Sting's wrestling career is over ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Long story short ... the wrestling legend messed up his neck real bad at his "WWE Night of Champions" match against Seth Rollins back in September -- and was never able to recover.

Sources connected to Sting tell us he was evaluated by several doctors who all agree -- it's just too risky for the wrestler to get back in the squared circle ... so, he's decided to hang up his singlet.

We're told the 56-year-old was formally diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis -- a condition affecting the nerves that can result in extreme pain and discomfort.

In fact, it's the same condition that forced fellow WWE superstar Edge to retire in 2011.

Our sources tell us Sting may make his official announcement next month at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony in Texas ... but we're told it's a done deal.

As far as Sting's future -- it's up in the air. We're told Sting is open to a non-physical role with the company ... but we're told no formal offer has been made.

Sting was a legend in the ring ... rising to superstardom in the late '80s before becoming the face of the WCW and a huge fan favorite in the WWE.

Rose McGowan's dog crushed a woman's skull and now she lies in a bed severely brain damaged and is gunning for millions of dollars ... so she claims in a new lawsuit.

Elna Ebner claims she and her daughter were taking a walk in the Hollywood Hills last July when Rose's dog walker came along with her large mutt, Mrs. Noodle, and a small pooch. The 85-year-old woman says Noodle jumped up and planted its paws on her, causing her to fall backwards.

Ebner claims her head hit the cement, cracking her skull. We're told Ebner suffered extreme brain damage and now lies in her bed with 24 hour care.

Rose is a named defendant in the suit because she owns Mrs. Noodle, but we're told Ebner has made a multi-million dollar demand to the actress' insurance company. It has not been resolved.

Rose tells TMZ, "Elna walks through the neighborhood every day. She's a trooper. I was working in NYC when my dog walker stopped to talk to two of my neighbors, an 85 year old mother and her older daughter. My sweet as pie foster dog, Mrs. Noodle, a large but terribly gentle mixed breed, put her paws on the knees of a woman that stands 4'7"."

Porsha Williams had a medical emergency in the middle of a flight from Atlanta to Miami when she fainted in her seat, prompting that call ... "Is there a doctor on board?"

Sources on the plane tell TMZ ... Porsha was in her first class seat when she got woozy. We're told 3 doctors actually responded to the flight attendant's call.

The 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' cast member was traveling by herself, but we spoke with her sister, Lauren ... who tells us one of the doctors helped PW come to with the aid of a sugar pill. Lauren says Porsha has a low blood sugar issue and has had fainting spells in the past.

Julianne Hough and her 3 sisters are having a kick ass Mexican vacation -- bikinis, sun, cervezas and ... projectile vomiting off a boat!

The former "Dancing with the Stars" judge and pro is down in Cabo San Lucas on a family girls trip -- Mom's there too -- and they all set sail Tuesday. Looked like a ton of fun at first ... and then las hermanas y madre turned their stomachs inside out.

Unclear if the illness was booze or wave induced, but Julianne comforted everyone by making sure to capture their puking on her iPhone.

Nothing fake about this ... WWE superstar Neville was so distraught after breaking his ankle during a televised match this week, he nearly cried when the WWE doctor confirmed the injury.

Check out this video of Neville getting checked out by Dr. Chris Amann after his match at "Raw" ... you can see how heartbroken Neville was to learn that his injury was most likely a fracture.

WWE eventually confirmed what Amann suspected ... the ankle was broken.

The good news ... Neville won't need surgery -- and he's only expected to miss 2 to 3 months.

Ex-NFL on FOX star Jillian Barberie lost a chunk of her lip this weekend -- when she was bit in the mouth by a Cocker Spaniel ... and needed 10 stitches to close the gash.

... at least it's not crooked anymore!!!

Here's L.A. Dodgers pitcher Josh Ravin -- showing off his surgically repaired arm after breaking the living crap out of it in a car crash earlier this month.

Ravin is expected to miss 8 to 12 weeks after getting a plate and screws put into his non-throwing arm on March 1st. He got a nice green cast to keep things protected for the time being.

Mama June's going under the knife to find a safer weight loss solution ... after falling unconscious multiple times.

We're told June is set to go in for gastric sleeve surgery later this month, and hopes to lose at least 80 more pounds. She's been on a crusade to slim down so she'd be healthy enough for the surgery. She's already dropped 90 lbs.

We're told "sleeve specialist" Dr. Michael Feiz in Beverly Hills will perform the operation.

TMZ broke the story ... June was hospitalized two weeks ago after collapsing. Although doctors couldn't pin down the problem, we're told they suspect she was pushing her dieting too far.

2 P.M. PST -- We're told Eric will be discharged from the hospital within the next couple of hours ... docs say it was a case of too much stress being put on his body after the workout and therapy. 

Howard Stern "Wack Pack" member High Pitch Erik is in a NYC hospital after suffering symptoms of a possible heart attack.

Joey Boots, Erik's friend and fellow 'Stern Show' veteran, tells TMZ ... Erik worked out with a trainer Thursday morning and later saw his physical therapist. During his session, Erik began to experience numbness in his legs, tightness in his chest and tingling in his left arm.

