Kim Kardashian is recalling, in graphic detail, the moment she saw the robbers take down the concierge ... and grab her out of her bedroom.

"The Bachelorette" will offer Rachel Lindsay clear choices ... if race is a factor.

The photo was snapped behind the scenes on the first night of taping, showing about 14 contestants, and there is a mix ... but looks like she's trending black.

It's pretty clear from the finale of "The Bachelor" ... producers are going to make race a central story line ... looks like mission accomplished.

The funny part -- we're told production assistants were warned of Tyra's rep as a diva, and told it's best to tread lightly. However, there's been none of that. So far.

Kendall Jenner got a visit from CSI -- a forensic fingerprint specialist looking through her house for evidence in the $200k jewelry heist.

The investigator coolly entered Kendall's Hollywood Hills pad Thursday with his briefcase full of CSI tools to find any prints left behind. The guy sounded confident on the way out, but fingerprints around most of the house could be meaningless because ... as we reported, there was a bunch of people in the house.

Kendall's jewelry box might yield some clues IF the crooks touched it or any of the jewels left behind.

We broke the story, cops believe it was an inside job.

One of Bow Wow's friends is breaking ranks, speaking out against him for threatening to pimp out Melania Trump.

We got Sincere Show, a former "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star, Wednesday night at Nightingale Plaza, and he summed it up this way ... "Trump trippin' but Bow Wow trippin' too."

You'll recall ... Bow Wow came out strong in support of Snoop Dogg after Trump took a shot at Snoop for his controversial "Lavender" video. But Sincere says there's a line in any beef, and Bow Wow definitely crossed it with the Melania tweet.

Kim Zolciak and NeNe Leakes are deep in negotiations to return to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta."

Sources close to production tell us Kim and NeNe both have offers on the table from Bravo for Season 10 this Fall, and we're told the network wants them as full-fledged cast members.

We're told both women are receptive, but there's a problem. Kim's got her own show on Bravo that just started filming ... and NeNe's shooting her own stuff.

We're told Bravo's willing to bend if necessary and hire them as part-time cast members, although that's not ideal.

We know both want a lot of money, and we don't know if the 2 sides are far apart.

Kim hasn't been a regular on 'Housewives' since season 5, and NeNe bailed after season 8. Members of the existing cast are not all down with the move, but they have no choice.

Ex-'Bachelor' Ben Higgins is crossing his fingers ... hoping the new 'Bachelorette' does not get racial.

Ben's reacting to one of Rachel Lindsay's suitors, who blurted out this week, I'm ready to go black, and I'm never going to go back."

We got Ben leaving Barton G. in L.A. where he as much as said it was a bonehead statement.

Sources close to the divorcing "Flip or Flop" stars tell us they had dinner Monday with Tim Storey in Orange County to talk about their split. We're told the sit-down was Tarek's idea, because Tim's been helping him cope with the divorce.

Tarek wanted to bring Christina in to the mix to discuss their co-parenting and friendship, and they didn't record the meeting for the show. We're told the goal is NOT to get back together ... like, at all.

Right after Nick Viall's 'Bachelor' season wrapped, Rachel Lindsay's 'Bachelorette' season began -- and one of her suitors is already getting racial.

Rachel -- the first black Bachelorette or Bachelor -- met her contestants after Monday's finale, and a white guy named Dean decided he wanted to let her know he's down with interracial dating, but watch ... he wasn't nearly that smooth about it.

The former "Mob Wives" star fell victim to the vandalism last Wednesday and the vehicle was towed away from her home Thursday morning. As you can see, someone wrote RAT in giant orange letters.

We spoke to Karen, and she tells us all signs point to Drita D'Avanzo -- whom Karen had an epic beef with in the final season of the reality show last year.

Sounds like Karen's moved on from that feud, even if Drita hasn't. A rep for Drita wouldn't comment, except to say she wishes Karen and her team a successful year.

But, as for this latest swipe ... Karen and her camp seem to have a plan of action to deal with it.

Hollywood hairdresser Danielle Priano was busted at the Buffalo Int'l Airport with several containers of illegal prescription drugs.

Priano -- known for working with stars like Mariah Carey and J Lo -- was detained February 12 while attempting to board a flight to NYC. We're told the Buffalo PD obtained a search warrant to check her duffel bag and purse ... and found nearly 400 Rx pills.

According to court docs ... the pills included Adderall, oxycodone, hydrocodone, Xanax and a Suboxone strip commonly used to treat addiction. Priano was charged with 4 counts of possession of a controlled substance. She pled not guilty to all 4 counts.

Priano recently appeared on "Mariah's World" as Carey's hairstylist.

Jenni Rivera's brother doesn't wanna go head-to-head with the Kardashians now that he's got a reality show, and it's simple -- HE KNOWS HE CAN'T!!!

Grammy winning singer Lupillo Rivera -- an icon in Mexico and among Latinos around the world -- tells us why he dares not compare himself to the Kardashians ... he says just look at 'em. Really, look at them and then look at him.

Lupillo -- whose album, "El Malo," dropped Friday -- also tells us he's obviously still coping with his sister's death in the plane crash back in 2012.

Dog the Bounty Hunter and wife Beth are the latest L.A. crime victims after thieves somehow got inside their ritzy hotel suite and stole thousands in cash.

Law enforcement sources tell us Dog and Beth were staying at the Luxe Hotel in Los Angeles Thursday night when they opened their safe and were shocked to find more than $5k in cash had disappeared.

Cops tell us there was no sign of forced entry.

It's interesting ... nothing other than the cash was taken, despite the fact that all of their luggage and jewelry were in the room.

We're told cops are working with the hotel to check to see if anyone made a key card which allowed them access to the room. Translation ... they think it might be an inside job.

O.J. Simpson could be released from prison as early as October, and the buzz in the reality TV industry is that some producers are getting ready to scramble to sign him.

We've contacted a number of reality TV production companies, TV agents and platforms where such a show could run, and the reactions range from recoiling in disgust to pouncing on the opportunity.

None of the people to whom we spoke wanted to be quoted by name, but they all say the most likely formats are documentary or interview show.

Simpson actually co-wrote a book and then in 2006 shot a TV special, 'If I Did It.' O.J.'s co-author has said O.J. confessed to the double murder in the book and we know he read that passage for the TV special. There was a public outcry and Fox killed the show and our sources say it will never air.

The producers and agents with whom we spoke say they're certain someone will try to recreate the TV special that was never broadcast for several reasons ... years have passed, O.J. has done time for unrelated crimes, and 'People vs. O.J. Simpson' was a big hit.

Here's the problem. Almost to a person, producers and agents said broadcast and cable networks would never air a show featuring O.J. They say the public wouldn't tolerate it and no one would advertise on it.

That said, producers say there would be a home on Pay-Per-View because, as one person put it, "people could pay without being judged."

As for O.J. making money off a show ... he's still on the hook for a $33 million wrongful death judgment, and any money he makes could be attached to satisfy the judgment.

The "Cash Me Ousside" girl is back to her pre-Dr. Phil days ... because cops say they were called to her house and watched her yell and cuss at her mom right in front of them.

Law enforcement sources tell us they were called to Danielle's Boynton Beach, FL home Tuesday on a call for assistance. Danielle's 17-year-old friend, who'd allegedly been living with Danielle and her mom, Barbara, got kicked out by Barb and was giving her a hard time on the way out.

Cops say Danielle got into it with her mom too ... calling her names and cussing at her numerous times. However, things never got physical and cops left without further incident.

It's interesting ... Danielle's friend who got the boot is the same chick Danielle appeared with in Stitches' video ... wonder if mom's had enough?
