The pop superstar and bride-to-be wasn't there in person as she popped up in a pre-recorded video tribute honoring the country legend during his final touring performance, "Last Call: One More for the Road -- The Finale," at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.

Rihanna made a rare appearance in Los Angeles Saturday night, stepping out with her son Riot Rose Mayers to support A$AP Rocky during his "Don’t Be Dumb" tour stop at Kia Forum.

The billionaire singer was spotted mothering in the crowd as Rocky hit the stage, with fans quickly realizing she wasn’t alone ... little Riot was right there beside her, taking in the show.

At one point during the performance, Rocky gave a special shoutout to his son from the stage, sending the crowd into a frenzy. Riot adorably waved back at his dad, sending the arena into a collective swoon.

In a post shared to fans, Perry explained the last-minute nature of the decision, saying she was in the middle of hair and makeup when she was informed the show could not go on.

Perry took to Instagram and wrote "Sadly my set @WerchterBoutique tonight can’t happen due to a government mandated cancellation because of the incoming inclement weather and crowd safety concerns."

Oliver Tree‘s team wasted no time fulfilling his wishes following his sudden death earlier this month -- they've officially launched Dr. Oliver Tree's Extremely Epic Art Grant for Baby Geniuses foundation.

The heartwarming news was announced Friday, with an Instagram post shared on his official account explaining he "was on a mission to bring the world together through art and inspiring other artists to create," and therefore started the non-profit 'Baby Geniuses' foundation.

The foundation's website says it awards money to successful applicants so they can produce and create in music, film, installation, and performance art ... and that the projects "should reflect the spirit of the work Oliver Tree created in collaboration with the foundation’s board members during his lifetime."

Lionel Richie has postponed his next 2 concerts after he endured a health scare during his Wednesday night show and was subsequently hospitalized.

The United Center announced the "All Night Long" hitmaker has been advised by docs to take a break from the stage in order to "rest and return to full health." Therefore, his Friday show in Chicago, Illinois and Saturday concert in Columbus, Ohio are being postponed -- no makeup date announced yet.

Lionel Richie was rushed to a hospital after falling ill onstage Wednesday night in the middle of his concert ... TMZ has learned.

Richie cut his performance short at the Grand Casino Arena in St. Paul, Minnesota after saying he felt "dizzy" and "strange" ... so much so, he actually took a seat on one of the stage platforms while singing "Dancing on the Ceiling."

It's a high-energy moment in Lionel's setlist, and not one he'd normally sit through.

Sources connected to Richie tell us paramedics met him backstage, and he was taken by ambulance to a hospital ... but we're also told it was a precautionary measure. We're still trying to find out his current condition.
