The tech mogul and head of the Department of Government Efficiency attended the Conservative Political Action Conference in D.C. -- a pep rally for the conservative base of the Republican party held every year in February.

Musk made a surprise appearance at the event ... and, during the show, President of Argentina Javier Milei presented Musk with a new toy -- a chainsaw with a silver blade and writing engraved on the side.

A$AP Relli broke his silence for the first time since his ex-pal A$AP Rocky was found not guilty Tuesday ... by posting an IG story and telling his haters to shove it!!!

There's a push for the D.A. to go after Relli for alleged perjury after his testimony was rejected by the jury -- but he says he's not bothered!!!

A$AP Rocky dodged a guilty verdict this week, but one juror isn’t personally letting him off that easy -- saying she believes a crime may have been committed, but other factors kept him from being convicted.

Freelance journalist Nique Laclaire spoke with a juror after Rocky’s not-guilty verdict Tuesday, and the woman revealed some jurors -- made up of 7 women and 5 men -- did believe the alleged prop gun was actually a real firearm ... but "Unfortunately they didn't have enough evidence to convict on the charges that were handed down to us."

The juror said it was "kind of a little mysterious the way it disappeared and they couldn't produce it as evidence."

A$AP Rocky went out to celebrate his big legal win last night with his partner and baby mama Rihanna, going straight from the drab courtroom to a fancy dining room.

Photogs caught up with Rocky and Rihanna outside the restaurant Gravitas in Beverly Hills Tuesday night, hours after a jury acquitted the rapper on two felony charges of assault with a semiautomatic weapon ... and the couple was all smiles.

Rocky was clearly feeling the weight lifted off his shoulders, thanking bystanders with genuine emotion who congratulated him on his legal victory. Asked how he felt now it's all over, he said ... "Amazing."

6:05 PM PT -- Rihanna just reacted to Rocky's verdict on Instagram writing ... "The glory belongs to God and God alone!

She added ... "Thankful, humbled by his mercy!"

The verdict in A$AP Rocky's assault trial was just announced -- Rocky has been found not guilty.

Rocky's partner and mother of his two sons, Rihanna, was sobbing, and gave Rocky's defense attorney, Joe Tacopina, a big hug. As the jurors exited one by one, Rocky said to them ... "Thank you for saving my life."

Outside the courtroom, Rocky thanked God and the jury for allowing him to be a free man ... telling reporters and fans he was happy to put the legal saga behind him.

Rihanna was there by Rocky's side, just as she was in court ... when he jumped into the gallery to hug her after the verdict was read. Rihanna did not talk to reporters and after some brief comments from Rocky, the couple meandered through a throng of reporters and escaped in their black SUV.

Joe held court after his client left and ripped the prosecution and its star witness A$AP Relli ... saying Relli, not Rocky, is the real criminal here ... claiming Relli perjured himself multiple times during the trial and urging the D.A. to go after Relli next.

Tacopina said he was happy for Rocky, RiRi and their two kids ... relaying the family is ready to move on from the trial.

The Los Angeles jury began deliberations Tuesday morning after closing arguments were completed Friday afternoon ... the rapper was charged with two counts of assault with a semiautomatic weapon, and Rocky would have faced a possible 24-year prison sentence if he were found guilty.

A$AP Rocky -- legal name Rakim Mayers -- was arrested in 2022, accused of firing a gun at former associate and friend A$AP Relli outside a hotel in Hollywood in 2021. Rocky turned down a plea deal from prosecutors last month.

Rocky's defense attorney, Joe Tacopina, maintained his client could not have shot Relli -- legal name Terell Ephron -- because Rocky only carried a prop gun with him at the time. Relli testified his knuckles were scraped by a bullet.

Relli's testimony got heated at times ... with fireworks popping off between himself and Tacopina.

Rocky chose not to testify ... though his voice was heard in court when he yelled at his pal A$AP Twelvyy "Don't say!!!" when prosecutors asked him on the stand what "AWGE" stands for. AWGE is the name of Rocky's creative agency with "Fight Club"-level secrecy rules attached to it.

Rihanna played a background role in the proceedings -- prospective jurors were asked during the selection process whether they'd heard of A$AP or Rihanna, listened to their music, or downloaded any of their songs. A jury of seven women and five men were selected ... none of them Black.

If there was any doubt Rihanna was ride or die for A$AP Rocky amid his ongoing assault trial ... she made it quite clear with a Valentine's post Friday night.

RiRi shared a PDA and loved-up tribute to her bae via several snaps and video with the caption ... "Get u a valentine that still writes love letters 😉💌."

Most of the tribute was of the long-time couple holding hands and goofing around in Paris ... including them smooching in front of the Eiffel Tower.

Luigi Mangione is making his first public comments since being arrested and charged in the Brian Thompson murder case ... and he's taking a page from Justin Baldoni's playbook.

Luigi released a statement Friday on a new website dedicated to his defense.

John Lewin -- the deputy district attorney who famously won a conviction against real estate mogul Robert Durst -- spoke to the jury during the rebuttal to Rocky's lawyer Joe Tacopina's closing argument.

Lewin started off his rebuttal by saying Rocky was embarrassed that he got caught talking behind Relli's back ... a look Lewin says isn't very manly.

The Philadelphia Eagles' Super Bowl celebration took a tragic turn Friday ... cops say two people were injured by gunfire while enjoying the parade.

The Philadelphia Police Department said in a statement to TMZ Sports a 27-year-old woman and a 20-year-old woman were both shot in the lower body at around 2:35 PM -- just a few blocks from where Eagles players addressed the thousands that had gathered to soak in the team's Super Bowl LIX victory over the Chiefs.

Cops tell us both victims were transported to a nearby hospital ... where, thankfully, they're now in stable condition.

Two vehicles got into a scary road rage incident in which fireworks were launched from a truck's window at a car — and police are now looking for the culprits.

Dashcam video captured the wild scene in Washington state's Kitsap County on February 1, and it shows a Dodge pick-up truck pursuing the car as they barrel down a street.

8:28 AM PT -- Bruce Reginald Foster III, the suspect wanted for killing one person and injuring five in a shooting at an Ohio warehouse Tuesday night, has been arrested, according to the New Albany Police Dept. Police said Foster was apprehended when officers executed a search warrant at a Columbus residence. No further details were released.

Cops have launched a massive manhunt for a mass shooter who they say fatally gunned down one person and wounded five others in Ohio.

New Albany Police Chief Greg Jones announced Wednesday morning investigators identified a person of interest -- Bruce Reginald Foster III -- and publicly released his mug shot as they scour the earth trying to find him.

At a press conference, Jones said Foster -- whose motive was unknown -- apparently targeted a large warehouse in New Albany, where a company, KDC/One, manufactures beauty products.

Los Angeles police got into a harrowing shootout late last year at a motel with a man who was completely naked for a short time ... and video of the insane incident was just released by authorities.

The terrifying shootout took place the evening of Dec, 29 at the Vantage Point Inn, a Woodland Hills motel ... that all started as a report of man going ballistic and harassing guests.
