Marquay Collins, a TikTok star who posted food reviews and fast cars, is dead ... TMZ has confirmed.

Known as "Marquay The Goat" on social media, Marquay's mother tells us her son died recently ... though the cause of death is unclear.

Marquay's mom, Sonja, is remembering him as "the sweetest person he didn’t have a mean bone in his body."

Mark Geragos says the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner is right to want transparency in the Celeste Rivas case ... and he's commending the M.E. for speaking out against the LAPD after cops obtained a court order blocking the M.E. from releasing records on the 14-year-old's death.

The famed defense attorney joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and we asked him about the recent tug-of-war between the M.E. and the LAPD as it relates to Celeste, the young girl whose decomposing body was found in the trunk of singer D4vd's Tesla.

Police went to a judge and got a security hold on information regarding Celeste's death as LAPD continues to investigate ... and then the M.E., Dr. Odey Ukpo, put out a statement saying they want "full transparency" and are questioning the purpose and benefit of security holds.

Tara Reid was quick to accuse someone at a Chicago-area hotel bar of drugging her ... and that guy tells TMZ the allegation is total BS.

Sean P, the YouTube influencer Tara referenced in her police report, tells TMZ ... he met her at the hotel bar late last Saturday night ... and they got to talking and traded contact info, before she invited him to go outside to smoke a cigarette.

He says Tara was initially standoffish, taking a dig at him for being a YouTuber ... but when he shot back at her about the infamous TMZ video where she got denied entry at a Hollywood club back in 2006, her demeanor suddenly changed, and she got friendlier.

Sean P says Tara appeared "tipsy" -- he says he was too -- but they were both coherent enough to hold a conversation.

He says Tara asked him to go out for a smoke, and they did ... and when they went back to the bar, he tried to close out his tab ... when Tara handed him her purse and asked him to take out her room key. He says he looked inside the purse and saw pills. It was then Sean P says Tara screamed for security.

He says security arrived, asked if there was problem, and they both said "No."

A grand jury was reportedly convened to gather information on the death of Celeste Rivas.

The grand jury heard evidence for several days in mid-November ... this according to the Los Angeles Times. The Times reported the existence of the grand jury was disclosed in the LAPD's petition to block the L.A. County Medical Examiner's Office from release information about her death.

The grand jury was assembled as an investigative tool, and not to specifically indict anyone for Celeste's death. It has the ability to recommend charges, and it's unclear if it did so. It's also unclear if that grand jury is still gathering evidence.

The mother of Anna Kepner -- the 18-year-old who was murdered on a Carnival Cruise ship -- is questioning the sleeping arrangements her daughter was placed in leading up to her tragic death.

Heather Wright told Fox News she's been villainized in the situation, but it's Anna's dad, Christopher Kepner, who could be partly to blame.

Anna was reportedly sharing a cabin with two other teenagers -- one of whom is her stepbrother, who's now suspected in her death. Anna's grandmother told ABC News the teenagers chose the arrangement themselves ... but Anna's biological mom seems to think an adult should have vetoed it.

Turkeys shouldn't need a pardon since they're not criminals ... but, maybe one day the president will pardon them all -- so hopes a prominent animal activist.

Andrew Tate set up his ex-girlfriend by filing a false police report against her in Dubai, leading to her being held in the Middle Eastern city for more than a month ... according to her new lawsuit.

Bri Stern claims Tate -- the controversial poster boy for toxic masculinity -- went to cops in Dubai back in June and accused her of publicly posting false statements about him ... which would be a crime under U.A.E. laws, meaning anyone under investigation can't leave the country.

This, according to Bri, was the setup or "honeypot trap," because as a model she travels to Dubai frequently ... something Tate knows very well. So, cut to September 27, when Bri indeed touched down in Dubai for work. She says everything was fine until she tried to leave on October 12.

Two National Guard troops were shot in Washington, D.C. Wednesday afternoon, and at least one suspect was taken into custody. There are conflicting reports on whether the two victims were later pronounced dead.

National Guard soldiers were on "high visibility patrol" when an unidentified male suspect approached and shot the two victims, CNN reports, citing the D.C. Metro Police Dept. Other guardsmen overpowered the suspect and took him into custody. The suspect had no I.D., and was not cooperating with police.

West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey tweeted at 3:42 PM ET ... "It is with great sorrow that we can confirm both members of the West Virginia National Guard who were shot earlier today in Washington, DC have passed away from their injuries." Twenty minutes later, the governor sent a new tweet: "We are now receiving conflicting reports about the condition of our two Guard members and will provide additional updates once we receive more complete information."

Milwaukee rapper Chicken P is already in the slammer serving 6 years on drug-related charges ... and just may be in there longer after being indicted on multiple counts of rape, attempted rape, gross sexual imposition, abduction, and public indecency.

According to federal court docs filed on November 6, the rapper -- born Rahkeib Smith -- is alleged to have sexually assaulted a Jane Doe between March 11 and March 12, 2024, at a residence in Cleveland, Ohio.

The docs don't detail the narrative, but the charges are steep ... Chicken P is accused of having sexual intercourse with Jane Doe without her consent and through physical force.

New footage has been released from the night of Marshawn Kneeland's death -- showing officials in pursuit of the Dallas Cowboys player's speeding Dodge Charger as it dangerously weaved in and out of traffic on the highway ... and tirelessly searching for him after he crashed his vehicle and fled the scene on foot.

The Texas Department of Public Safety shared the body and dash cam footage from the Nov. 5 incident ... which showed cops chasing his vehicle around 10:30 PM, initially believing it was stolen.

24-year-old Kneeland was allegedly driving up to 160 MPH while behind the wheel ... and struck another vehicle before ending up in a grassy area off the road.

That was fast ... prosecutors in Los Angeles County say they've charged three men with murder in the fatal shooting of Maria De La Rosa, a singer who went by the stage name DELAROSA.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman says the alleged killers in the "ambush-style attack" are 27-year-old Francisco Otilio Gaytan, 27-year-old Benny LiconGomez, and 21-year-old Eduardo Lopez ... prosecutors say they are all from Northridge, where the shooting occurred early Saturday morning ... and each has been charged with one felony count of murder and two felony counts of attempted second-degree robbery.

Hochman says the men allegedly approached a parked car shortly before 1:25 AM on Nov. 22 on Bryant Street in Northridge ... they demanded money and then opened fire, killing DELAROSA. She was in the car with two friends, who were not harmed.

12:18 PM PT -- Hong Kong police arrested three men on suspicion of manslaughter in relation to the apartment building inferno, according to CNN.

A fire spread across multiple high-rise apartment towers in Hong Kong on Wednesday, reportedly killing at least 36 people ... with many more trapped inside as the blaze rages on.

According to CNN, seven of the eight buildings from the Wang Fuk Court complex -- which reportedly holds 2,000 apartments -- were still on fire Wednesday as more people were believed to be trapped inside. The New York Times later reported 279 people were missing as of Wednesday afternoon.

CNN reports that at least 767 firefighters were deployed to tackle the fire. At least one firefighter has been counted among the dead.
