Una compañía de autobuses está siendo llevada a los tribunales por, supuestamente, no cumplir con su contrato de transportar a los manifestantes que trataban de llegar a una Marcha por Israel. Todo esto, después de que sus conductores se negaran a llevarlos, y el demandante está reclamando daños y perjuicios por discriminación religiosa.

Un tipo llamado Doron Orbach está demandando a Coach USA en una demanda colectiva, alegando violaciones de varias leyes federales contra la discriminación, incluyendo la Ley de Derechos Civiles. El sujeto afirma que Coach es responsable por no haber llevado a los adherentes a la protesta de D.C. en apoyo de Israel.

Según los documentos obtenidos por TMZ, Orbach, que es judío e israelí, dice que el Consejo Americano de Israel había reservado autobuses a través de Coach para el transporte de más de 900 personas ese día. Estaban previstos varios puntos de recogida en toda la Costa Este, que tenían como destino final la marcha en Washington DC.

The man who attacked Paul Pelosi at his home with a hammer last year just got convicted in federal court -- and he's facing some serious time behind bars.

David DePape was found guilty of one count of assault on the immediate member of a federal official and for attempted kidnapping of a federal official. On the first conviction, he faces a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and 20 years for the second.

The jury reached their verdict in less than a day -- they started deliberations Wednesday afternoon, and came back with their decision Thursday morning.

DePape actually took the stand in his own defense for this case ... and he testified that he never meant to harm Paul, and that he simply panicked when his plot didn't go according to plan. He claims he was simply there to talk to Rep. Nancy Pelosi about election interference.

Paul, of course, had a different take ... testifying that DePape burst through his bedroom door that night and demanded to know where his wife was, with a freaking hammer in hand.

He also addressed the mysterious nature of the 911 call and the moment cops found both Paul and DePape at the entryway of the home ... saying he knew he was in danger, and simply wanted to remain calm in an effort not to set off the intruder and risk harm.

Of course, in the end ... he was hurt, with DePape violently swinging his hammer at Paul as soon as he started to sense the jig was up -- and Pelosi suffered serious injuries as a result.

Nancy wasn't home that night ... and she decried DePape's attack against her husband as violent political extremism in real-time. In response to the guilty verdict, her team says the family is ... "deeply grateful for the outpouring of prayers and warm wishes for Mr. Pelosi from so many across the country during this difficult time."

Paul has made a full recovery since the incident, and he's been by Nancy's side at a lot of events in the aftermath -- including a public outing on Wednesday evening ... where he, the congresswoman and others were hobnobbing with President Biden in SF to welcome Xi.

Dozens of pro-Palestine protesters descended onto a very busy bridge in Northern California -- and at the worst time too ... as people were trying to get to work!

Countless demonstrators blocked off traffic and completely halted activity on the upper deck of San Francisco's Bay Bridge -- and they made sure to let everyone know they weren't going anywhere ... with multiple people chaining themselves to one another/to their cars.

Of course, they had megaphones and signage with them ... all of which called for a ceasefire between Palestine and Israel, while calling on a pause of U.S. aid to Israel specifically.

Some of the more theatrical protesters even laid out on the ground and threw white sheets over themselves ... as a way to reenact/recreate the people being killed in the Middle East. It certainly made a statement -- but it's hard to tell how effective this was, 'cause there were A LOT of angry commuters trying to get in and out of the area for work in the morning.

Not only was traffic backed up to high heaven ... but cops eventually landed on the scene and tried to clear the road, which ultimately ended in a ton of arrests (upwards of 50 or so).

Tow trucks were also brought in to clear the protesters' cars that were completely cutting off lanes -- which was necessary seeing how some of the protesters chucked their keys.

In the end ... the bridge was finally cleared, but it took a long time and a lot of resources.

Dwayne Johnson is changing his tune after endorsing President Biden's 2020 campaign -- instead, he's now distancing himself from POTUS in a very public way ... on Joe Rogan's super popular podcast.

