Two days after TMZ uncovered his arrest for DUI last month, Scott Weiland went into hiding -- by hanging out at Hyde!

Scott, who denies he was under the influence when he crashed his car in November, will be in court on December 13.

Tracy Morgan Keep Me Away from Cocaine!
Just outside of Manhattan Criminal Court this morning, Tracy Morgan succeeded in resisting the temptation of cocaine.
No, it wasn't some kind of sting op, just a fan asking Tracy to give a shout-out to something called Cocaine City Records. "Oh, man," replied the "30 Rock" star, keeping his distance. "I don't use that word."
Minutes before, he had been in court to comply with a judge's order to prove his sobriety since his arrest on DUI charges last November. Morgan will be back in court at an unspecified date.
Velvet Revolving Door Weiland Arrested Again
TMZ has learned that rocker Scott Weiland has been arrested, again, for DUI. Shocker, we know.
The Stone Temple Pilots and Velvet Revolver singer was driving on an L.A. highway around 6:15 PM on November 21 when he crashed his car. While the California Highway Patrol was investigating the non-injury wreck, they noticed Weiland appeared to be impaired. (Um ... ya think?) According to the police report, Weiland failed sobriety tests and refused to take a blood or urine test. He was booked for "driving under the influence of a drug. "
Fallen 'Idol' Offered Cop Fellatio
Jessica Sierra was to the point when she was busted last week. According to a police report obtained by TMZ, Sierra told the arresting officer, "I'll suck your d*** if you don't take me to jail." Tempting offer!
Sierra also went on to use the N word several times, saying, "F*** you N*****!" According to the report, her friend tried calming Jessica down as she tried shoving a cop, and then Jessica and her pal ended up fighting in the street.
The broken "Idol" hurled a flurry of racial slurs and profanity during her arrest. She's been charged with disorderly intoxication, violation of probation -- and obstruction of justice.
This weekend, a judge denied her bond, advising that Jessica needs to find another form of entertainment.

'Idol Castoff' Another Big Bust
Just two weeks after being sentenced to a year of probation, "American Idol" season four finalist Jessica Sierra was arrested again. Oh, how the wannabeens have fallen.
Officers were called to the Full Moon Saloon in Florida around 2:00 AM today, where she allegedly caused a disturbance. When the popo asked her to leave, she refused and was popped.
According to the charge report, Sierra was charged with two misdemeanors (disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer) and two felonies (possession of cocaine and felony battery). She is currently in the Orient Road Jail with no bond.
Sierra, who finished tenth on "Idol" back in 2005, was given probation just two weeks ago for an April incident in which she threw a glass at someone's head. The judge in that case will almost certainly throw the book at her for violating probation.
Sierra spent several months earlier this year in rehab and will be appearing in the new VH1 show "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew." We're thinkin' it didn't work so great.
Celebs: No More DUIs -- Who's Comin' with Me?
The National Limousine Association is coming to aid of not-so-bright celebudorks who decide they have to drive after they've been drinking -- urging them to GET A RIDE!
TMZ has obtained an open letter sent to celebrity handlers and publicists, including reps for Britney, Lindsay and Paris, explaining that the NLA has more than 2,300 members -- and that finding a limo or town car over the holidays is not exactly rocket science. Plus, it reminds them that the fee for even a stretch limo is still far less than "DUI fees." Amen and hallelujah!
Remember, people: If you're tipsy, don't drive. And remember to tip your drivers!
Lindsay Lohan Checks in and Out of Jail!
TMZ has learned Lindsay Lohan checked in -- and out -- of the Lynwood Jail. According to the Sheriff's website, the actress was arrested at 10:30 AM and checked out at 11:54 AM.
That's just 84 minutes, two more minutes than Nicole Richie!
The time served was related to her wild DUI escapades this past July, when she commandeered a car in Santa Monica and took three young men on a wild high-speed chase.
Lindsay subsequently enjoyed an extended stay at a rehab in Utah. She recently returned to Los Angeles with her new rehaboyfriend, Riley Giles. She's been serving her community service time at a local Red Cross.

