke when a couple of stagehands rushed in and began to tend to the singer.

There are reports that Manson vomited on the stage ... but it's unclear from the footage.

Manson was eventually helped off the stage. We've got calls in to his people to find out his condition.

Ron called in to TMZ Live moments ago from Cedars-Sinai -- and even though he sounds a little tired, he was in a great mood cracking jokes ... even describing how he'd direct a porn scene in his new hospital room.

Ron says his aneurysm -- located near his heart -- was caused by his weight and high blood pressure ... and if he waited any longer than he did to see a doctor, he'd be dead.

And get this -- Ron says several hospital employees have already asked for his autograph.

After undergoing multiple surgeries for a heart aneurysm last month, the 59-year-old porn legend is making a miraculous recovery ... and even took a photo with a nurse while giving the ol' thumbs up.

It's pretty incredible considering Ron's situation was so bad, he was put in the intensive care unit at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai hospital.

But now, Ron's rep tells us the porn giant is "alert and awake and in his own room on the road to recovery."

In fact, The Hedgehog was able to muster up a statement of his own ... telling TMZ, "Thank you ALL for the concern & well wishes, I'm doing very well thanks to modern technology!"
