Jenelle Evans and her estranged baby daddy are trying to work things out between them ... and step one was him not pursuing a domestic violence case against her.

Evans got popped last month for allegedly attacking Nathan Griffith, but the case was dropped Thursday after Nathan told police he didn't want to press charges.

A rep for Evans tells TMZ the pair are now on speaking terms and are working on their relationship ... for the sake of their child.

We're told Evans wants to put the past behind her and focus on the kid and her nursing career.

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans has decided to face the music and turn herself in to police in South Carolina amid allegations she beat up her baby daddy.

Evans showed up to the Myrtle Beach Police Department -- with a few camera guys in tow -- Thursday afternoon after her ex-fiancé Nathan Griffith filed a police report claiming Evans punched, kicked, scratched and tried to choke him.

Evans was charged with domestic violence and is currently being processed. She got a shiny new mug shot to add to her collection.

Evan was released Thursday afternoon.

9:00 AM PT -- Jenelle's rep claims Nathan actually attacked her by driving over her with his truck. The rep claims Nathan stole Jenelle's phone and refused to hand over their son. Jenelle intends to press charges.

"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans will be arrested when cops find her, because she allegedly flew into a rage, attacking and choking her baby daddy/former fiance.

Nathan Griffith told Myrtle Beach cops Evans called him early Wednesday morning, informing him she was outside his home damaging his car.

Griffith says he ran outside where they began arguing and that's when she attacked him, slapping, punching and even trying to kick him down a flight of stairs.

According to Griffith, Evans reeked of alcohol and tried choking him with his shirt, then began clawing him with her nails.

Griffith told police he was able to make his way back inside his apartment, as Evans stood outside screaming, "He won't give me back my son!"

Griffith had scratches around his neck, a ripped shirt and bruising on the side of his face ... this according to the police report.

Police are looking for Evans but can't find her.

Griffith was arrested in March for allegedly assaulting Evans ... after she was popped the week before that for driving without a license.

Mackenzie McKee wants to turn her mosquito bites into mountains…and, best of all, she wants you to pay for it.

The "Teen Mom 3" star has started a fundraising page on MyFreeImplants.com -- a kickstarter of sorts for boob jobs (who knew?).

According to her crowdfunding profile, McKee – a self-proclaimed fitness nut -- feels going under the knife will make her body “more proportionate” and help her take home gold at fitness and bikini competitions. She's looking to upgrade to a full C cup.

Also, it can't hurt that estranged husband Josh is out of the picture ... since he'd put the kibosh on her boosting her rack.

Mackenzie already has Bev Hills surgeon Dr. Neal Handel on standby -- but she still has a looooong way to go. As of now, she's only tallied up about $20 of her $5k goal.

"Teen Mom" star Mackenzie McKee may have wrecked more than her car last month when she drove it into a ditch ... because hubby Josh just 86d her ring and walked out for good.

Sources close to the couple say their two year marriage has been on the rocks for a while. The breaking point was when Mackenzie crashed her uninsured, new Kia Sorento. 301 Shakes stepped up and threw her $10k to cover the damage, but it wasn't enough for Josh.

They had a huge blowout last weekend, Josh said he was done, threw her ring in the toilet and stormed out.

When Mackenzie came on TMZ Live, there were warning signs ... she said she crashed because she was out searching for his "no good huntin' hog ass."

If things do go down divorce road ... it won't be too costly, we're told the ring cost $398.

Farrah Abraham doesn't have the proper resumé to be a plastic surgeon but she's actually getting off the pole in an attempt to make it happen ... in the form of an apprenticeship.

The former "Teen Mom" star -- who told us last week about this new career goal -- will be sitting in on various cosmetic procedures with her new mentor, Dr. Sergio Alvarez.

Dr. Alvarez tells TMZ Farrah will shadow him this summer at his Miami medical office. She will have a front row seat to a butt lift, nose job, and the all-encompassing "Mommy Makeover" -- tummy tuck, boob job and lipo.

Farrah tells us she's excited and thinks her personal experiences (we assume she means the plastic surgery and not her sex tape) will help her help others.

Becoming an actual plastic surgeon takes a lot longer than nine months, so we'll see if she actually follows through with it.

