Prince Singer with Him During Overdose ... Also with MJ Before He Died

Even in death, Prince and Michael Jackson have something in common -- singer Judith Hill, who is opening up about what she saw the night Prince overdosed on his private jet.

Hill was on board the flight that made the emergency landing in Moline, IL ... and says she was talking to him when "his eyes fixed" and he nodded off. She told the NY Times she would have thought he just nodded off if she hadn't been "looking into his face."

But she says she immediately realized it was a medical issue and alerted an assistant and the pilot to put the plane down. TMZ broke the story -- Prince had suffered an overdose on Percocet, and emergency responders had to give him a save shot.

Hill -- who spent long hours recording and performing with Prince at Paisley Park -- NEVER mentions anything about his addiction. She refused to discuss his treatment in Moline, but said he reached out to Dr. Michael Schulenberg afterward "because he was concerned, and he wanted to do the right thing for his body."

Prince died six days later from an overdose of Fentanyl.

Interestingly, Hill rehearsed with Jackson days before his death -- she famously dueted with him in "This Is It." Dark coincidence, but there's your trivia answer.

Prince Unreleased Music Debuts ... Gift to Donatella Versace

It could be a first glimpse into Prince's fabled vault of new music, and it premiered at Milan Fashion Week ... courtesy of Donatella Versace.

Donatella cranked the 11-minute mix during Saturday's show of Versace's men's collection. She says Prince, who was a longtime friend, would send her music all the time as a way of communicating.

It's unclear if Prince's estate approved the untitled music being used by Versace -- or if it would even need to do so ... if Prince had gifted it to Donatella.

Check out the music -- you gotta wonder if Prince would be happy it's gone public.

Here's Denver Broncos superstar DeMarcus Ware performing Prince's "Purple Rain" with his old high school band ... and it's pretty damn good.

The event raised close to $100k for Food Bank of the Rockies -- which helps feed the needy.

Good event. Great music.

Prince Adopted Me and Left Me $7 Million!

Two new potential Prince heirs are stepping forward to get a piece of the pie -- and at least one of them isn't even a blood relation ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs filed in probate court, and obtained by TMZ, Norman Yates Carthens says Prince adopted him -- he's not specific about when -- and claims there IS a will that could make him rich.

Carthens says Prince left him $7 million. He makes no mention of where this mysterious will is right now. Prince's sister Tyka, and his estate have already said there is no will.

Also, an alleged half-sibling named Regina Sorenson filed docs saying she and Prince had the same father. In the docs she says there is a trust, and she should be included in any DNA testing of potential heirs.

Prince Estate Help Us Sort Out This Gold Mine ... Long Lost 'Son' Objects!

Prince's estate has rich people trouble ... potentially hundreds of millions of dollars, and no clue what to do with it -- so they're calling in heavy hitters, which is pissing off one potential heir.

The estate's special administrator just filed docs in Prince's probate asking permission to hire entertainment industry experts to advise how to manage the singer's "wide-ranging intellectual property."

Translation: We're sitting on a fortune here, and someone's gotta figure out how best to cash in on it.

As for who they want to help out -- they're keeping it confidential, but Prince's alleged son thinks it's all a waste of time. Carlin Q. Williams has already filed docs objecting to the estate's request for music experts, and wants more focus on DNA testing to identify the heirs.

Prince Walgreens Outfit Matches Death Clothes

The clothes Prince died in match the outfit he was wearing the night before when he made that frantic run to a Walgreens pharmacy ... and the drugstore run could prove crucial in the investigation.

The Medical Examiner's report describes the clothes Prince was wearing when his body was found -- a black cap, a black shirt, a grey undershirt, black pants, black boxer briefs and black socks.

You can see from the photo TMZ posted -- taken at 7 PM the night before he died -- everything visible matches that description.

As we reported, Prince was at Walgreens to fill a prescription and eyewitnesses told us he was pacing and nervous as someone went inside and got the Rx.

TMZ also broke the story, a Walgreens was targeted by investigators and a search warrant was executed at the location.

