The role of Scott Disick will now be played by Kourtney Kardashian ... who, for once, is the one jet-setting in Europe while Scott stays home with the kiddos.

Scott was on dad duty Wednesday in Calabasas, taking all 3 of his little ones out for seafood and froyo. Meanwhile, Kourtney was in Paris taking in a soccer game with BF Younes Bendjima -- right behind Robin Wright, btw.

The exes are co-parenting like a charm -- last weekend Scott was in Miami smooching his new GF, Sofia Richie, and Kourt had the kids.

The mastermind, according to cops, behind Kim Kardashian's Paris robbery is trying to extend an olive branch by writing her an apology letter ... but Kim ain't buying what he's selling.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Kim's legal team in France received a letter from Aomar Ait Khedache -- the alleged architect of the brazen October 2016 heist. We're told the letter was handwritten in French, and translated by Kim's attorneys. It reads, in part, "After observing your emotion and realizing the psychological damages I inflicted ... I decided to write to you, not to obtain from you some sort of indulgence."

He continues, "I want to come to you as a human being to tell you how much I regret my gesture, how much I have been moved and touched to see you in tears."

It's been nearly a year since Kim was held at gunpoint, and feared she'd be raped during the robbery of more than $10 million in jewelry. She's tearfully opened up about the ordeal since then, and Khedache says he's seen clips on French TV.

In the letter he says, "Know that I fully sympathize with the pain you are enduring, your children, your husband, and your close ones."

Might seem heartfelt, but our sources tell us Kim found his words hollow, and thinks Khedache's only trying to appear remorseful before trial. Case in point, we're told the letter was first sent to the judge ... who forwarded it to Kim's lawyers.

Khedache also wrote, "I hope that this letter will allow you to forget little by little the trauma that you suffered by my fault."

Don't count on it.

Rob Kardashian got his ass beat by Blac Chyna while she was high on drugs and booze ... according to a new lawsuit he's filed against his baby mama.

According to the docs, Rob says Chyna went on the rampage in December 2016 by first trying to choke him with an iPhone charging cable -- and then repeatedly struck him with blows to the head and face.

He also claims she trashed the house, which he was renting from Kylie Jenner. In the docs, Rob says she broke a door, damaged walls and a TV ... doing more than $100k of damage. He says he tried to make a break for it in his Bentley, but Chyna threw a chair at his ride ... and then struck Rob with a metal rod.

She even smashed a holiday season gingerbread house, according to Rob.

In the docs, Rob says the melee played a factor in E! cancelling his and Chyna's reality show ... because execs thought the situation was way too volatile.

Rob's suing her for assault, battery and vandalism. We've reached out to Chyna, so far no word back.

Khloe Kardashian's birthday pics with Tristan Thompson -- which she captioned "Dad + Mom" -- were NOT some sort of secret pregnancy announcement ... TMZ has learned.

Our Kardashian sources tell us ... her social media post on June 25 is purely a coincidence -- she had no idea she was pregnant at the time. We're told Khloe's just shy of 3 months pregnant now ... and the surprise 33rd bday party Tristan threw her was 3 months ago.

We're also told "Dad" and "Mom" are just lovey dovey nicknames the couple have for each other ... though they now have a deeper meaning.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott are not ready to get married -- not even close -- despite they're having a baby.

Sources connected with Kylie and Travis tell TMZ, they both feel they haven't known each other long enough to tie the knot. As one very connected source puts it, "They're still trying to figure out their relationship."

Kylie has no issues about being an unwed mother. Fact is, she's following in the footsteps of Kim and Kourtney. Khloe is in the same boat.

They are not even discussing marriage, but they're talking a lot about raising their daughter.

TMZ broke the story, Kylie is 5 months pregnant and expecting a girl.

We're told Kylie's the one who really wanted the baby. They met in April and she's 5 months along -- she got pregnant about a month after they hooked up. So the question ... was this planned? Everyone we've spoken with is ... mum.

Multiple sources tell us Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with her first child, and the baby daddy is her NBA star boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

Our sources say Khloe is 3 months pregnant. We're told Khloe conceived naturally. So far, she doesn't know the sex of the baby.