The Rock and Rogan were bemoaning the fact most Americans pick their friends based on political affiliation, these days -- but the actor said he doesn't discriminate, and has Trump-lovin' pals and friends who support Biden.

But when Joe asked him if he really does have Biden-backing friends, Dwayne clarified he meant he had buddies loyal to the Democratic party. Basically, he's no longer aligning himself with Joe's leadership!

Dwayne has clearly been making quite the impact in politics ... recently divulging on Trevor Noah's Spotify podcast that last year he was approached by several political parties to see if he would run for President. That's following a 2021 poll revealing 46% of Americans would vote for him.

While he said those numbers make him confident that if he were to go down that road, he could be a real contender -- however, he added there's a lot about politics he "hates," and right now he just wants to spend time with his kids.

Dwayne did say he'd reconsider running in the future -- and Wednesday in D.C. he looked every bit like a politician.

He spent the day meeting with several Senators, on both sides of the aisle ... including Chuck Schumer, Jon Tester, Lindsey Graham and Susan Collins.

While Joe was onstage ... he explicitly shouted out the Gov. with some flattering words -- and based on what he said, a lot of people think he sees him as a would-be successor.

Check it out ... 46 says Newsom's been doing a helluva job for the Golden State, and then added -- "Matter of fact, he can be anything he wants. He can have the job I'm looking for."

Of course, what Biden seems to be referring to here is the presidency itself ... for which he's currently running as he seeks reelection. Joe hasn't signaled he's bowing out for 2024 -- so, presumably, what he means here is that Newsom is primed to run in the near future.

We know Gov. Newsom's ambitious and there's been tons of rumblings in the Democratic Party that he has presidential aspirations -- so Joe confirming that is pretty telling.

BTW, this little get-together they were at yesterday ended up being high-level entertainment ... 'cause Gwen Stefani stopped by to serenade the crowd -- belting out a couple songs and even giving the Prez a hug in front of everyone.

The next debate is scheduled for December 6 at the Moody Music Building Concert Hall at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. The debate will be carried live on NewsNation. The network announced last Thursday it will host the debate, and sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... that same day Secret Service agents came to the venue and walked the premises ... inside and out.

The only candidate who has Secret Service protection is Donald Trump, who, as a former President, will be shadowed for life by the agency.

Trump has passed on the previous debates this year and there has been no obvious evidence he'll change course, given he's light-years ahead of the other candidates in the polls. But the Secret Service walk-through suggests he's thinking about showing up.

What's especially interesting ... one of the 3 moderators of the debate is Megyn Kelly, who famously sparred with Trump during a Republican debate back in 2015. The ratings went through the roof for that debate, and Trump is obsessed with ratings, so who knows?

We are proactively and aggressively removing this content and investigating how it got onto our platform. The number of videos on TikTok is small and reports of it trending on our platform are inaccurate. This is not unique to TikTok and has appeared across multiple platforms and the media."

Osama Bin Laden might've not been such a bad guy after all -- at least that's what a bunch of TikTokers think ... this after reading a post-9/11 letter he wrote, if you can believe that.

Here's the deal ... correspondence that the infamous terrorist architect of Sept. 11th wrote back in 2002 -- in response to the question of why he and his al-Qaeda followers carried out the deadly attacks -- has been going viral over the past 24 hours or so, but in a strange way.

Essentially, a bunch of people online read his "Letter to America" and apparently see some merit in his arguments over why he and his fellow terrorists decided to kill thousands of American civilians ... and yes, this all has to do with the current Israel-Palestine conflict.

You can go read the letter on your own, but OBL explicitly mentions the U.S.'s role in the Middle East dating back decades ... and claims our country has basically given him and his cohorts no choice but to retaliate to what he characterizes as unjust meddling in the region.

He also notes he's a Palestine sympathizer ... and that seems to be why all these Americans now are posting TikTok responses and suggesting -- "Y'know what, maybe he had a point."