The ME concluded Prince died from toxic level of Fentanyl.

Talib Kweli Prince Invented Reverse Pimpin' ... I Watched It Happen!!

PUT SOME CLOTHES ON IT!
DrinkChamps.com

Prince once pulled an epic move on a nearly naked dancer in a club, but it's not at all what you'd expect from a singer with a rep for being a sex demigod ... according to rapper Talib Kweli.

Talib hit up N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN's "Drink Champs" podcast on Play.it this week and talked about the run-in he had with Prince at a Hollywood party. He says there were naked dancers everywhere and Prince -- a Jehovah's Witness at that point -- approached one of them with a financial proposal.

Check it out ... it's an awesome story, and the birth of what N.O.R.E. and co. call "reverse pimping."

Prince We Had the Magic Pill to Save Him ... Says Addiction Dr.'s Son

Andrew Kornfeld, the man who called 911 when Prince died, firmly believes he could have saved the singer with the backpack full of opioids he had at Paisley Park that morning.

The ME's report revelation that Prince died from a self-administered dose of Fentanyl ... seems to acquit Kornfeld and his father, Dr. Howard Kornfeld, of any involvement in the death. Andrew was delivering an opioid called Buprenorphine to treat Prince's addiction to Percocet. He insists Prince never took the drug.

Now Kornfeld is singing the praises of the synthetic opiate, saying it should be more accessible to addiction patients everywhere. Kornfeld tells CNN, he believes part of Prince's problem was that Buprenorphine is very difficult to get in Minnesota.

He added that if his father could have started treating Prince a week earlier ... he'd probably be alive.

Anna Fantastic I Never Had Sex with Prince in Death Elevator

I NEVER SAID THAT
TMZ.com

Anna Fantastic is indignant at British newspapers that reported she had sex with Prince in the elevator where he died.

We got Anna at Catalina Coffee & Cafe in Redondo Beach Thursday, and she railed on The Sun for reporting she told the paper about a romp in the lift.

Anna says she plans to sue ... because she feels both her name and Prince's memory have been besmirched.

Prince Death Certificate

TMZ has obtained Prince's

... which lists, among many other things, his official time of death as 10:07 AM on April 21.

That detail is a little misleading -- that's the time he was pronounced dead by paramedics on scene at Paisley Park. It's not the time he actually died ... since it's possible the singer had passed away long before authorities arrived.

Prince Criminal Investigation How Singer Got the Fatal Drug

Prince's death has triggered a criminal investigation over how the singer got the opioid that killed him ... and our sources say it's more complicated than a simple prescription.

Sources connected with the investigation tell us they have known "for a long time" that Fentanyl -- an incredibly potent opioid up to 100 times more powerful than morphine -- was the cause of death.

Law enforcement sources tell us the investigation has focused on the "illicit" possession of the drug.

One law enforcement source would not confirm the basis of the investigation, but mentioned one trigger for a criminal probe would be if a doctor prescribed meds to a third party knowing the drug was going to someone else. We don't know if Rx bottles in someone else's name were found at Prince's home at the time of death.

We're told both state and federal prosecutors are investigating both how Prince got the drug and who facilitated it.

As we reported, authorities already obtained a search warrant for Prince's primary physician. They also executed a search at a Walgreen's pharmacy that filled a prescription for the singer. We don't know if authorities found a connection between the doctor, the pharmacy and the Fentanyl that killed Prince.

If someone illegally prescribed or filled a prescription for a patient who dies as a result of the drug, they could face third degree murder charges and up to 25 years in prison.

Prince Medical Examiner Fentanyl Overdose Caused Death

Prince died from an opioid overdose ... it's now official from the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office, and the drug is even more powerful than Percocet.

The M.E. performed toxicology tests on the singer and determined the singer died of an accidental overdose of Fentanyl -- a powerful synthetic opiate that is more potent than morphine ... often used for cancer patients to deal with severe pain.

Fentanyl is often used to treat people who have developed a tolerance to less powerful opiates such as Percocet and morphine.

