Canadian actor Spencer Lofranco -- best known for his starring roles in "Jamesy Boy" and "Gotti" -- has died.

TMZ has learned his death is being investigated in British Columbia, Canada. The cause has not yet been determined.

His brother, Santino Lofranco, paid tribute to the star on Instagram and revealed he passed on Tuesday. He remembered him as a "legend" who "changed people [sic] lives."

Simone Biles recently confirmed she got breast implants ... and now, she's sharing more details about the surgery, admitting in a Q&A with fans it was painful as hell!

The Olympic legend answered some questions from her 5.5 million followers on TikTok, first revealing when and where she got the procedure done -- in mid-June under the care of Houston-based Dr. Kriti Mohan.

Patrick Beverley won't be appearing on Barstool platforms anytime soon -- Dave Portnoy just revealed the former NBA player is "taking forced time away" following his arrest for felony assault.

The Barstool Sports founder explained his employee's status during "The Unnamed Show" on Wednesday ... saying Beverley -- who has a the "Hoopin' N Hollerin'" podcast with the company -- has "gotta figure all this out."

"We'll let the facts play out," Portnoy said. "Certainly, with what is hanging there, we can't have him be part of what we're doing right now, and we got to see how it settles, but this is horrible."

Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey says he's currently homeless because of his bleak financial situation following his sexual assault scandals.
