Brit Eady is finally putting to rest a year-old rumor that a whole room of people saw graphic posters of her performing oral sex ... saying she doesn't know who was in the pic -- but, she's absolutely sure it isn't her.

The "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star took to Instagram Friday to confirm she's not appearing in this season's reunion taping as it's been an emotional and dark year for her.

However, she also addressed the graphic sexual photo that was brought up in the season's fifth episode -- saying it's not a pic of her.

Kenya Moore is speaking out after skipping the taping of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" reunion on Thursday -- a major move following a turbulent season 16.

Moore posted a statement to X on Thursday saying she's "disappointed to not be a part of the #RHOA 16 reunion taping today." She went on to take full accountability for her actions and deeply apologized to those affected, including cast member Brittany Eady, the cast, crew, guests and viewers.

The ending of her statement is raising eyebrows -- with her parting words being ... "see you back on Bravo soon." The reality star is clearly suggesting her time on the network isn’t over.

In addition to his prison sentence, U.S. District Judge Josephine Staton in Los Angeles fined Girardi $35,000 and ordered him to pay more than $2.3 million in restitution.

She is also responding to our report that she was given a trespass warning from police ... telling the outlet, "I didn't want to leave. I insisted on making sure she was cared for."

1:10 PM PT -- Sonja Morgan was given a trespass warning last night, according to documents TMZ obtained from the Palm Beach Police Dept. She refused to sign the warning, the doc shows.
