CM Punk is sure Elon Musk was giving a Nazi salute at that Donald Trump inauguration event back in January ... and the WWE Superstar is adamant there's no amount of "gaslighting" the billionaire can do to sway his opinion.

The 46-year-old wrestler went in on the Tesla honcho during an appearance on this week's "The Ringer Wrestling Show" ... insisting Musk gave a "Sieg Heil" while speaking to a pro-Trump crowd at Capital One Arena on Jan. 20.

Musk, of course, has stated the gesture was nothing more than an impassioned wave -- pointing out in an X post that plenty of politicians have made similar moves -- but Punk told the guys on the pod he's not buying it.

Egg prices are the least of the problems at this new grocery store ... which has some shoppers harkening back to the infamous Nazi concentration camp at Auschwitz.

The Jumbo Gerrit Roeke opened this week in Elburg, Netherlands with a very distinct exterior design -- railroad tracks that lead up to its front doors. The grocery store was built on the grounds of an old train station, and during a 7-month renovation, designers decided to keep a few feet of tracks in the parking lot.

Clearly, the design team did not have 1940s Poland, or Hitler, on the brain ... but they do now!

Police say a home connected to Austin Metcalf -- the teenager who lost his life during a stabbing incident at a track meet earlier this month -- was swatted on Thursday.

According to the Frisco Police Department, authorities rushed to a Metcalf family home in Frisco, Texas after receiving a call regarding a gunshot.

An FPD spokesperson, though, said officers on the scene quickly determined it was a swatting call -- aka a hoax aimed to disturb the Metcalfs -- and they left.

Haley Joel Osment was in the back of a police car on his way to jail when he called his arresting officer a "Nazi" and a Jewish slur ... at least according to police body cam footage.

TMZ just obtained the video from Haley's arrest at a California ski resort and you hear him calling the cop driving him to jail a "f***** Nazi" and the "K" word.

Video also shows the moment cops claim they found cocaine in Haley's possession ... and the drugs appear to be concealed in a $20 bill.

In a teaser for the new doc "The Real Iron Claw" -- Kevin recalls the devastating 1993 phone call when he begged Kerry not to shoot himself, pleading with him not to leave him completely alone after the deaths of their other brothers.

It’s heart-wrenching stuff -- Kevin said Kerry eventually reassured him he’d be fine during the call, but deep down he knew something was wrong, so he called their dad, Fritz Von Erich, to warn him.

As we told you ... Paul was arrested for allegedly possessing narcotics in late March, though Rodriguez maintained the drugs weren't his.
