Sporting what appears to be a growing baby bump, the 29-year-old helped move furniture at her and hubby Tom Brady's Boston home on Tuesday.

Although Gisele or Tom have never said a word about a new Bun in the oven, the Brazilian stunner is reportedly due in December.

Though a clothing company has already spilled the beans about G's little secret, Tom Brady's lady has not officially announced she's pregnant ... not that an announcement even matters anymore.

Oksana Grigorieva, the chick who got knocked up by Mel, was on "GMA" this morning. She was booked solely for her singing prowess ... so the "journalist" said. We're sure that's because Oksana was a household name long before she hooked up with the King of Malibu.

Not a single question was asked about Mel, her relationship with him, his marriage, her out-of-wedlock pregnancy with a very religious man -- nothing. But good news -- they really focused on her singing!

Samantha told a throng of reporters, "Hi, I'm Samantha Burke" -- and then her lawyer read a brief statement before Samantha asked everyone to respect her privacy.

This is the mystery woman pregnant with Jude Law's baby #4.

We've learned her name is Samantha Burke, an actress and model. Our sources say DNA tests make it a slam dunk -- Jude's the daddy.

The actor's rep has confirmed the 36-year-old actor is expecting a fourth child with an ex-lover.

Law has three children with his ex-wife, Sadie Frost.

According to her online registry at Babies "R" Us, Burke's due date is October 6th... It says she's expecting a girl she will name Sophia.

Turns out Jude Law was making more than a movie in New York last year.

Law's rep confirms he is expecting kid #4 "following a relationship last year" -- adding Law was told by the birth mother the baby is due in the autumn.

His rep says he's no longer in a relationship with the woman but "intends to be a fully supportive part of the child's life."

Law divorced actress Sadie Frost back in 2003 -- they have three kids together.

TMZ has learned Kelis has finally given birth to her son with estranged hubby Nas -- and this time, he was allowed into the hospital to see 'em.

After nearly three days of labor, Kelis gave birth to son Knight Jones last night -- and while Nas was not in the delivery room, he was outside and he did get to see his baby.

As we first reported, Nas had tried to visit Kelis in the hospital while she was in labor the night before -- but was turned away because he was too wasted.

After a performance in NY last night -- where he told fans he was hammered off champagne -- Nas tried to roll by Kelis' hospital room around 1 AM this morning. But we're told Nas was turned away because he was too wasted.

Kelis, the singer behind that "Milkshake" song, is still in the hospital -- 24 hours into her labor!! We're told she still has not given birth to their son, Knight.

But there's still a major issue at hand -- sources close to the situation tell TMZ the bill for Kelis' hospital stay has not yet been paid -- and because the soon-to-be-exes are still fighting over child support and baby expenses, it's unclear if Nas will fork over the cash for the cost of the baby.

We'll see if he steps up to the plate...

There's a damn good reason Kelis is skipping out on today's scheduled court date to fight Nas for child support and baby and prenatal expenses -- she's giving birth right now!!!

TMZ has learned the singer is currently in labor, about to deliver a brand new baby boy.

We also know rapper Nas -- the baby daddy -- is definitely not by her side.

The two were scheduled to battle over expenses. She says he's paid nothing. Nas claims he's paid some.

But the big question -- will Nas actually have the stones to show up to court and argue against his baby mama while she's pushing out their child?!

UPDATE: Nas' lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, just told us Nas is in New York for the birth of the baby and he is now "rushing to the hospital to be with her."

Our shopping spies say they spotted the supermodel looking for duds at Petit Trésor Baby Boutique on Robertson Blvd. in L.A. two weeks ago ... she ended up buying a few items of the pink persuasion.
