It might look like Doc Brown was driving his time machine around, but it's really just the most famous replica of the famous DeLorean from "Back to the Future."

Paul Nigh -- who spent $150,000 customizing the car to look just like the one from the movie -- dressed in full Doc Brown garb and took the DeLorean for a spin in Woodland Hills yesterday.

Everyone knows Michael Bublé LOVES belting out classic Christmas tunes -- but what about all the Jews who want to hear some Bublé song magic too??? Don't worry folks ... TMZ has you covered.

Bublé commandeered our camera (as well as our camera guy) to belt out the classic tune last night ... which just happened to be the first night of Hanukkah.

Mitt Romney and wife Ann had a ringside seat to witness Juan Manuel Marquez knockout the great Manny Pacquiao last night in Las Vegas.

In a bit of foreshadowing someone in Manny's camp should have prevented, Romney actually met Pacquaio before the fight, reportedly saying to him, "Hello Manny. I ran for president. I lost."

That fight was more of a split decision than a knockout.

Move over, Nicki Minaj -- TMZ has learned Oksana Grigorieva is planning to release new music ... and the new tracks will be HIP-HOP/DANCE songs. Yes, really.

Grigorieva's rep, Steve Jaffe, tells TMZ that Oksana has already completed the first song, "Dark Secret," and she is currently in the process of shooting a music video.

Wendy Williams managed to call herself a Beyonce fan in one sentence ... and then essentially call her an idiot just seconds later ... saying the diva "sounds like she has a fifth grade education."

On an episode of her show this week, Williams said she was looking forward to watching Beyonce's documentary, but said she needed to watch it with the closed captioning on because "You know Beyonce can’t talk."

The audience booed and Williams tried to backtrack ... but the damage was done.

Tyler's currently filming "Single Moms Club" at Agnes Scott College in Atlanta -- and in typical Tyler Perry fashion, he's gotta make damn sure everyone knows it's his film... starting with his over-the-top self-branded director's chair.

Filming started yesterday at the college -- a week before finals -- and we're told students are pretty pissed about the distraction.

Just like Michael Jordan, Jay-Z, Evander Holyfield and Brett Favre ... comedian Katt Williams is officially UNRETIRING ... just four days after retiring.

Earlier this week, a very emotional Katt announced his retirement on a street corner in Seattle ... insisting that he was, "kinda done."

But now, Katt's management team says he's undone ... telling us, "Katt is definitely NOT retiring. He will be moving forward with the tour ... Friday is Texas, Saturday New Orleans, and on to Alabama."

Management adds, "The reason why he made remarks was due to him feeling totally disrespected by all the things that happen to him in the city of Seattle. He had a moment where he felt very unappreciated. He now just wants to move forward from those unfortunate events and give his fans outstanding shows from this point forward."

Katt has also not retired from dealing with court ... TMZ has learned Williams was just charged with 2 counts of 4th degree misdemeanor assault in Seattle stemming from a bar fight this past weekend.

As we reported, Katt was arrested Sunday after allegedly threatening the bar manager with a pool cue and refusing to leave the establishment ... then later throwing a cigarette at a woman's eye.

Police claim Katt also threw a rock at the woman's car as she left.

Will Ferrell threw on his finest Ireland soccer jersey and hit up an art show in Miami Beach today -- sportin' some facial hair that begs the question ... IS THAT MUSTACHE FOR "ANCHORMAN 2?"

Ferrell was hangin' out at something called Art Basel -- which hails itself as a "premier art show for modern and contemporary works."

Owen Wilson and Diddy were also spotted at the event ... sans mustaches.

With a functioning bathroom just feet away, "Savages" star Emile Hirsch relieved himself outside a West Hollywood nightclub last night ... surrounded by strangers ... directly onto an innocent cactus.

AND HIS FACE IS PRICELESS.

Hirsch was outside Bootsy Bellows nightclub on the famous Sunset Strip -- along with his trusty red Solo cup -- when nature called ... and clearly ... the guy didn't feel like waiting in line to use the club's restroom. (It happens to the best of us.)

... so, this happened on the Internet today.

No, it's not Bigfoot -- it's the gorilla suit confiscated by police last month following a dangerous prank involving "Honey Boo Boo" star "Crazy" Tony Lindsey ... and now, Tony's demanding the suit back, insisting cops are overreacting about the whole thing.

TMZ broke the story ... Lindsey was arrested last month for taking part in a prank that involved a man scaring traffic alongside a Georgia highway ... in a gorilla suit.

Lindsey wasn't wearing the suit, but cops arrested him anyway for taking part in the stunt -- along with the other adults involved. Meanwhile, the gorilla suit was booked into evidence while police investigate the incident.

But Lindsey -- who loves the suit and uses it often to scare his buddies -- is pissed, telling TMZ, "It's wrong of them to keep my gorilla suit ... they're treating me like I killed somebody!"

Lindsey adds, the arresting officer "could have just told us all to knock it off and go home."

"Celebrity Rehab" star Kari Ann Peniche is once again in danger of losing custody of her child ... after new evidence surfaced which shows she's ordering urine off the Internet and injecting it into her own genitalia in order to pass drug tests.

TMZ has learned ... Peniche's friend filed a declaration in which he claims he accompanied the former Miss United States Teen winner to a drug-testing facility in July and witnessed her injecting the urine into her genital area ... so she would "secrete the purchased urine" in the event a staffer at the facility followed her into the bathroom.

In August, Lee claims Peniche also confessed to paying off facility staffers in exchange for clean urine samples.

Lee says he witnessed Peniche using meth as recently as September -- despite having 50% custody of her 1-year-old son.

In light of the new evidence, the judge in the custody case found that Peniche poses a danger to the child ... and ruled that she cannot visit her son without a monitor until she takes two clean tests.

So far, the judge has yet to rule on the baby daddy's bid for sole custody.

6:28 AM PT -- Peniche's rep tells us ... "Kari Ann adamantly denies any and all negative allegations that have been made against her in her case. There has not been any evidence to establish that Kari Ann has, at any time, placed her son in harm’s way."

Kim Kardashian's trip to a milkshake shop in Bahrain got us thinking -- do they slap Middle Eastern celeb names on their shakes? If not ... they should ... 'cause we already did.

Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon was listening to the Whitney Houston classic "I Will Always Love You" at FULL BLAST when police pulled him over for reckless driving -- and TMZ has obtained the dash cam footage of his arrest.

In the video, Gordon tells the police officer he keeps a 9mm gun in his glove box. The cop checks it out after putting Gordon in his cruiser, and based on the video, it appears the gun is legit.

We broke the story ... Nick was popped in Alpharetta, Georgia last week just after cops say he was going 82 mph in a 35 mph zone near a pedestrian-jammed shopping area.

You can see in the video, Gordon was driving a Chevy Camaro -- the same kind of car BK was driving when she crashed into an embankment hours before Nick was arrested.