Ex "Teen Mom" and "16 and Pregnant" star Mackenzie McKee got a case of the shakes -- the good kind that'll help her cover expensive repairs on the SUV she drove into a ditch.

A source close to the situation says McKee is one of the best promoters for 310 Shakes -- and when the company got wind of her accident ... it stepped up with $10,500 she needed to help fix her ride.

TMZ broke the story ... Mackenzie said her diabetes caused her to zone out and drive her new and uninsured Kia off the road.

We're told the cash came without strings ... 310 just told her to keep up the good work -- a reference to her promoting skills. Not so much her driving.

According to sources close to McKee ... the MTV star was driving on an Oklahoma highway with sky high blood sugar Saturday night, when she zoned out and suddenly swerved off the road ... totaling the 2013 Kia Sorento she bought the day before.

Good news is the car passed the crash test -- all the airbags deployed and Mackenzie wasn't hurt. Her 2 kids were not with her.

Now the painful part ... sources say McKee's on the hook for the entire $26k she dropped on the car because she didn't have insurance (she got a ticket for that too). We're told she planned to call her insurance company Monday to get coverage.

Decision making is not necessarily her strong point.

Well, at least it wasn't former "Teen Mom" Jenelle Evans in cuffs this time -- instead it was her fiancé who got arrested Wednesday in South Carolina for a domestic violence incident.

Nathan Griffith is currently being held without bail in the same jail where Evans was booked last week after she was busted for driving without a license.

Cops were called to their home around 4:45 AM Wednesday, says WBTW, but no arrests were made. The station says cops were called back again at 4:15 PM ... and that's when Griffith was arrested.

According to the police report, the alleged fight was over their engagement ring -- Griffith wanted it back, and Evans told police he pinned her against a toilet and ripped it off her finger ... leaving a cut.

Griffith told police it didn't go down that way, and says Evans cut her finger taking the ring off herself. Griffith also claimed Evans had been violent with him on several occasions in the past, but he never called police.

The report also claims there was a reality TV crew there at the time, but they didn't see what happened.

"Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans spent an hour of her Tuesday behind bars in South Carolina ... busted for driving without a license.

South Carolina Highway Patrol busted Evans and booked her into the J. Reuben Long Detention Center around 3:00 PM. She posted a $237.50 bond about an hour later and was sprung.

Jail records don't give much in the way of details, but Evans explained the arrested via Twitter, when she retweeted a friend who wrote, "Yall chill she paid a speeding tick 3 days late in 2013 & license was just suspended recently & she had no idea.It's cleared up It's all good."

Evans is no stranger to jail. She's been arrested for heroin possession, attacking her husband, stalking, harassment, breaking and entering, violating her restraining order, etc. She's also famous for getting busted for beating the crap out of another girl on a front lawn.

No, a backdoor didn't smack Farrah Abraham in the face ... she got what could well be the worst lip injections in the annals of medical history.

Farrah may look monsterish, but that didn't stop her from posting the pics online herself with the caption, "Girlfriends don't say I didn't warn ya ! #BOTCHED California #ER #fixit"

We're told Farrah was getting a new procedure, where the doctor puts an implant in the patients lip ... which in theory is cost effective because you don't have to maintain the work with fillers.

Farrah says she researched the doctor and the procedure and decided it was a safe bet. She was wrong. She says the doctors injected her with an anesthetic before the procedure ... and believes she had a MAJOR allergic reaction.

Farrah is no stranger to artificially enhancing body parts, but this takes the cake.

The "Backdoor Teen Mom" star tried to put a good face on it, comparing herself to Leela from "Futurama."

"Teen Mom" star Ryan Edwards was involved in a scary car crash Friday in Tennessee that left him bloody on the side of the road -- and despite the gory scene ... he managed to avoid any major injuries.

Chattanooga PD officials tell TMZ ... 2 vehicles crashed into each other head-on last night -- and right now the cause is still under investigation.

However multiple witness tells us they saw Ryan swerve across double yellow lines -- while apparently speeding -- and smash into another woman's vehicle.

The other driver was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Ryan refused ... instead opting to have a friend pick him up at the crash site.

The United Nations, John Kerry and every foreign policy expert can't figure out how to bring peace to the Middle East ... but thank God Farrah Abraham has the answer.

The hosts of Matty P's Radio Happy Hour asked the MTV/porn star how a peace agreement could be forged.
