2:25PM PT -- Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office Homicide Bureau detectives have posted a second update, saying they've "determined that Mr. Whiten is the biological father of Ms. Savannah Whiten and Ms. Sienna Whiten, and co-parent to Ms. Hyer."  

The statement adds ... "The investigation revealed that Mr. Whiten committed these heinous acts and then took his own life. The investigation continues."

A Florida realtor, her ex-husband, and their two young daughters are all dead ... in what police are calling a murder-suicide.

Law enforcement responded Tuesday to a welfare check at a Doral home and found Melanie Hyer, Ryan Whiten and their daughters Savannah and Sienna dead, according to the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office.

MDSO says all four had stab wounds and they believe the tragic incident is a murder-suicide ... but no word yet on who did the stabbing.

Move over Clavicular ... Donald Trump's officially entering his mogging era ... and he's using a reflecting pool to dive into the trend.

The White House hopped on X Wednesday with a photo of Trump in the Oval Office, proudly holding up a giant chart celebrating the newly renovated Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool ... and, in true Trump fashion, the announcement came with a size comparison.

The poster -- bluntly titled "Our Pool Is Bigger Than Skyscrapers" -- compares the reflecting pool's 2,030-foot length to the shorter heights of iconic buildings, including Chicago's Willis (formerly Sears) Tower, New York City's Empire State Building, and the One World Trade Center.

Naturally, the internet had a field day with it -- especially after the White House captioned the post "mogged," borrowing the internet slang term popularized by looksmaxxing creator Clavicular, who recently got 'out-mogged' by a hot judge at his recent court hearing.

Jermaine Jackson is speaking out now that he's been ordered to cough up millions to his rape accuser ... claiming the judgment is void due to a slew of errors.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Michael Jackson's older brother says the default judgment in favor of plaintiff Rita Butler Barrett needs to be thrown out because she sued him under his obsolete former name and never effectively served him the lawsuit.

He argues he was sued as "Jermaine Jackson" ... but says he changed his name legally in the state of California to "Jermaine LaJuane Jacksun" all the way back in 2013 -- so she should have figured that out and sued him under his correct name.

A Minnesota woman charged with killing another driver in a head-on collision is blaming a dog that was in the car with her ... at least according to prosecutors.

Shauna Rae Dokken is facing a vehicular homicide charge after prosecutors say she was driving under the influence and swerving in her pickup truck when she crossed into oncoming traffic and smashed into an SUV, killing 82-year-old Barbara Welberg ... according to a criminal complaint obtained by The Minnesota Star Tribune.

Dokken reportedly told law enforcement her dog took control of the steering wheel while she was trying to reach for a treat ... and when she tried grabbing the wheel, she struck the shoulder of the highway and spun out ... leading to the head-on crash.
