A magazine report about Tyga cheating on Kylie Jenner with a 14-year-old has drawn the ire of attorney Gloria Allred ... and she's about to blast the whole story.

Allred is representing the unidentified girl, who was mentioned in an OK! story, published last week, which said Kylie had busted her BF texting the 14-year-old. Allred says the story made it seem like the teen was excited to be part of "an alleged sex scandal."

Allred claims OK! portrayed the teen in a "false light."

No mention of a lawsuit yet ... but Gloria, the girl and her mother will hold a news conference Monday afternoon to tell their side of the story -- and we'll have it for you on a livestream.

Khloe Kardashian ended 2015 with a clear message to everyone ... she's still very much with James Harden.

Khloe and the Houston Rockets' star gave each other a passionate kiss at a Houston club.

Khloe posted the pic and is clearly calling BS on stories that James pulled the plug on their relationship.

Kanye West dropped a new song on New Year's Eve, in which he declared nuclear war on Nike.

Rob Kardashian was diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis ... this according to our Kardashian sources.

TMZ broke the story ... Rob was taken to an L.A. hospital Sunday after feeling terrible all weekend.

Our sources say after a battery of tests, Rob was diagnosed with diabetic ketoacidosis, a serious complication of diabetes that occurs when someone's body produces high levels of blood acids, or ketones.

Rob had no idea he was diabetic, and it's a good thing he took precautionary measures. If untreated, the condition can lead to a diabetic coma.

But there's good news ... our Kardashian sources say the doctors told Rob if he eats well and leads a "healthy lifestyle," he can actually get his diabetes, which is type 2, under control and potentially have it go into remission.

Rob is back at home and resting, and this may be just what the doctor ordered -- literally -- to get him back on the right path.

Police are warning Kylie Jenner to pull the reins in when it comes to posting pics on social media, because stalkers and others up to no good are using it as a road map to her doorstep.

Cops are especially concerned because one obsessed fan has tried to make his way into her home at least 10 times. He's under a psych hold now, but he'll be released soon, and police want Kylie to immediately get a restraining order.

But they're even more concerned that her social media posts show she's rich with expensive jewelry, fancy cars and other trappings of wealth. It's an invitation for burglars and home invasion robbers to make their way to her home.

What's more ... we're told Kris and other members of her family are on board, and very concerned Kylie is overdoing it and giving too much information about her surroundings away on social media.

What we don't know ... if Kylie will put her safety above social media.

Rob Kardashian was rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with diabetes ... TMZ has learned.

We're told Rob wasn't feeling well over the weekend and as his condition worsened, his family became alarmed and Rob was taken to an L.A. hospital.

Doctors performed tests and diagnosed the condition ... and it was news to Rob. He had no clue he was diabetic.

Doctors stabilized him and as of this post he's still in the hospital.

Sources close to the Kardashians say this was a wake up call and Rob wants to start 2016 healthy.

Rob was last seen in public on an In-N-Out run this past June.

Kylie Jenner is safe for another 72 hours ... but after that, the crazed guy who's been trying to get at her could be on the loose again.

The man who tried to force his way onto Kylie's property last week has been caught again, after escaping from a psych ward. L.A. County Sheriff's deputies found the man and put him on another 72 hour hold.

TMZ broke the story ... Kylie's trespasser showed up at her security gate and tried strong-arming his way in. He was taken into custody and put on a psych hold ... where we're told he escaped.

The guy believes he's "soulmates" with the reality star.

Our Kardashian sources say the man will not go away and he's been at her property at least 10 times.

Law enforcement tells us the man will be watched more closely, but these 72 hour holds are just a stop gap.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were offered millions of dollars for the first pics of baby Saint ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the offers -- from various magazines -- range from $2 million to $2.5 million. We're told the magazines want more than just a head shot of Saint ... they want the full family, including North. Candid family shots are part of the offer.

As for whether the financial offer is in range of what it's worth ... we're told it's dead on.

Here's the snag. Our Kardashian sources tell us at this point they're "almost certain" they will reject all offers.

The annual Kardashian Christmas card was just revealed ... and surprisingly, there's not a single person with the famous last name on it.

Kim just posted the pic, showing the family's new generation with North, Penelope, Reign and Mason all dressed in black. It's obviously missing Saint but we're not sure he was even born when the pic was taken.

It's interesting ... there was a lot of buzz about how this year's card would look considering everything that's gone on with the family, but at least everything seems kosher with the kiddies.

Kim Kardashian broke the Apple app store.

Kim launched Kimoji's Monday -- Kim-themed emojis -- and the response was crazy. So many people tried downloading it at once, the Apple app store couldn't handle the tidal wave and started crashing.

At one point today it was getting 9,000 downloads per millisecond.

We're told the Apple tech team swooped in and shored it up so it didn't fully crash.

As for the app ... it will set you back $1.99.

Kim's teaching her little sister a lesson or 2 in apps.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's son is now the only Saint West in show biz -- the Canadian rapper who had the handle first has decided to get out of the hip hop game.

TMZ contacted the guy, who's now going by his government name -- Lindon McIntyre -- to find out if he was planned to make a stink about Kim and Kanye's spawn biting his name, especially on Twitter.

He sent us this hysterical video reply. These days he looks nothing like a rapper, and more like an accountant -- although he's actually a plumber, and ballroom dance is his hobby.

Kris Jenner is cleaning house ... 86'ing the security guards she blames for putting her family, including grandkids North and Saint West, at risk.

Sources close to the fam tell TMZ Jenner was livid about Tuesday's lapse, and 24 hours later she's booted the entire team. We broke the story ... cops busted a man at the house who strolled right into the home and got face-to-face with Kris.

We're told she was especially angry because there were policies in place to prevent such an incident, including 24 hour surveillance -- and she didn't get any reasonable explanation for why it failed.

Kanye West was equally pissed, and our sources say he immediately ordered his security team -- comprised of off-duty cops -- to watch over the fam. Kim Kardashian and the kids have been staying with Kris since coming home with Saint.

Kendall Jenner had a lot in common with the guy she planted her first kiss on ... their dads both starred in the '80s crime drama "CHiPS."

Kendall copped to kissing elementary school crush Chad Wilcox during a game of truth or dare back in the 5th grade. Turns out Chad is the son of actor Larry Wilcox, who most famously played Officer Jon Baker.

Caitlyn Jenner, then Bruce, famously replaced Larry's co-star Erik Estrada for 6 episodes when Estrada went on strike in 1981.

We spoke to Chad, who says he's a freshman at Concordia University now where he also plays on the basketball team and majors in business management. He's planning on taking over OPTEC, the family owned fuel efficiency business.

Chad says the truth or dare make out sesh was his first kiss too. He also said he's currently single ... y'know, just in case Kendall's feeling nostalgic.

A Kardashian-obsessed man was busted after waltzing right into Kris Jenner's house in the middle of the day ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us the man showed up on Tuesday afternoon and told security at Jenner's Hidden Hills home he had a meeting with Kris. He apparently posed as part of a crew working on Christmas decorations at the house.

We're told the man walked right into Kris' office and addressed her directly -- but she immediately realized the man did not belong there. They immediately called 911 and Sheriff's deputies showed up and arrested the guy.

Much of the family, including Kim Kardashian and Saint West, were home at the time.

Kris Jenner did a little light decorating for the holiday season ... evidenced by this photo posted by Kim Kardashian, which she captioned, "Candy Cane Lane Kris Jenner Style."

Maybe next year she'll REALLY do it up.
