According to Curbed LA ... the "dilapidated" home of former Playboy Playmate Yvette Vickers has been put up for sale ... just 4 months after her mummified remains were discovered inside the home. Cops believe she may have died more than a year ago ... but nobody checked up on her.

The seller has listed the home at $499k -- but notes it's a "major fixer-upper."

Here's a shocker -- the chick who ditched Hugh Hefner days before their wedding is now trying to shop her own reality show around town ... and even more shocking, there's actual interest.

TMZ has learned ... Crystal Harris already has meetings set up with a few different networks ... hoping to land a deal.

We're told the premise behind the show (beyond just the fact that she's hot) will focus on her struggle to find a career after burning the richest bridge she will ever have.

Hugh Hefner's runaway bride Crystal Harris has got a brand new roommate -- except this time, it's not an 85-year-old man ... it's Dr. Phil's son Jordan McGraw.

Sources close to Crystal tell TMZ, she officially moved into Jordan's Hollywood Hills home a couple weeks ago -- but she's been crashing at the place on and off for months ... while she split her time between L.A. and San Diego.

Surprisingly, we're told the two are NOT dating -- they're just really good friends ... and as we previously reported, they're both working hard to produce Crystal's new album.

A famous German rapper is being sued for allegedly punching a woman in the face and breaking her nose during a party at the Playboy Mansion in 2009 ... TMZ has learned.

Alessandra Mendes claims she was minding her own business on the dance floor during a party for a beverage called Stander ... when some "drunk and unruly" dude named Giwar Hajabi -- aka Xatar -- bumped into her friend.

In her lawsuit, filed last week in L.A. County Superior Court, Mendes claims she asked Hajabi to leave them alone ... but instead, he pushed her and pulled her hair. Mendes says Hajabi then, "stepped on [my] foot and punched [me] in the nose."

In her suit, Mendes points out that she is 5'4" and 120 lbs ... and Xatar is 6'0" and 235 lbs.

Mendes claims Xatar "had a known reputation for drunken , unruly and combative and violent behavior, but [Playboy, Stander and the party promoters] allowed Hajabi on to the premises" anyway.

In the docs, Mendes claims while she was bleeding profusely, she was "simply escorted to a shuttle bus" and taken to her car without any medical attention.

Mendes is suing Xatar, Playboy, Stander and the promoters for unspecified damages.

Attempts to reach Xatar were unsuccessful. Calls to Playboy have not been returned.

Levi Johnston's little sister HATES Bristol Palin ... calling her "evil" and a "sociopath" in a new Playboy interview. Oh, and she also gets naked.

19-year-old Mercede Johnston (above left) just WENT OFF about the entire Palin crew -- calling Sarah Palin a bad mom who's "never there for [her kids]" ... adding, "She doesn't make her kids go to school. She'd rather parade them around and put on a show, at book signings or conventions."

As for Bristol -- "Everything is about her, her, her. She has to have her own way. She'll be supersweet and then she turns into the most evil person I've ever known ... Honestly, she is the meanest person."

Mercede adds, "I didn't know someone could be so vindictive and evil ...[She's] a sociopath. She doesn't think anything she could do or does is wrong."

Mercede also claims Bristol and Levi PLANNED their pregnancy -- saying, "They were trying to conceive for months."

TMZ spoke with Lena Griffin (pictured above left) -- mother of Miss January 2011(pictured above right) -- who tells us her daughter has NEVER been Hef's girlfriend -- adding, "the rumors that they are dating were just for publicity."

Lena explains -- "They met at a party a few years back, but they are JUST FRIENDS. That's what [Hef] means when he says Anna is his 'best girl'"

She adds, "It makes me feel so much better to know there is not any hanky-panky going on."

Our jewelry spies were there when Harris stepped inside Prospect Jewelers in La Jolla, CA, asking for an appraisal on the ring.

The owner asked Harris if there was any documentation on the quality of the ring (cut, clarity, etc.,) but the playmate was in the dark. So Crystal called over to the Playboy Mansion -- on speaker phone -- for info on the ring. The person on the other end of the line offered to fax Crystal the info -- but not immediately -- so Crystal left.

Our spy overheard the owner telling Crystal he was sorry to hear about Hef, to which Crystal replied, "Are you kidding? It was all for publicity."

According to our sources, Hef has a new main girl -- Miss January 2011 Anna Sophia Berglund (above left). According to our sources, Anna has now moved into Hef's room and the two have taken to calling each other "babe" around other people. We're told during a recent movie night at the Playboy Mansion, the two were cuddling and kissing during the entire movie.

One source put it bluntly -- "It's clear Hef has moved on to Anna."

Sources close to Crystal tell us that while Anna was never singled out, the constant presence of girls around wore on Crystal and played a role in her decision to call it off.

And who says Hef isn't maturing? Anna is a whole 24 days older than Crystal!

Sources close to Harris tell TMZ ... Heidi reached out to her shortly after the breakup with Hef to offer her moral support. Bottle blondes need to stick together!

The pair decided to spend what would have been Crystal's wedding day in Las Vegas. They couldn't just go to Sin City on the down low -- instead they are hosting a party at WET REPUBLIC pool at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino.

We broke the story this morning -- Karissa pulled a bait-and-switch on the "Smallville" actor yesterday, lying about moving back into the Mansion with her sister ... so Jones would help her pack before she dumped him.

But something changed in the last few hours -- because the twins just rolled up to the Mansion, telling us, they're moving back into Hugh Hefner's palace after all.

Sources close to Crystal and Jordan tell us Dr. Phil's son gave her a shoulder to cry on when she fled the Playboy Mansion -- but most of their time has been spent in a Hollywood recording studio ... where they are working on Crystal's new album.

Jordan is a singer/songwriter who used to be on the same label as Crystal.

Before Crystal called off the wedding ... just days before their wedding ... Hefner had already agreed to give her the July cover with the headline, "Mrs. Crystal Hefner."

Box loads of magazines have already been shipped without the sticker -- but Hefner insists the big, red mark WILL appear on newsstands.

Ex-fiancée Crystal Harris went on KIIS FM with Ryan Seacrest this morning -- days after she called off her wedding with Hef -- claiming the Playboy mogul has now bowed out of the marriage game ... for good.

According to Crystal, Hef had only agreed to marry her because he believed it was what she wanted -- and he was actually RELIEVED when she called the whole thing off.

Sources close to Crystal tell us she was fed up with the "couple hundred dollar" weekly allowance she got from Playboy -- and wanted to make her own cheese.

We're told Crystal purely focused on launching her music career -- even with the wedding just days away.
