Justin Bieber passed on a tux, a suit and tie or even a blazer for an Oscar after-party he attended ... opting instead for Old Navy.

Paps got the Biebs Sunday night outside of the Vanity Fair Oscar party in Bev Hills, and he looked ... well, about as dressed up as you'd expect.

Vanity Fair flexed some serious muscles for its after-party ... with one huge celeb after another rolling through.

Warren Beatty brought proof to the Governors Ball HE didn't screw up the Oscars ... but the proof fell a tad short.

Warren hobnobbed with a slew of stars, envelope in hand, showing everyone the envelope he was given was for Best Actress. Thing is ... had he looked, it would have been apparent from the get-go.

Emma Stone only rolls with the best ... and it doesn't get any better than an Oscar and a wave of her smoking hot friends!

The Best Actress winner -- gold statue in hand -- was leaving the "La La Land" after-party at the SoHo Sunday night. You gotta see the line of beauties hopping into their waiting ride.

Rachel Lindsay doesn't care what kind of men step in for her season of "The Bachelorette" -- black, white, it's all good ... but she does want to see a mix.

We got Rachel at Floyd Mayweather's weekend birthday bash inside the J.W. Marriott, and she told us she isn't looking to overcompensate in diversity for her guys just 'cause she's the 1st black 'Bachelorette.'

That's not to say she does want to see a range of color in her contestants, whom she apparently doesn't have all that much of a choice in picking. She did drop a hint though as to what kind of man COULD win her heart.

21 Savage dropped bars on 13-year-old twins for one of the most ballingest bar/bat mitzvah surprises ever.

The ATL rapper was the surprise performer at the kids' b'nah mitzvah -- a co-ed affair -- Saturday night at the famous Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach.

Savage normally drops lines like, "Cause these n****s p**** and I'm hard, I turn that f****** soft into some hard" -- but he was nice enough to make a few kid-friendly edits. He even let one of 'em rock his "Savage" chain onstage.

If this seems extravagant, that's only because ... it is! We're told the parents -- Dad's an attorney -- dropped about a mil on the party. Much of that had to end up in pockets of 21 Savage, who btw ... was flown in on a private jet.

Adrien Broner is high ... off life, telling TMZ Sports he's a responsible partier now ... "I don't drink no more."

We talked to Broner on his way out of Hollywood hot spot Le Jardin ... and as AB says, "y'all usually used to me coming out the club stumbling, but I don't drink no more. I'm sober. I'm partying sober."

It's good to see ... Broner's had his share of alcohol related drama in the past, including showing up to court drunk last year and a DUI in 2015.

But things seem to be lookin' up for the former boxing champ ... he won a fight last weekend, and he's sober.

Floyd Mayweather wanted one gift for his 40th birthday in L.A. Thursday night ... not to have to talk about Conor McGregor... the question is, did he get it?

TMZ Sports got Mayweather leaving Roku in Hollywood, the first stop on his weekend-long massive 40th birthday blowout celebration.

Floyd talked to our cameras about the chinchilla floors in his whip, the RIDICULOUS watch on his wrist, even about his nephew, who he says is gonna run all his companies.

Oprah knew exactly how to unwind at the end of shooting her new movie -- a little margarita mix and a lot of tequila.

O was in New Zealand Wednesday playing bartender for the cast and crew of "A Wrinkle in Time." Her co-star, Reese Witherspoon, seemed more than happy to let Oprah "get behind the tequila wheel!"

The Jamaican track legend boarded the plane with Jamaican soccer star Ricardo "Bibi" Gardner, singer Christopher Martin and others ... and immediately broke out the booze!

There were shots, dancing, strobe lights, cool handshakes, dirty chants about all the sex they're gonna have in Trinidad ... seriously!

They were also singing along to Machel Montano's hit, "Like Ah Boss" -- Montano is like the Michael Jackson of Caribbean music.

Dwyane Wade wasn't an All-Star this season ... but that didn't stop him from livin' it up like one with his old teammate, Chris Bosh, and their wives on a boat trip in Miami!!

The Bulls star didn't make the team for the first time in 12 seasons, but it clearly doesn't look like he had a case of FOMO ... especially with his gorgeous wife, Gabrielle Union, showing off her killer bikini bod.

Khloe Kardashian made a surprise appearance this weekend ... in a ladies room ... in Jamaica.

A fan ran into Khloe Saturday night in the bathroom of Fiction Fantasy nightclub during an after-party for the Youth View Awards -- essentially Jamaica's Teen Choice Awards.

Needless to say, it was an unexpected -- and probably awkward -- meet and greet. Even so, Khloe took it in stride, and was even happy to pose for a few pics.

Drake dropped a huge surprise on a relatively small group of people Thursday night in London when he put in some work ... on what was supposed to be his day off.

Drake's been over there for a bunch of shows -- including a 2 night sold-out run at the 20k capacity O2 Arena. Thursday night though he rolled up to XOYO club, which only holds 800, and hopped onstage. The only people on the bill were Toronto rapper Smoke Dawg and UK rhymer Nafe Smallz ... so ticket holders got a sweet deal!

Drizzy kept his rager going later at Paper nightclub. He also grabbed the mic there and dropped about $30k on vodka and Dom for his crew.
