Rumer Willis’ ex and baby daddy is firing back against Demi Moore's claim he's aggressive ... amid his and Rumer's ongoing custody battle over their 3-year-old, Louetta.

As we previously reported -- the 'Substance' star claimed in court docs that Derek Richard Thomas "appears to want to dictate and control Rumer’s environment" and has "absolutely no respect, care, concern, compassion or support toward anyone, especially Rumer and the baby."

But, in new legal docs, he says he's never behaved "aggressively or inappropriately" and claims Rumer "has launched a coordinated media attack across dozens of outlets" against him. He even flips the script and claims Rumer is the one exploiting their child in sponsored content that has "adult sexual humor," to which he says he never consented.

Lindsay Hubbard blew up on West Wilson during the latest part of the "Summer House" Season 10 reunion ... and it's a hard watch.

In the episode, Amanda Batula shuts down and exits the stage in tears after she can't take the heat from her castmates ... and West just sits there. That is, until Lindsay screams at him to "man up" and chase after his girl.

Chris Brown continues to deal with scary situations at his L.A. mansion … with yet another person arrested at the property, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, LAPD was called to the entertainer’s $3.8 million 6-bedroom, 10-bathroom home at 5:55 pm on June 2.

Sources tell TMZ the initial call to police came in as a burglary suspect at the home. The caller told the 911 operator that a female had broken into the home.

Betty Broderick infamously killed her ex-husband and his new wife, but there was no foul play in her own recent death, TMZ has learned.

In early May, Betty died at a hospital in Chino, California, after she fell down in prison while suffering from several health issues, according to her son, Daniel Broderick.

Now, the San Bernardino County Coroner has completed its autopsy on Betty and confirmed that her death was an accident.

CBS News has fired veteran "60 Minutes" correspondent Scott Pelley ... just a day after a fiery clash with the show's new executive producer.

Tensions escalated this week during a staff meeting, when newly appointed executive producer Nick Bilton was introduced to the newsroom ... and Pelley openly criticized the decision -- however a letter was sent to Pelley the following day, saying CBS News was terminating him immediately.

Pelley reportedly openly criticized the direction of the longstanding newsmagazine and took aim at CBS News chief Bari Weiss, accusing her of dismantling the culture that made "60 Minutes" a television institution.

During the clash, Pelley reportedly questioned why Bilton would even accept the role given the resistance he was facing from longtime staffers.

Pelley joined CBS News in 1989 and went on to become one of its most recognizable faces, serving as anchor of the "CBS Evening News" and spending more than two decades as a correspondent for "60 Minutes."