It's a wild trend, and it's gone viral -- so much so, in fact, that one of the only mainstream Western publications that still had the letter up on their site (The Guardian) actually took it down ... and their rationale boils down to it not having their original proper context.

Of course, it's understandable why they'd remove it ... seeing how it justifies committing mass murder on many, many Americans -- something some folks in 2023 seem to cool with!

Like we said, most of the folks reconsidering their view on 9/11 are echoing the pro-Palestine/anti-Israel rhetoric we've seen in protests for weeks now ... and while some are trying to walk the line of condemning Bin Laden's tactics for dealing with his grievances (aka, deadly terrorism) and supporting his root cause, others are blurring the line a bit.

If that sounds concerning ... well, that's 'cause it is. Those who are finding validity in Bin Laden's key points are now saying they were brainwashed by U.S. propaganda into hating the guy and supporting the American effort to root out radical Islamist terrorism in the '00s.

Naturally, others are screaming revisionist history ... and are beside themselves that any American could see Bin Laden as an oppressed victim. Talk about never forget, huh?

The Army, Navy and Air Force are reportedly falling short of their recruitment goals ... and it sounds like some senators believe The Rock has the influence to convince more young people to enlist.

Dwayne's visit also comes on the heels of him saying he's been approached by political parties about a potential run for president.

For now, Dwayne says he's staying on the political sidelines -- he's open to reconsidering in the future -- because, right now, he wants to spend time with his kids.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is in the middle of a heated debate around the viral photo of him walking barefoot on an airplane, and his response proves he's keeping 10 toes down on his stance on this issue.

The presidential candidate sent a video response to TMZ -- after seeing the controversy bubble up in our newsroom -- and he tells us it's "inexcusable" for politicians to go barefoot on an airplane and promises to never repeat the same foot faux pas.

Ya gotta see RFK Jr.'s video ... once he finishes his "apology" the camera pans away to show the naked truth -- and while he's not midflight in the video, he is sitting in an airport terminal. 😂

As you know ... the photo going around the internet shows RFK Jr. walking barefoot down a messy airplane aisle. The image was snapped earlier this month on an American Airlines flight from Portland to Dallas when RFK Jr. was sitting in first class.

Conservative commentator Justin Haskins took the now-viral photo, and on his "In The Tank" podcast Haskins claimed there was a bunch of food and debris on the floor as RFK Jr. walked barefoot to the airplane bathroom.

A major UFC advertiser once tried to strong-arm Dana White into taking down a pro-Donald Trump video off his personal social media page ... infuriating the CEO.

Dana's response?? "F*** YOU!"

White was recently a guest on Theo Von's "This Past Weekend" podcast ... when he relayed the shocking story.

"I posted a video for Trump. Right? On my personal social media, and one of our big sponsors called and said, 'Take that down.' Know what I said? 'Go f*** yourself. You vote for whoever you wanna vote for, and I'll vote for whoever I want to vote for.' That's how this works."

"I don't even care who you vote for. It's none of my f***ing business. But f*** you. Don't ever f***ing call me and tell me who to vote for!" White emphatically said.

Dana didn't name the company, but whoever made the ask obviously was clueless to who they were dealing with ... 'cause White and Trump are tight. The men go way back to White's early UFC days ... more than a decade before DT even considered running for office.

Even if his bond with 45 wasn't what it is, Dana's made it crystal clear he won't meddle in the political views of others, a belief that's seemingly become rare these days.

Theo also told a similar, politically related story involving now-Independent presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr., who was also recently on Von's show.

While the ep did big numbers, clearly not everyone was pumped for RFK Jr.'s appearance ... namely Peloton.

Yes, the exercise equipment makers ... who according to the comedian, wanted their ad pulled from his ep.

"Peloton were the people who wanted the ad out," Von said.

This didn't sit well with Dana.
