Scheana Shay proved she hasn't forgotten her restaurant roots ... 'cause TMZ has learned she jumped in to help staff at a packed Seattle bar after it was flooded with World Cup fans.

TMZ obtained video of the "Vanderpump Rules" alum Saturday at Uptown Hophouse in Seattle, where she helped serve customers after the pub was unexpectedly slammed by the soccer crowd as England faced Norway in their quarterfinal matchup.

We're told the bar quickly filled with patrons looking to watch the action, leaving employees scrambling to keep up with the rush. Rather than watch the chaos unfold, we're told Scheana volunteered to help, delivering food and lending a hand until things settled down.

Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton's romance just hit another checkpoint ... and now he's riding shotgun with her kids.

Kim dropped a fresh batch of Instagram pics Monday from the Kardashian crew's Fourth of July getaway in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho ... and tucked inside the carousel is a sweet selfie that says a whole lot without saying a word.

One snap shows Kim smiling alongside her boo while daughter Chicago squeezes into the frame ... a wholesome moment that sure looks like the seven-time Formula 1 champ is becoming part of the family. The Phillies superstar raised eyebrows when a Philadelphia Inquirer article exposed the 2024 clip made for Terry Thompson ... a man who reportedly gambled $18.5 Million with FanDuel since 2020 and lost about $2 Million on bets.

Per MLB, players can appear in gambling ads, but are prohibited from encouraging wagers on baseball.

Harper is now speaking out ... saying the clip was the result of a Cameo request -- and FanDuel used it improperly.

Top Dutch soccer referee Rob Dieperink is dead ... just weeks after being dropped from the World Cup following a sexual assault arrest in the United Kingdom.

Dieperink's death was confirmed Monday by the Dutch Football Association, which released a statement saying it was "shocked and deeply saddened" by his passing.

The cause of death is unclear ... and police are reportedly conducting an investigation.

MGK is doing another victory lap after Conor McGregor's UFC 329 loss ... dissing the hell out of the UFC superstar for getting injured seconds into his bout with Max Holloway.

The rapper -- who had a highly publicized squabble with Notorious at the 2021 VMAs -- reignited the feud shortly after Saturday night's results ... saying, "knees weak of old age the real conor can’t stand up 🤡@thenotoriousmma" alongside a pic of their run-in on Instagram.

Aaron Donald and Myles Garrett could really do something "special" together ... so says NFL linebacker Kyle Van Noy, who tells TMZ Sports the retired defensive superstar has "plenty in the tank" if he chooses to come back to the L.A. Rams.

KVN and AD were both in the NFL Draft Class of 2014 and are both 35 years old ... and while the former is still active, the latter elected to hang up his helmet in 2024.

There have been talks that could change after the Rams acquired Garrett from the Cleveland Browns earlier this year ... and Van Noy thinks Donald is definitely capable of returning at an elite level.
