Josh Duggar is a father once again as wife, Anna, gave birth over the weekend to a 7 lb. 14 oz. baby girl named Meredith Grace Duggar.

Let's all agree to pretend this isn't creepy since he confessed to molesting his own sisters and all.

Nope, not creepy at all.

Kim Richards resurfaced after a rocky rehab stint, hitting up a famous restaurant in the 90210.

Kim looked good and was cooing about her sobriety as she left Madeo in Bev Hills.

As we reported, Kim went to 3 different rehab facilities following her drunken arrest in April at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She went to rehab, fell off the wagon in Mexico and went to 2 other facilities.

As TMZ first reported, 'RHOBH' producers don't plan to have Richards back on the show at all next season ... and Richards did have a few words of advice for whoever replaces her.

Caitlyn Jenner and Laverne Cox met in person Sunday night for the first time as the two posed for a photo during a special screening of Caitlyn's upcoming series, "I Am Cait."

We've learned Teresa will appear by prison telephone on a 2-part special, showing how Joe is caring for their 4 kids while his wife is serving out her 15-month sentence.

Bravo couldn't get a camera inside, so pay phone is the next best option.

As for money ... there's no problem with Bravo paying Teresa an appearance fee, because the "Son of Sam" law -- which prohibits people from profiting off certain crimes -- only applies to certain violent offenses.

Jax Taylor from "Vanderpump Rules" took a break from the beach Friday night for an extended visit to a Honolulu jail, after getting busted for allegedly stealing a very expensive pair of shades.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Jax is still in the slammer with no immediate prospect of getting out. We're told he allegedly went to a sunglasses shop and stole a pair. He was arrested at his hotel a block away.

The glasses had to be worth more than $300 ... the minimum in Hawaii for charging someone with felony theft.

Jax has been posting pics of his vacation with GF Brittany Cartwright.

They'll be able to add another pic to the set ... the one taken by cops.

Dog the Bounty Hunter and his wife, Beth, have been accused of ruining a rival bounty hunter's good name ... and the guy wants $30 million from them to make it right.

Charles Fisher filed a lawsuit against Dog and Beth, claiming they manipulated his story during an episode of their show, 'On The Hunt,' to make him look bad.

Fisher claims the show phonied a phone conversation to make it look like he made off with $20,000 in collateral. He also claims the show -- which described him as a "corrupt bondsman" -- made it seem like he stiffed his insurance company and he used a jail connection to drum up business.

To add insult to injury, Fisher said he sold his phone lines to the Chapmans and they only paid him $5k of the $20,000 agreed upon price.

Fisher says his name in the bounty hunting biz is forever ruined because of the show and the Chapmans ... thus the $30,000,000 demand.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Nikko London -- star of one of the most successful sex tapes of 2014 -- is now allegedly stiffing his landlord, and on the verge of getting evicted.

According to docs filed in Fulton County -- London owes just $786.29 in back rent on his apartment, but fees and utilities bump it up to $1,083.56.

The pink notice taped to his door is a clear sign Nikko's days are numbered in the place if he doesn't pay up quick. But we're told he's been telling neighbors he's moving to a new place up the street.

The 'Honey Boo Boo' matriarch's been banging the drum for TLC execs to pull the plug on the Duggars ... just like they did to her fam.

But June's still pissed because she says Jim Bob and Michelle's clan is getting off easy. The network's still got a Duggars docu-special in the works, which June calls BS -- "I feel it will be another situation for them to get paid for doing something bad."

She adds ... "Like, that kinda behavior is not okay."

The show has been on the chopping block since the revelations about Josh Duggar ... that he molested 5 children, including 4 sisters.

TMZ has reported TLC wanted to wait to make a formal announcement in case the winds shifted, but they never did. The public outcry was strong, and the show has been a goner for 2 months.

So now 2 TLC shows have been 86'd after revelations that minor children in the casts have been molested. The second, obviously, is "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo."

Magic Johnson is on the NBC wishlist for the new host of "Celebrity Apprentice" ... TMZ has learned.

Well-connected 'Apprentice' sources tell us the plan is to find "a successful minority businessperson who's active in the inner cities." Magic certainly fits that bill. We're told there has been NO negotiation with him, but he's high on the list.

We're also told George Lopez is on that list. He doesn't have Magic's business cred, but he's hugely successful and a solid host. He also fills NBC's dream bill of getting a Latino to replace Trump. Lopez says he hasn't been contacted, but we're told all the discussions so far have been internal.

The latest victim of Scott Disick's antics is ... Kourtney Kardashian's long, flowing, formerly dark hair -- which has suddenly got a serious silver streak.

The reason is simple and pretty obvious ... Kim is struggling with substance abuse and producers think she's unreliable and poses a liability risk.

According to our sources, Richards won't even be the ubiquitous "friend of the show."

It's interesting ... the surviving cast members are all friends -- Kim and Brandi were the s*** stirrers of the bunch -- so you have to wonder ... where's the drama?
