New York Knicks star J.R. Smith was arrested in South Beach last night ... after cops discovered the 26-year-old was a wanted man.

According to reports, Smith was pulled over on a routine traffic stop ... when the officers noticed an active warrant out for Smith's arrest stemming from his failure to address a ticket for driving without a valid license.

Smith was booked into Miami-Dade County jail shortly before midnight. He was released a short time later on bond.

7:27 AM PDT -- Law enforcement officials say Jenna sustained minor injuries in the crash ... but refused medical treatment.

Cops say Jenna has been released from custody.

Jenna Jameson was arrested on suspicion of DUI early this morning in Orange County ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the porn queen was involved in a single car accident at around 1:30 AM after her car struck a light pole.

According to our sources, Jameson showed signs of possibly being under the influence of alcohol and was given a field sobriety test . We're told she was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor suspicion of DUI.

She is currently in custody and she will be cited and released.

TMZ has obtained Amber Portwood's newest mug shot ... taken moments after she surrendered to police in Indiana yesterday.

We broke the story ... the MTV "Teen Mom" star was taken into custody after she told the judge she would rather serve hard time in prison than finish out the rest of her court-ordered drug rehab program.

Amber is currently at the Madison County jail ... where she will remain until a hearing is set. A judge will then decide how long Amber will stay behind bars.

4:50 PM PDT -- Fisher's girlfriend Loni Rae, the alleged victim, told KDVR, "Things just got out of hand and he snapped ... and my entire cabinets are ripped off from my walls. I had my feet up against the wall trying not to let him in, and he busted through the door and he pushed me through the cabinets."

10:45 AM PDT -- TMZ obtained Fisher's mug shot ... in which the rocker appears to be bleeding from a gnarly gash on his forehead.

So far, it's unclear how Edward suffered the injury.

The drummer for the band OneRepublic was arrested in Denver, CO this morning ... after cops say he flipped out in a destructive rage.

TMZ has learned ... Edward Ray Fisher was booked for destruction of private property, disturbing the peace and assault. The details surrounding his arrest are unclear.

According to his booking sheet, the 38-year-old rocker -- who lives in Denver -- is 5'8" and weighs 155 pounds.

Fisher is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court tomorrow afternoon.

FYI -- OneRepublic was nominated for a Grammy in 2009 for their smash hit, "Apologize."

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood's arrest last week wasn't the eye-opening experience we were hoping for -- just take a look at her mug shot, obtained by TMZ.

As we previously reported, Amber was tossed back in the pokey last week in Indiana -- for the gazillionth time -- after bailing on a mandatory drug court appointment.

Amber had told officials she had to miss the appointment because she was on doctor-ordered bed rest following laparoscopic gallbladder surgery -- but her doctor said she was lying ... so they hauled her back to jail.

Amber's still in custody -- and is expected to stay behind bars for a couple more weeks, until a judge decides what to do with her.

"That 70s Show" star Lisa Robin Kelly won't face any additional jail time in her domestic violence case -- because the L.A. County D.A. has declined to file charges.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the alleged victim -- Lisa's male roommate -- refused to cooperate with authorities, which made the case impossible to prosecute.

TMZ broke the story ... Lisa was arrested in March on a felony charge of corporal injury on a spouse after allegedly roughing the guy up in their apartment.

"Lost" star Matthew Fox was busted for DUI Friday in Oregon ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Matthew was arrested at 3:23AM on suspicion of driving under the influence. We're told there was a passenger in the car.

Matthew was taken into custody and released later that day.

Details surrounding the arrest are unclear -- but sources tell us, it was alcohol-related. We're told Matthew was en route to a fast food restaurant for some late night eats at the time of his arrest.

Matthew lives in Bend, Oregon with his family. Calls to Matthew's reps were not returned.

4:40 PM PT -- A rep for the Bend PD just released a statement, claiming Matthew was pulled over for failing to maintain lane and failure to signal. Matthew was arrested on the scene after the officer decided he was intoxicated.

So far, there's no mug shot -- we're told the camera at the police station was broken. Matthew will have to return to get his photo taken. He's due back in court in June.

"I Like That" singer Houston -- who famously suffered an emotional breakdown in 2005 and gouged his own eye out with a fork -- was arrested this week in L.A. for DUI ... and TMZ has obtained his mug shot.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, 28-year-old Houston -- full name Houston Summers -- was driving erratically near Malibu Wednesday in an older-looking SUV ... so cops pulled him over.

According to law enforcement, officers approached the vehicle and it smelled of marijuana. When police asked Houston questions, we're told his answers were incoherent.

Houston was then placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI. Sources tell TMZ, cops believe Houston was driving under the influence of drugs ... not alcohol.

The singer was released from jail Thursday. Calls to Houston were not returned.

As for Houston's 2005 breakdown -- the singer reportedly first attempted suicide by jumping out of a window while under the influence of PCP. His friends stopped him, but when they locked him in a first-floor room, Houston gouged his eye out with a plastic fork.

TMZ has obtained the mug shot for Los Angeles Lakers star Jordan Hill ... taken moments after the basketball player turned himself into authorities in Houston, Texas yesterday.

TMZ broke the story ... Hill is accused of choking his girlfriend during a nuclear argument back in February. Hill insists the allegations will not affect the Lakers' playoff run.

After Hill was taken into custody, he immediately posted the $5,000 bond and was released. The judge set no travel restrictions on his bond -- so the case shouldn't affect his playoff run.