We're told Erik's therapist immediately called an ambulance and he was taken to a local hospital.

Erik's currently undergoing tests but is stable.

Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper Krayzie Bone was forced to postpone his tour because he's battling the same disease and flu like symptoms that killed comedian Bernie Mac.

Krayzie tells TMZ he suffers from sarcoidosis, an autoimmune disease that attacks the lungs. He thinks he came down with an intense case of pneumonia during a Canadian tour because his sarcoidosis meds weaken his immune system.

His doctors didn't want to take any chances, so they ordered Krayzie to cancel the rest of his gigs and head back to L.A. for treatment.

The rapper expects to make up the missed shows once he recovers.

Reggie Bush only has HIMSELF to blame for slipping, falling and injuring himself at the Edward Jones Dome back in November ... so says the city of St. Louis in new court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

As we previously reported, Bush sued the city (which owns the stadium) -- claiming it stupidly installed a ring of concrete around the perimeter of the field ... incredibly dangerous for the players wearing slippery cleats.

Bush badly injured his left knee during a fall on the concrete on Nov. 1st -- just one week after another player injured his shoulder slipping on the surface ... and he says the city must pay.

But the city is calling BS -- saying Bush knew about the concrete ring and should have SLOWED DOWN before reaching it.

The city of St. Louis says Bush could have "stopped, slackened his speed to have avoided the accident."

"[Bush] assumed the risk of running on concrete in shoes with cleats on them, and of all danger inherent of playing football."

The craziest part of this lawsuit ... Bush was PUSHED past the playing field and onto the ring.

Tilikum, the SeaWorld orca that became a household name after the "Blackfish" documentary is fighting for his life.

SeaWorld officials revealed the 35-year-old whale has become lethargic and his health is deteriorating. SeaWorld says they've given Tili meds for what they believe is a bacterial infection, but his condition has not improved.

The statement did not sound optimistic, saying, "Our veterinarians are focused on managing his illness in a way that makes him comfortable and creates an enriching life."

Tilikum has been held in captivity at Seaworld for 23 years and reportedly killed three people, two trainers in 1991 and 2010 and a man who snuck in after hours in 1999.

Bobbi Kristina Brown's official cause of death is eerily similar to her mother, Whitney Houston -- drowning while using a bunch of drugs, but the autopsy could not determine if there was foul play.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's testing revealed Bobbi Kristina died due to "Immersion of face in water complicating mixed drug intoxication." The drugs found in her system were marijuana, alcohol, a cocaine-related substance called benzoylecgonine, benzodiazepines (prescription anti-anxiety meds) and morphine.

The ME could not determine if the morphine was related to heroin use.

The report lists the full cause of death as pneumonia and encephalopathy -- meaning her lungs filled with water and her brain was injured -- clearly caused by the time she spent submerged in her bathtub on January 31, 2015.

Whitney's official cause of death was drowning in her bathtub at the Beverly Hilton, complicated by cocaine use and heart disease.

Bobbi Kristina's autopsy results had been sealed until Friday morning because the Fulton County D.A. thought it would interfere with an ongoing criminal investigation into whether her boyfriend Nick Gordon was involved in her death. A judge unsealed the report after Atlanta station WXIA argued its First Amendment rights.

As for Gordon ... the ME was unable to determine if BK's death was "due to intentional or accidental causes." That could go a long way in clearing Gordon criminally.

However BK's estate has filed a $40 million wrongful death lawsuit against him -- alleging he gave her the toxic mix of drugs ... which the ME's report now clearly states played a role in her drowning.

Bobbi Kristina was eventually taken off life support and died on July 26 at a hospice in Georgia. Today would have been her 23rd birthday.

Mama June is still laying in a Georgia hospital because doctors can't figure out what caused her fainting spells ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Mama June will remain in the hospital an extra night after she was rushed there Wednesday night after she collapsed in her home.

We're told all of her tests have come back normal and doctors are unable to pinpoint exactly what is wrong with her.

Our sources say Mama June did have one theory ... she told doctors she has been extra stressed lately since "Marriage Boot Camp" began airing ... and she and Sugar Bear have been fighting about it constantly.

We're told docs plan on keeping Mama June in the hospital until they figure out what's wrong.

Mama June was just rushed to the hospital after collapsing at her home in Georgia Wednesday... TMZ has learned.

We're told June had been complaining about not feeling well, and had thrown up several times throughout the day. She passed out right after walking down the stairs in her house. She regained consciousness, but then had multiple fainting spells ... so her daughter, Pumpkin drove her to the hospital.

We're told June has been pushing it with her diet lately, and after passing out she admitted she hadn't eaten much today.

June's still in the hospital. We're told doctors plan on giving her a CT scan and taking blood work.

4:00 PM PT -- Reps for Sig confirm he suffered a heart attack ... and is currently resting up.

Captain Sig Hansen narrowly dodged a true "Deadliest Catch" moment when he fell unconscious on the deck while fishing for crab.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... Sig and the crew of the F/V Northwestern were at sea, with cameras rolling, when the captain briefly passed out. We're told Sig brushed it off when he came to, and wanted to keep fishing.

The production crew insisted he get medical attention, and he was airlifted to a nearby hospital.
