"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Miles Brock is off the hook for an alleged fight with his co-star and now ex-boyfriend Milan Christopher ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story when Brock was arrested for allegedly punching Christopher in the face during a party in NY. Brock's attorney tells TMZ they got witness statements that contradicted Milan's claims and therefore, the case was dismissed for lack of evidence.

Sources close to Milan tell a different story, saying he just didn't want to keep flying back and forth from L.A. to NYC to deal with the case ... so he dropped the charges.

The he said/he said might not be done yet -- Brock's attorney says his client is considering a possible defamation suit against Milan.

"Beverly Hills Nannies" star Ari Bellamar claims she wound up in the hospital after a valet attendant went ballistic and spit into her family's car.

Ari says the nasty run-in went down outside Dan Tana's, the famous Italian restaurant in West Hollywood. After dropping their car off at Dan Tana's valet, Ari and her family decided to hit up a different restaurant right next door for takeout.

She says when they came back their car was blocked and the valet attendant was pissed they didn't eat at Dan Tana's. Ari claims he body checked her husband and then hocked a loogie into a napkin and threw it inside their car as they drove off.

Ari is 4 months pregnant and says the stress made her start spotting so much, she was admitted to a hospital. The baby is okay, but Ari's husband has filed a battery report with cops.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick packed on a little PDA Tuesday ... which makes you wonder.

They were shopping at Williams-Sonoma in Calabasas when they got all handsy with each other.

'Bachelor' Ben Higgins celebrated the first day of Black History Month by booting the only black contestant left from the show.

Poor Jubilee Sharpe was rose-challenged on Monday night's show, leaving in tears.

Jubilee got her walking papers when Ben told her during a group date he just wasn't into her and then sent her packing.

Maybe he judged her on the content of her character.

Safyre Terry, the 8-year-old burn survivor who asked for Christmas cards to boost her spirits, belatedly opened one ... from none other than North West.

A flood of cards came from thousands of people around the world, and Safyre's aunt, Liz Dolder, says they're still opening them. Low and behold, they got 2 handmade cards from North and Penelope Disick.

Safyre also got cards from Kim, Kourtney and Khloe.

Liz says they're finding other gems in the pile ... they got one from Dolly Parton as well.

The card opening was put on hold for a few weeks because Safyre went into surgery to release some tightened scar tissue.

Teresa Giudice says "Orange is the New Black" pales in comparison to real-life lesbian free-for-alls in the prison she called home in 2015.

Teresa's releasing a new book in which she says even straight women became "gay for the stay." She says women would often trade sex for commissary money.

In a preview of the book, obtained by the New York Daily News, Teresa says there were full blown shower escapades, and nocturnal nookie sessions. She says, "I could see two women ... writhing around ... I cannot believe this is happening!"

The "RHONJ" star says there was so much sex the prison's nickname was The Boom Boom Room.

Teresa says she stayed clear of the other inmates in the sex dept.

She also had a nickname ... "Hollywood."

Kyle Richards filmed her first day of 'Celebrity Apprentice' Friday, but unlike the other apprentices, she spent the night in the comfort of her own home.

Sources connected to production tell TMZ, Kyle attached one string to her show contract ... she would not be confined to a hotel during the 30 days of filming. We're told she insisted on going home to studly hubby, Mauricio Umansky.

The caged contestants include Laila Ali, Brooke Burke, Lisa Leslie, Vince Neil, Snooki, Chael Sonnen and Porsha Williams. They're staying in a beachfront hotel while the show films in L.A.

Our sources say Kyle will make appearances in the hotel room, so it may look like she's living there ... but she's not.

Rob Kardashian wants back on reality TV ... but this time around, his sisters won't be in the act.

We're told Rob wants a show about his life with Blac Chyna. It will chronicle their day-to-day lives, which reinforces what we've heard ... that they're going to be living together for a long time.

As for why Rob wants back on TV -- especially since he's lived like a hermit for 2 years -- we're told it's simply what he knows and how he makes a living.

Here's the rub ... Rob's in deep with the Kardashian TV franchise, and we're told their contract gives the E! Network first bite at any reality show any of them might do. We're told Kris is none too happy about Rob's new relationship, and she has a lot of power at E!.

Even if the network turns thumbs down, Rob can still shop it elsewhere.

Arnold will reportedly be joined by celeb advisers including Tyra Banks, Jessica Alba, Warren Buffett ... and Clippers owner Steve Ballmer.

We just got the first footage of the "Little Women: LA" bar fight -- and it's as vicious as advertised, and includes the head shot that sent one cast member to the hospital.

As TMZ first reported, Christy suffered bruises on the brain, according to production sources -- and there's crystal clear video of Terra's glass hitting Christy. From the clip, it's hard to tell if the container's plastic or glass ... but our sources say Christy believes it was glass.

'Bachelor' favorite Lauren Bushnell looks like a taken woman, judging from the ring on her finger, but there's less here than meets the eye.

The photo surfaced Tuesday -- Lauren wearing what looks like an engagement ring -- and it caused a ****storm thanks to her friend who posted the pic on Instagram.

Could it be ... Ben not only picked her but popped the question?

No.

The photo was taken in September, 2 months BEFORE Ben picked the woman of his dreams. There's no way she was married during the competition, or even engaged, because it would mean the show was a sham and that would be a PR disaster for producers.

So the takeaway is this ... a rose by any other name may be a rose, but a ring on the left ring finger is not always an engagement ring.

Chris says a TV and web commercial for the site -- where farmers "don't have to be lonely" -- used his "persona" without his permission. The spot claimed Chris needed the site's help in the romance department because "he picked a city girl" while he was on a TV show.

Soules picked Whitney Bischoff on 'Bachelor,' but they famously broke up after a 6 month engagement.

Here's the odd thing ... the FarmersOnly ad never actually shows Chris' face, or says his name -- it's just a silhouette of a cowboy over the Hollywood sign, while a spokesman talks about the cowboy's love problems.

But as Chris says in his lawsuit ... he's "one of the most famous celebrities in the United States" -- so he and his attorneys think he's the lonely cowboy in the FarmersOnly ad.

Chris wants all the money the site made off "his" commercial, plus damages.