Pilar Sanders has been arrested for domestic violence after allegedly attacking Deion Sanders in their Texas home this afternoon.

According to the Colin County Jail website ... Pilar was booked for "assault family violence" -- a misdemeanor.

As TMZ reported, NFL Hall of Famer Deion claims his estranged wife, Pilar and her friend jumped him in his bedroom earlier today. Deion says two of his sons witnessed the alleged attack.

Although Pilar and Deion are going through a bitter, BITTER divorce ... they are still living together in their suburban Dallas home.

Deion told TMZ Pilar had been taken to the hospital immediately after the incident -- claiming she needed medical treatment -- but she is now in police custody.

Following in the footsteps of his famous former co-star ... Noah Wyle has just been arrested during a political protest in Washington D.C.

Wyle, along with more than 100 members of the group ADAPT, were busted while trying to convince Congress not to cut Medicaid.

Wyle and ADAPT believe cuts in Medicaid spending would force many elderly people and people with disabilities into nursing homes ... instead of being able to receive treatment at their normal residences.

Just last month, Wyle's former "E.R." co-star George Clooney was arrested in D.C. for participating in a protest outside of the Sudanese embassy.

A 40-year-old woman accused of stalking Alec Baldwin was arrested outside the actor's NYC apartment last night ... the 3rd time she's allegedly attempted to confront the actor in the past 2 weeks.

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... Genevieve Sabourin, a Canadian actress, appeared at Baldwin's Manhattan pad Sunday night and asked the doorman to buzz the actor.

The doorman called Baldwin -- who was at his OTHER home in the Hamptons at the time -- but the actor instantly recognized her name.

According to the NY Post, Sabourin had allegedly tracked Baldwin down at his home in the Hamptons on March 31 ... and then followed him to an event at the Lincoln Center a few days later ... and frankly, Baldwin was concerned.

We're told Baldwin felt Sabourin had been stalking him to a point where he and his fiancee felt threatened.

We're told Baldwin told his doorman NOT to allow the woman inside his building ... and then he notified police. Cops swooped in ... and arrested Sabourin at the building for aggravated harassment and stalking at 7:45 PM.

Sabourin reportedly met Baldwin while working on "The Adventures of Pluto Nash" back in 2002 ... but recently began bombarding Alec with emails and text messages saying she wanted to have his baby. She also asked to borrow money.

TMZ has obtained Amanda Bynes' mug shot ... taken moments after she was arrested for DUI in West Hollywood this morning.

Bynes appears to be in full makeup ... sporting an ashy pink dye job ... and a black blazer.

As we previously reported, Bynes allegedly swiped a cop car as she was trying to pass. Cops believe she was in no condition to drive.

Bail has been set at $5,000. She's still behind bars.

10:30 AM PT: Amanda has been released from jail in West Hollywood. On her way out, we asked if she's learned her lesson -- she doesn't say a word.

"That 70s Show" actress Lisa Robin Kelly insists she wasn't drunk or high when she posed for that wild-haired mug shot last weekend -- claiming all the accusations surrounding her arrest are "a bunch of made-up stuff."

Lisa appeared on "Good Morning America" today -- when she was asked point blank if she was on drugs at the time of her domestic violence arrest this weekend. Lisa responded, "Absolutely not. There is nothing that I was on or abusing at that time."

Lisa admits she has battled with alcohol abuse in the past -- but insists she is currently three months sober.

The incident that led to the Rob Kardashian vs. Paparazzo arrest didn't appear to be a "joke" when it was happening ... because the photog told police, "He tried to kill me" ... and it's all caught on tape.

TMZ broke the story ... Rob was handcuffed and arrested early Sunday morning after chasing after a paparazzo and cornering him in a bong shop. Rob insisted he was just "joking" with the pap.

But new footage has surfaced ... which shows Rob was in a very heated argument with a super attractive female moments before the incident. It appears Rob gave chase to the pap AFTER he realized the argument was being recorded.

The pap ran to the nearby smoke shop to hide out ... but Rob spotted him and followed him inside. Cops saw the chase and darted inside the shop ... bursting into the store as Rob was closing in on the photog.

Once the pap sees the cops ... he yells out, "He's attacking me ... he chased me ... he tried to kill me." During the video, Rob never lays a hand on the pap.

The officers grabbed Rob and asked him why he was in the shop ... to which the reality star replied, "I'm shopping."

Kardashian was placed in handcuffs and warned, "Don't resist."

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Rob confirmed to cops that he gave chase because he "did not like the paparazzi filming him."

Drake is responsible for a MASSIVE cloud of pot smoke that shut down an Oklahoma City nightclub this month -- resulting in at least one arrest -- this according to the club owner ... who now wants the rapper to pay for his troubles.

The owner of Dollhouse Lounge in OKC just sent Drake and his manager a letter -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming the rapper asked him to open the nightclub just for him on Thursday March 1st to host a private party ... and it went off the rails.

According to the owner, Drake showed up with his massive entourage -- and when the party was in full swing, several Dollhouse employees noticed the smell of marijuana coming from Drake's VIP section.

The owner claims the party was shut down immediately -- and soon after, the Oklahoma City Police showed up to restore order and usher people out of the club.

While the cops were there, the owner claims they discovered a half-burnt marijuana cigarette in Drake's section -- and then ARRESTED the club manager ... after issuing her a ticket.

But the owner thinks it's BS his club is taking the blame -- because he'd never be in this mess if Drake never asked him to host a party. Now, he wants Drake to pay for all his trouble ... several thousand dollars worth ... or ELSE.