And this is important ... there were several reports Prince had either AIDS or HIV, but the report says there were no "other significant conditions" that led to his death ... clearly refuting the stories.

According to the report ... Prince was discovered fully dressed ... wearing a black cap, black shirt, gray undershirt, black pants, black boxer briefs and black socks.

Also interesting ... Prince weighed a petite 112 lbs and stood 5'3" at the time of his death.

We broke numerous stories -- Prince was addicted to Percocet. As we first reported, Prince's private jet was forced to make an emergency landing when the singer almost died after ODing on Percocet 6 days before he was found dead in an elevator.

Prince had made at least 4 trips to a local drugstore in the week preceding his death ... to fill prescriptions.

His addiction was so bad his people called a rehab doctor in California to get him emergency help. The doctor's son flew out to Minnesota and was in the Paisley Park compound -- with a backpack filled with synthetic opioids -- when the 57-year-old singer was found dead. The doctor's son, who is not himself a doctor, denies giving Prince any of the pills.

Prince Crushed Madonna's Music Vid Dreams ... According to His Ex-GF

THEY DIDN'T SEE EYE TO EYE
TMZ.com

Madonna and Prince had a heated feud over the one song they ever recorded together, and the showdown involved one of Madonna's divorces ... according to Prince's ex-gf Anna Fantastic.

Anna dropped this bombshell about Prince and the Madge's "Love Song" ... which they recorded in the late '80s. Anna says she was there when Madonna propositioned him to shoot a music video for the track.

She claims Madonna tried to play the sympathy card by telling Prince she was in the middle of divorcing Sean Penn ... and the song meant a lot to her. Prince's reply, according to Anna? "What does your divorce have to do with me or this song?"

Check out the rest of Anna's take.

Maybe Madonna's tribute was just payback -- but if nothing else, we got the song out of 'em.

Madonna & Stevie Wonder Makin' It 'Purple Rain'

THE BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS PERFORMANCE
ABC

Madonna just paid respect to the Purple One in epic fashion ... bringing out Stevie Wonder for a duet of Prince's famous track.

With the Billboard Music Awards dripping in purple ... Madge and Stevie would've made him proud.

Prince Heirs Want to Crack Open Music Vault

Prince's music vault has hours and hours of unreleased music locked inside, and some of his heirs want the world to hear it -- and probably for a price.

Sources close to Brianna and Victoria -- Prince's niece and grandniece, who stand to inherit the share of their deceased parents -- tell us the girls are anxious to hear the tunes and then devise a release plan.

And we're told the girls have the support of some of the singer's siblings.

Brianna and Victoria say the point of releasing the music is to share it with his fans, but it begs the obvious ... it's ultimately all about making money.

The girls, repped by attorney Andrew Stoltmann, and several siblings also would like to turn Paisley Park into a museum -- a la Graceland -- again, there will almost certainly be a price of admission ... with the goal also being not to make anything seem tacky or exploitative.

Now here's the rub. Multiple sources tell us the heirs are already at each other's throats and war has broken out on several fronts. Tyka has drawn a line in the sand. As far as she's concerned, it's her way or the highway.

The next hurdle ... getting Tyka on board.

Prince Bro's Spawn Enter Money War And Here's Their 'Proof'

Prince's alleged niece and grandniece are officially in the game ... filing documents they believe prove they ARE blood relation to his royal purpleness.

Turns out Prince's deceased half brother ... Duane Nelson Sr. had a daughter, Brianna ... and a granddaughter, Victoria. Both filed documents in Prince's probate claiming they are rightful heirs.

For evidence, they included Duane Sr.'s 1958 birth certificate ... which lists John Nelson as Duane's father -- same as Prince.

As we first reported ... an attorney alerted the court of Victoria's existence. Brianna, on the other hand, came outta left field.

Family sources tell us Tyka Nelson and the other established siblings have questioned whether Duane was actually blood. The new docs are a good start -- showing Duane's direct link to Prince -- but Victoria and Brianna will most likely have to submit to DNA testing as well ... to get a cut of the inheritance.
