Jesse James has finally returned back to his home in California -- after undergoing a stint in rehab in Tucson, Arizona.
TMZ broke the story when Jesse admitted himself to Sierra Tucson in late March ... after telling a CHP deputy he was going there to try and save his marriage.

Earlier this month, Kelly dropped the restraining order against Daniel -- but yesterday in L.A., the two agreed to act like civil, peace-loving people so Kelly could drop off the kids.