This now makes for 3 expecting Kardashians. We broke the stories ... Kim and Kylie are also expecting, and their babies should be delivered around the same time in mid-January.

Khloe and Tristan have been dating for 1 year, almost to the day.

Good news usually comes in threes -- unless Kourtney wants to get in on this too.

Kylie Jenner is having a baby before she's legally allowed to drink, but her family is fully on board ... TMZ has learned.

Our Kardashian sources tell us, the family doesn't view Kylie as a 20-year-old. They think her age is both deceptive and irrelevant, because she's developed a maturity way beyond her years.

Right or wrong, the family feels her success in business and financial independence gives her license to do what she's wanted for 2 years ... to have a baby. The fam was shocked at first, but is accepting.

That said, she was eager to become a de facto stepmom to Tyga's son, King Cairo. And she's an involved aunt to 6 kids.

As for having a baby with Travis ... she got pregnant within 2 months of starting to date him. What we don't know ... whether this was a planned pregnancy or not. Either way, we're told Kylie immediately embraced it. We don't know if Travis felt the same way.

As for Kylie's family, Rob Kardashian is living proof age doesn't always matter.

BTW ... Kylie has said in the past, waiting to have a baby till you're 30 is way too late.

Kylie Jenner's showing alright ... how hard it is to get her baby bump out in public.

Kylie was at her BFF Jordyn Woods' birthday party Sunday night in Malibu. Earlier in the day, Kylie downplayed TMZ's preggo news with a barely-there baby bump pic she posted on Instagram.

A different story at night because if our eyes aren't deceiving us ... she's opted for the oversized hoodie to hide the bun in the oven. Seems obvious, right? Keyword: seems.

Kylie Jenner appears to wanna throw people off the scent that she's pregnant ... because she just shared some pics that show a barely-there baby bump.

Kylie posted new photos of herself on Instagram Sunday -- the first she's put up since TMZ broke the story that she's preggo with Travis Scott's kid, who he's telling friends is a girl. You can tell she's trying to show off her figure (her belly, specifically) which in these pics looks as good as it always has.

Here's the thing ... we know for a fact she is expecting, regardless of what these photos seem to show or not. In the top photo, she's wearing loose clothes from what looks like her outfit on Friday, so it's hard to get a real good look at the bump here.

But check out her look from Saturday night in Vegas -- she seems a bit more filled out, and is still rockin' loose mom attire ... similar to the day before.

Kylie also posted a pic on Sunday of her with her girlfriends in bath robes, where she looks very thin. Hard to tell when this photo was taken, though ... and angles make a huge difference.

Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner walked with purpose Saturday night ... just a day after TMZ broke the story ... she's pregnant.

Kylie joined Travis in Vegas, where he performed but made no mention of his soon-to-be kid. She's wearing loose fitting threads, which is probably the way we're gonna see her for the next 5 months.

As we reported, Travis was boasting to his buds a week ago that they're expecting a girl.

If big sister Kim is any indication, Kylie will have no problems bouncing back. And at least for now, she's still being Kylie ... French Montana can attest to that.

Scott Disick and Sofia Richie kissed passionately as they got ready to slice into a cake inscribed in frosting with the words, "Congratulations Scott and Sofia" ... and that raises some BIG questions.

The two were all over each other at a Miami restaurant Saturday night, and it clearly was not a spontaneous event. The cake and everything else about it seems like a pre-planned celebration.

Of course, the 2 things that come to mind ... engagement and pregnant. One sources tells us Scott, 34, and Sofia, 19, are not engaged. There are other possibilities. Another source says it's their announcement they are officially boyfriend and girlfriend, but we can't vouch for that.

We're told 20-year-old Kylie began telling friends earlier this month at the Day N Night Fest in Anaheim, CA.

Sources also say 25-year-old Travis Scott, Kylie's boyfriend, has also been telling his friends. We're even told -- although we cannot verify -- that he's told friends they're having a girl.

One source says Travis was at a recent event telling people about the pregnancy and how his life was going to change.

If they are punking their friends with repeated pregnancy proclamations, it's super weird ... especially in light of the photo (above) which Kylie herself just posted on Snapchat.

It's also interesting ... Kylie's been posting old pics of herself on Instagram and current shots from the chest up.

Kylie and Travis have been together since April.