Mickey Rourke Busted ... on a Vespa!!
Actor Mickey Rourke was arrested for DUI this morning in Miami Beach, riding his blue-green Vespa. Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man, is that you?!
Jose Lambiet of the Palm Beach Post broke the story this morning. Lambiet says a local paparazzo was on the lookout for Jennifer Lopez, who was in town for her concert when he bumped into Rourke and an unidentified woman around 2:00 AM walking into a nightclub.
"They came back out two hours later and crossed Washington Avenue to go to his scooter," the photog said. "They both got on it, and he did a U-turn to go north. He was pulled over within a block. "The cop says to him: 'You swerved right in front of me.' And Mickey answered: 'No, no, dude, I'm all right.'"
According to the police report, Rourke asked the cop, "What the f*** did I do?!" Cops say the actor's "face" was flushed, his eyes were bloodshot and watery and his speech was slurred. "I'm not drunk, I didn't even drink that much," Rourke said, according to the report. Barfly!
He was booked into the Miami-Dade Pre-trial Detention Center around 9:30 AM and is being held on $1,000 bond.
Let's hope he doesn't get sentenced to 9 1/2 weeks!

Rapper and Mariah Carey BFF Da Brat was arrested outside of Atlanta, after allegedly busting a waitress in the face with a bottle of rum at Jermaine Dupri's Studio 72 nightclub around 1:15 AM today.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Brat (real name: Shawntae Harris) got into an altercation with the waitress after she bumped into the rapper. The two began pushing and shoving each other until she walked away. That's when Brat allegedly assaulted her with a bottle.
The "Celebrity Fit Club" star is currently in custody and has been charged with felony aggravated assault. She'll be arraigned in the next 72 hours. Da Brat was previously arrested in 2000 for allegedly pistol whipping a woman in an Atlanta nightclub -- she pleaded guilty and was put on probation.
Tracy Morgan Ankles Away from SCRAM
Tracy Morgan has completed his probation for DUI, and has been cleared for removing his SCRAM alcohol monitoring anklet too early.
TMZ was in court today, where a Los Angeles County Judge told Morgan's attorney, Blair Berk, his "probation terms have been fulfilled." Before making his decision, the judge looked over several letters submitted by medical doctors, and a letter from the SCRAM company verifying a medical issue. The court was given five photos showing proof of Morgan's medical problem, which caused him to remove the SCRAM early. As of now, we do not know the exact nature of the ailment.
Morgan has been voluntarily going to a daily blood/breath test and has been attending AA meetings.
Tracy Morgan to Judge: SCRAM, I Have Medical Issues
Tracy Morgan didn't wear his alcohol monitoring bracelet for the full 90 days, and now he claims that a medical issue is the reason.
TMZ has learned that Morgan's attorney, Blair Berk, appeared in a Los Angeles County courtroom today and explained that Morgan took off his SCRAM bracelet early because of an undisclosed medical condition.
Berk will present specifics to the court on October 30.
Morgan is on probation for a DUI.
New Charge Filed Against O.J.

Vet Rappers Common and RZA Defend T.I.
T.I.'s fellow rappers -- and co-stars in the upcoming movie, "American Gangster" -- are speaking out about his recent legal issues and urging the fallen star to keep his head up. It's not like his boys would throw him under the bus!
Common, who plays T.I.'s dad in the film, tells AOL Black Voices that T.I. should continue to pray, saying, "Know that God is with [you]. Know that He knows what the truth is and the truth is going to allow [you] to get out and be alright." Unless, of course, the truth is T.I. did it -- because then he's screwed.
Wu Tang Clan co-founder RZA also had an opinion, saying, "One of my security guards said, 'Don't you ever buy a gun, because you can afford all the security." Perhaps RZA should have given T.I. that advice sooner -- or at least given him his security guard!
T.I. still remains in custody on weapons charges.

Wrestling Star Popped for DUI
UPDATE: TMZ just received the following statement from Angle's attorney:
"Kurt Angle maintains his innocence relative to the charges brought by the police in this matter. The improper arrest occurred in the middle of the afternoon after Mr. Angle showed no signs of intoxication. The police have no blood alcohol content and not firsthand knowledge of his operation of his vehicle. We believe the motivation for this arrest is based upon Kurt Angle's celebrity status and we are confident that we will prevail when the truth becomes evident."
Kurt Angle, the former WWE and current TNA wrestling star, was charged with DUI and careless driving after being pulled over on the afternoon of September 28.
Angle was arrested at his home in Moon Township, Penn. after a witness spotted a white Cadillac Escalade driving erratically after pulling out of a local bar. The registration of that vehicle led police to Angle's home, where cops say he admitted to driving the vehicle and that he had just left the bar in question.
Officers then say Angle showed "signs of intoxication," and they administered a field sobriety test, which he failed. Angle was then placed under arrest and taken to a local hospital where he refused to take a blood test.
No future hearing has been set.
Angle won an Olympic gold medal in freestyle wrestling in 1996. Calls to Angle's reps were not immediately returned.
