Here's one of the many titillating screen shots TMZ got from the hot tape, which show the wayward warbler in various sexual poses, in what looks like a cheap hotel room. (Note the ciggy in the bathtub.) Sources tell TMZ that the video, shot sometime this year, will be released before the end of the year, and just in time for the kickoff of "Idol's" seventh season.

The classy Miss Sierra was arrested earlier this week for disorderly intoxication and resisting an officer without violence. In a new audio tape of a jailhouse phone call, Sierra can be heard calling those same cops "crackers."

TMZ has learned that the rest of the roll shows the two not only making out, but having hardcore sex in the hot tub. A source who has seen the photos tells TMZ that they are "Paris sex tape-level scandalous," and include images of the couple in several different sex positions. That's hot!

His entourage chilled in the VIP room, sipping Grey Goose and Dom, while JET hosted a Kim K look-alike contest. Sources inside the party tell TMZ that the competition was fierce, but Ray narrowed it down to one lucky lady, who won a chance to star in Ray's next, er, film.

TMZ has learned that Kim Kardashian has dropped her lawsuit against Vivid Entertainment over the release of her sex tape with former BF, R&B artist Ray J ... who has now moved on to Whitney Houston.

The tape, which Vivid paid a million dollars for, is now a bestseller in adult video stores and online markets. Vivid's co-chairman tells TMZ, "We are pleased that Kim has dropped her legal action against us, we met with her several times and finally reached a financial arrangement that we both feel is fair." Sounds like they're bosom buddies now.

According to UsMagazine.com Kardashian will receive close to $5 million in the settlement.

Kim Kardashian wasn't the only person who enjoyed Ray J's X-rated stylings.

TMZ has learned that Brandy's little bro has been offered a four-picture deal by the adult entertainment company releasing the upcoming Ray J / K-Dash messterpiece ... however, the deal wouldn't require Ray J to drop his drawers, at least on camera.

Vivid Entertainment claims that they're after Ray J to direct ... and that the singer is actually entertaining the offer. Ray could be the next Steven Squealberg or M.Night Shyamalan-a-ding-dong!

Company CEO Steven Hirsch tells TMZ, "Our first conversations were very uncomfortable, but after continuing to talk, the possibility was definitely in the air."

Despite Kim's pending lawsuit, Vivid Entertainment is going forward with a March 21 release of "Kim Kardashian Superstar" -- the sex video Kim made with then-boyfriend, Ray-J.

Steven Hirsch, Co-Chairman of Vivid, told TMZ, "I met with Kim yesterday and unfortunately, we didn't even come close to reaching an agreement. We will now immediately move forward with the release."

After Kardashian filed suit last month, Vivid announced that they would temporarily halt production. The company feels confident that they have a legal right to distribute the DVD of the video. They paid an unidentified third party $1 million for rights to the tape, which was made three years ago.

Vivid promises a new preview clip will be available next week on www.kimksuperstar.com.

Despite the lawsuit, Hirsch tells TMZ he is still a huge fan of Kim's. "Kim has all of the qualities that we look for in a Vivid Girl. She's both beautiful and well-spoken which is a rare combination. In fact, if she was a Vivid Girl I might have cast her as 'Debbie' in our 'Debbie Does Dallas...Again' TV series which debuts [Friday] night at 11pm on Showtime." Nice plug Steve.

TMZ has learned that the porno company that owns Kim Kardashian and Ray-J's controversial sex tape has agreed to halt distribution of the video ... for now. Sigh.

In a statement to TMZ, Vivid Entertainment says that "Kim Superstar" will go on "temporary hold," while they attempt to work things out with Kardashian in person. "We feel that it is most important that we have an opportunity to meet with Ms. Kardashian as soon as possible. We have reached out to her to try and set up a meeting."

Vivid claims they purchased the tape from a third party for a whopping $1 million, and firmly believe that they have a "legal right to distribute the video."

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by Kim Kardashian against Vivid Entertainment over the distribution of her sex tape with her ex-boyfriend, singer Ray-J.

The lawsuit, which cites "violation of right to privacy" and "right of publicity" was filed today in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

In a statement to TMZ Kardashian says, "This tape, which was made three years ago, and was meant to be something private between myself and my then boyfriend is extremely hurtful not only to me, but to my family as well. I am filing legal charges against the company who is distributing this tape since it is being sold completely without my permission or consent."

That sex tape starring Kim Kardashian, sometime BFF of Paris HIlton, definitely exists, and now it's about to be unleashed on DVD.

Vivid Entertainment will announce this morning, according to AVN.com, that they have obtained the tape and have come to an agreement with the parties involved to market and sell it. As TMZ first reported, the sex tape, made by Kim's ex-boyfriend Ray J (brother of Brandy), features certain explicit water sports as well as other raunchy activities.

In an exclusive conversation with TMZ, Kim Kardashian claims that she has nothing to do with the sale of a raunchy sex tape ... but she isn't denying it exists.

"There is no tape being shopped," Kim said. Paris' BFF added, "Ray J and I remain friends, and there is nothing he would do to spite me."

As TMZ first reported, Kardashian and Ray J, Brandy's bro, made a tape during their relationship that is being shopped to several adult video companies. One source, who has seen the tape, claims it features oral sex and water sports.

Kardashian tells TMZ, "I would love to see what they've seen."

Kim claims that word of the sex tape first spread after Ray J left a shocking note on her MySpace page saying, "Let's show the world our sex tape." According to Kardashian, Ray J called her immediately after he posted the note and asked her to delete it.

TMZ has confirmed the existence of a raunchy sex tape starring Paris Hilton's best friend Kim Kardashian and Brandy's brother Ray J -- and we're told the tape is leaving Paris high and dry.

A source tells TMZ that he previewed the tape, and several porn companies are lobbying for rights to sell it. The tape includes various sexual acts, including oral sex ... and without getting too graphic, water sports. Someone who saw the tape tells TMZ Kim is wet and wild.

TMZ spoke with SugarDVD.com, who offered Kim a staggering $2 million for exclusive rights. SugarDVD, the largest renter of adult DVDs online, has also told the socialite's representatives that if Kim signs the deal, they will also make her the official spokesperson for their company.

SugarDVD has also requested a meeting with Kim and Paris. They believe that Paris is against the deal, one of the reasons that Kardashian has not yet sold the tape. Kim Kardashian, who has a fashion consulting business, is the daughter of OJ Simpson's late attorney and best buddy, Robert Kardashian. Paris Hilton's revealing sex tape "One Night in Paris" sold almost a million copies.
