Marcellus Wiley had a different legal issue facing him before he was arrested for domestic violence ... a bank sued him for allegedly failing to pay back a half-million-dollar loan.

According to the suit -- filed back in December 2025 -- Marcellus and his company, "Dat Dude Entertainment," took out a loan from Preferred Bank in May 2023 with the promise of paying it all back after one year.

The bank says it never got the money -- or any of the accrued interest payments it says it's owed ... despite agreeing to give Marcellus several extensions until December 2025 to pay it back.

Marcellus Wiley is calling his wife's allegations against him flat out false ... speaking out after Annemarie Wiley filed for divorce and obtained a temporary restraining order against him.

The former NFL star took to X on Tuesday to address the accusations in Annemarie's divorce filing, writing ... "I love my children with everything I am. My highest priority has always been protecting them and preserving the relationship they have with both of their parents."

He added ... "Because of the public allegations made against me by Annemarie, I have been forced to respond with evidence rather than emotion. More importantly, I owe it to my children to truthfully document what they and I have endured."

Annemarie Wiley is no longer in touch with her former 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' castmates ... but TMZ has learned that doesn't mean they've stopped caring about what she's going through amid her nasty divorce from Marcellus Wiley.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Annemarie gradually lost touch with her former castmates after exiting the Bravo series in 2024. She joined the show as Kyle Richards' friend and neighbor and also shared a friendly rapport with Erika Jayne during her lone season, though she often clashed with Sutton Stracke and Crystal Kung Minkoff.

We're told there hasn't been communication between Annemarie and her former 'RHOBH' castmates since her departure.

Taylor Swift cut New York taxpayers a fat check for her Madison Square Garden nuptials ... forking over $60,000 for a city permit on her wedding day, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Taylor and her wedding organizers paid to close 7th Avenue at MSG in Midtown Manhattan last Friday, when she tied the knot with Travis Kelce.

Our sources say Taylor wanted her star-studded guests to roll into MSG without worrying about NYC's famous gridlock traffic while being chauffeured to the event in their limos.

The website New York City Garbage is hawking garbage collected outside Madison Square Garden during the July 3rd bash ... and supplies are running low.

Among the trash being sold are $25 pieces of fabric, soda can tops, and even an AirPod ... all junk found on the NYC streets around the time of the wedding -- as close to the Garden as the seller could get.

Sources familiar with the divorce settlement tell TMZ ... Ryan and Kayla finalized their divorce on July 1 and, according to the agreement, Ryan will shell out $1,000 per month in child support for their three children.

We're told Kayla has primary custody, with the kids set to live with her for the vast majority of the year in Florida, where Kayla will keep the marital home in Gainesville.

Kristin alluded to a change in child custody during an appearance on the "Aspire with Emma Grede" podcast ... revealing she has primary custody of her three kids with ex-husband Jay Cutler despite the original 50/50 arrangement.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the late NHL star said in his will that he wanted to have his wife, Deborah Lemieux, appointed as the administrator of his estate.
