Warren Sapp says allegations he drunkenly bowled over a woman at a Super Bowl party on January 30, 2015 are completely bogus ... claiming the accuser is lying through her teeth.

The woman suing Sapp is Paula Trickey -- an actress who's appeared in "Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2" and "The O.C."

According to her suit, filed in Broward County, FL ... Trickey claims a drunk Sapp was being kicked out of an ESPN Super Bowl party in Scottsdale, AZ around 1 AM when he began running through the crowd and slammed into her.

Trickey claims she suffered serious injuries in the collision including "significant and permanent loss of bodily functions." She's demanding more than $15k.

Trickey told the Miami Herald, "There are places in my body I didn’t know existed that are still hurting two years later."

But Sapp says the allegations are untrue -- and issued a statement on Twitter saying, "On Jan. 30 2015 I was at the JBL/Harmon private event where I was scheduled to introduce Pitbull."

Sapp added, "It's impossible to be @ 2 places at 1 time."

Good news, bad news for Jimmy Snuka ... a judge has dismissed the murder charge against him -- but only because she thinks the ex-wrestler is too mentally gone to stand trial.

Snuka's legal team had argued that he had terminal cancer and only had months to live ... and also suffers from such a bad case of dementia that he doesn't realize he's been charged with murder.

Prosecutors had claimed Snuka was faking the dementia to get out of the case.

But Tuesday, the Lehigh County judge officially sided with Snuka's camp -- ruling the wrestler is still incompetent and she's convinced he will not regain competency and "that it would be unjust to resume the prosecution."

Sony has been hacked again -- this time a high-profile cyber attacker hijacked the company's music page and declared Britney Spears dead ... but don't worry, she's fine.

Twitter freaked out Monday morning when the official Sony Music Global page posted a tweet that claimed Britney "is dead by accident. We will tell you more soon."

A follow-up tweet memorialized her life.

Minutes later, new tweets appeared by OurMine Security -- saying Sony's account had been compromised and Britney was alive and well.

But OurMine has a major connection to high-profile hacking cases -- they've reportedly hacked Mark Zuckerberg and Google's Sundar Pichai ... while warning they were just "testing your security."

OurMine also reportedly hacked Netflix earlier this month.

Bottom line -- Britney's alive and someone should hire the people at OurMine before Russia does.

Odell Beckham Jr. is throwing more shade at the NFL -- claiming the league fined him $18,000 for rocking special Craig Sager tribute cleats against the Lions this weekend.

OBJ revealed the fine on DeSean Jackson's Instagram page -- after the Redskins star complained about being fined for wearing special edition cleats on Monday Night Football.

Beckham commented on the post saying, "Don't worry I got fined 18k for Craig Sager cleats that were auction off the cleats to the highest bidder and donating the proceeds to his cancer research."

He added, "18k like it's nothin to them, no warning to take them off or anything , noTHING!"

To be clear, Odell was personally auctioning off the cleats to benefit the Sager Strong foundation.
