A Florida couple who gave birth through IVF were shocked to learn the baby isn't genetically theirs ... but they still want to be her mother and father ... and they've struck a deal with the biological parents.
Here's the deal ... Tiffany Score and Steven Mills are suing Fertility Center of Orlando for allegedly implanting the wrong embryo. Tiffany gave birth to Shea Score Mills, who doesn't look like her or Steven.
Tiffany and Steven have finally reached a custody agreement with their daughter's biological parents, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE ... six months after Tiffany gave birth. The filing says Tiffany and Steven retain their rights to continue as Shea's permanent custodial parents.

Simpson, who took home a bronze medal in the 1500-meter race in Rio in 2016, collapsed while running with a group of athletes ... and didn't initially have a pulse.
If not for a group of bystanders, as well as EMS, who rushed to the scene and provided CPR, the story may have had a very different ending.
'Matlock' Creator & Writers Sued for Hostile Work Environment ... Allegedly Made Racist, Sexually Explicit Remarks
More legal drama on the set of “Matlock” ... this time, a staffer on the show is dragging the creator and a couple of writers to court for allegedly creating a hostile work environment.
TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed Wednesday by John Lowe, who says he was hired back in 2023 as an executive story editor on the show. Lowe claims "Matlock" creator Jennie Urman Snyder and writers Nicki Renna and Jeffrey Lieber "fostered a writers room environment permeated by sexually explicit and discriminatory conduct” ... and he says much of it was directed personally at him.
In the filing, Lowe says he experienced "repeated racially and sexually offensive conduct" and claims he was ultimately fired in 2025 in retaliation for complaining about a particularly offensive comment.
Lowe, who's Black, claims when he asked last June if the show would be observing Juneteenth, Snyder responded by referring to the holiday with a racial slur, calling it ... "C***teenth."

Oliver Tree Helicopter Crash Friend Reveals Why He Pulled Out of Doomed Ride
A producer who was invited on the doomed helicopter flight that killed Oliver Tree and five others in Brazil says he narrowly escaped tragedy after backing out at the last minute.
Victor Wao revealed on Instagram he was originally supposed to be on the flight Sunday, but his friend, Argentine producer Lucas Vignale, kindly arranged a car ride for him due to his fear of flying ... The New York Post reports.
The change saved Victor's life ... because all six people aboard the helicopter died after it collided with another chopper mid-air in Rio de Janeiro. The others who died were Lucas, YouTuber Gaspi, Lucas Brito Chaves and the pilots of both crafts, Alexandre Souza and Charles Marsillac.
The airships burst into flames and crashed into an electric vehicle yard ... and footage shows first responders surrounding one of the mangled choppers.
The cause of the fatal collision is still being investigated.

Gilgo Beach Killer Sentenced to Life in Prison Without Parole
The Gilgo Beach serial killer, Rex Heuermann, will be spending the rest of his life behind bars.
The judge sentenced Heuermann to life in prison without the possibility of parole on Wednesday, calling him a "disgusting and despicable man," according to multiple reports.
The judge addressed Heuermann directly during sentencing, telling him straight up ... "You're a coward." According to PEOPLE, he then ordered the killer be removed from court, saying ... "Get him out of here."

Mangione appeared in court Wednesday with his lawyers, who informed the judge he will use the defense when he goes on trial for the murder of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson.
What's fascinating ... the defense would allow Mangione and his lawyers to effectively put UnitedHealthCare on trial, showing the company's conduct in denying claims was so egregious it upset Mangione to the point of meltdown. As TMZ has extensively reported, Mangione was extremely upset with the way corporate greed controlled the United States.
