We got the Congressman from Pennsylvania on Capitol Hill Thursday ... the day the House will go on another 10-day break. It's especially ominous because Congress has not passed a bill to pay TSA workers and others, and the DHS Secretary has said the Department can't make payroll next week.
Meuser had issues with the premise -- that members of Congress should be in D.C. He says there's a lot of important work members do in their districts, like getting feedback from constituents.
We're getting a look inside the Hollywood Hills rental house at the center of the case against D4vd ... including the garage prosecutors allege was used to store 14-year-old Celeste Rivas' body after her murder in April 2025.
Photos show the garage area authorities say became a key part of their investigation, with prosecutors claiming the space was used in the aftermath of Rivas' death.
According to court docs, prosecutors allege Rivas was stabbed inside the home off the famed Sunset Strip after being brought there in an Uber from her family's house in Lake Elsinore, CA. They claim evidence recovered from the garage is consistent with an attempt to dismember her body, including biological samples that tested positive for blood.

In new court documents, obtained by TMZ, Fleming is requesting just 3 months in prison, a 9-month residential drug treatment program, and 3 years of supervised release.

Sick twist to an already horrible story ... authorities in North Carolina are investigating the burglary of Greg Biffle's home, following his tragic death, as a potential inside job.
Authorities in Iredell County say the suspicious activity started just hours after the December 18 crash in Statesville, NC, which took the life of Biffle, his wife Cristina, his two kids, and three others, with a disturbing email that read, "I heard you're dead, rest in hell," being sent to the deceased driver's inbox, according to WSOC.

The Seattle Storm guard spoke to Fox News Digital about the recent internet chatter about her alleged involvement in the rapper and NBA champ's messy split ... and she's doubling down that it simply wasn't the case.
While Brown said she knows Klay from sharing the same profession, it ends there -- she doesn't even consider him a friend. As for Meg, she's never met her.

The WhatsApp message from his dad read, "Your mother and I will no longer be home. I have kept food for you. Come home and eat," according to The Sun.
They don't call it the Democrat and Republican partiesfor nothin' ... Congress is taking ANOTHER LONG VACATION, weeks after they skipped town for a 2-week Easter break.
Our TMZ DC guys are just getting their groove on, and poof ... the lights go off in the House today and the Senate tomorrow until a week from Monday -- 10 DAYS. Actually, the House will squeeze out an extra day and won't return until a week from Tuesday.
Mind you, Congress hasn't funded DHS going on 3 months now, and the DHS Secretary says his Department is about to run out of money to pay staff. Thousands of federal workers have gone without pay ... they are losing their homes, their cars, their sanity, but hey, them's the breaks, right?
We thought posting photos you sent us of members of Congress on vacation during their Easter Break would make them see the light, but clearly that didn't work. SO LET'S DO IT AGAIN! SEND US PICS AND VIDEO IN THE NEXT 10 DAYS IF YOU SEE YOUR REPRESENTATIVE OUT AND ABOUT.
Shilo Sanders had a controversial approach to defending his brother, Shedeur ... telling an award-winning journalist to "go make a sandwich" for saying Deshaun Watson should be named the Cleveland Browns' starting quarterback.
The sexist comment came under an Instagram post that reshared Cleveland reporter Mary Kay Cabot's recent take on the team ... when she said it was best if the Orange and Brown went ahead with the former All-Pro as the guy under center instead of Sanders, who started seven games as a rookie in 2025.
Shilo wasn't having any of it ... and resorted to the misogynistic clapback.

"A lot more pressure, yes. But it was so much more fun because I'm filming a show around my family and my chosen family," Stassi told us.
Kimmel came out swinging at the Trumps in Wednesday night's opening monologue on his late-night show, after DJT and Melania demanded Jimmy be fired for what they perceived as an offensive skit about them.

LeBron James absolutely unloaded on Rockets' big man, Alperen Sengun, for complaining about a foul during Game 5 on Wednesday ... saying he has no right arguing the call 'cause he's a "soft ass tall guy."
The wild moment went down as LBJ stood at the free throw line with less than six minutes left in the Los Angeles Lakers' loss ... when Sengun appeared to disagree with the officiating.
