Aniston is certainly no stranger to hardship after battling through her high-profile split from Brad Pitt just last year, so was the queen of "The Break Up" giving Hudson some consoling after a recent split from husband of six years Chris Robinson? One can only speculate.

Last week, the adult film star revealed she was dating Dave Navarro after separating from her husband, who co-starred with her in porn flicks. Navarro recently separated from his wife, Carmen Electra.

Apparently, a hit show wasn't the only thing "Everybody Loves Raymond" star Brad Garrett separated from last year. In a bombshell confession to USA Today, Emmy winner Brad Garrett revealed he has secretly divorced from his wife of 7 years, Jill Diven.

The 46 year old actor claims he and Diven worked together to ensure news of their split stayed under the radar. In fact, Garrett says he kept both his co-workers and his parents out of the loop. Despite the break, Garrett claims he and Diven are still on good terms, even referring to his ex as "an extraordinary woman" and "the greatest mom in the world."

They have two children, Max, 7, and Hope, 6.

"Our No. 1 focus is our kids and parenting," Garrett tells the paper. "We will always be friends because we will never be single parents. We will always be two parents."

Still, he says, "You can't stay together for the kids, because kids know everything. Sure, it's daunting to have Daddy move out, but when he's back two days later, and he gives Mom a hug, and everyone goes to lunch - that's what it's about."

Diven tells USA Today that she has "nothing but positive things to say about Brad. We both realized we're best friends, and we're always going to be best friends. People grow apart. We could do the 'he said-she said' thing, but that's not us."

Charlie Sheen does not have to stay clear of Denise Richards anymore.

The estranged couple have agreed to terminate the restraining order which prohibited Sheen from coming within 300 yards from Richards and their two daughters. Sheen was allowed to visit his young girls only one day a week and with supervision. The order was issued after Richards alleged that Sheen threatened her and engaged in a panoply of unsavory behavior, allegations Sheen denied.

As the couple's divorce proceeding winds through the process, the two celebs will now try to reach agreement on child custody. They will also try to hammer out a property settlement agreement. We're told the stumbling block is who gets what for the lucrative syndication money Sheen will get for his hit show "Two and a Half Men."

The pair wed on New Year's Eve 2000. They have a son, Ryder Russell, who was born on January 7, 2004.

In a statement to TMZ, Hudson's rep Brad Cafarelli said "Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson have confirmed that they are separated."

Brody Jenner says he's not sure how he feels about being single, since he's only recently held that status for one day.

TMZ caught up with Brody Thursday night, outside Hollywood hot spot Hyde. Although reports surfaced about the split last week, Brody says he broke up with "It Girl" Kristin Cavallari on Wednesday. He said the break-up is "private" but he gamely stood outside the club and answered a few questions.

Carmen Electra has officially filed for divorce from her husband of almost three years rocker Dave Navarro.

The two announced their separation on July 17 and according to the court documents officially separated on July 18.

The sexy couple documented their November 2003 nuptials in the MTV reality series "Til Death Do Us Part: Carmen + Dave."

Electra is currently filming the movie "I Want Candy," and Navarro serves as a judge on the CBS reality series "Rock Star: Supernova." Navarro is now dating adult film star Jenna Jameson.

Alfonso Ribeiro, best known for roles on hit shows "Silver Spoons" and "Fresh Prince of Bel Air," filed for divorce Wednesday from his wife of four years, Robin. He cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

The couple married in January 2002 and have one child together, Sienna, 3.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Ribeiro is seeking joint legal custody of the couple's daughter, with physical custody going to his wife. The documents also outline the couple's visitation plans; alternate weekends and Wednesday afternoons.

"One of the security people inside called the police," according to Mills' spokesperson Phil Hall. "They turned up and she went off for a drive around the block with the kid."

Mills had arrived at the home with two-year-old daughter Beatrice, the couple's only child. "She was laughing about it," Hall said, when asked about newspaper reports that Mills was angry at being locked out.

Hall did confirm, however, that McCartney had frozen their joint bank account and had sent a "legal letter" to his wife to complain after three bottles of cleaning fluid were taken from his Sussex home to clean Mills' nearby office.

Tommy Lee must really hate traffic: The pilot of a helicopter that Lee had ferry him from his Hollywood Hills home to a concert in Irvine, Calif. was charged today by the Los Angeles City Attorney with landing an aircraft on a public road, and two other charges besides.

On July 7, the Air Support Division of the Los Angeles Police Department responded to reports of a helicopter hovering above a residence in the Hollywood Hills. The officers tried to contact the helicopter pilot David Keith Martz, 49, but the helicopter landed on a public street and the pilot entered a residence. Mötley Crüe drummer Lee was seen coming out with two other passengers and the aircraft departed to the southeast to take them to the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Irvine, where Nine Inch Nails were performing, and returned two hours later.

LA City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo charged Martz with one count of reckless operation of an aircraft, one count of landing an aircraft on a public road, and one count of landing an aircraft without a permit. It is illegal in California to land a helicopter on the street. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of six months in jail and/or a $1000 fine.

Maura Tierney, a star of "ER" and "NewsRadio," filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years, citing irreconcilable differences.

In court papers filed in Los Angeles, Tierney said she and husband Billy Morrissette have been separated since March 7. Morrissette has been in a string of minor film and television roles, including gigs on "Vegas Vacation" and "Mad About You."

Chris Cornell recently announced he'll be doing the theme song for the next James Bond movie. The announcement stirred some lingering rumors about a possible Audioslave break-up.

Cornell reportedly addressed the rumors to VH1:

"We hear rumors that Audioslave is breaking up all the time. "Even in the beginning, when we were having business problems, and we weren't necessarily going to be a band, we were still going to put out a record. We made a record and we loved it. I think that's where it starts - the idea that we sort of started on shaky ground. "You would hope that by now, putting out our third record, people wouldn't be thinking that way or be worried about it. But it comes up. I always just ignore it."

I like this band. I love Cornell's voice. But, sometimes I want them to take the gloves off and rock out a little more. Maybe they do that live? I haven't seen them yet. Maybe some benevolent PR person will hook me up for the next tour so I can get a different viewpoint... Meanwhile they do show some rockin' promise on "Original Fire" the first single from their new record "Revelations," which hists stores September 5th. You can listen to the song on their website.

Beware the wrath of Janice Dickinson. The self-proclaimed "World's First Supermodel" had a few choice words for Christie Brinkley's estranged husband at a polo match over the weekend.

Dickinson did not hold back saying, "Being a supermodel along with Christie back in the day, my heart goes out to Christie and her family and her children for that slob, slovenly rat bastard husband of hers. How dare he. How dare he, you pig. That's all I have to say."

Luckily for us, that wasn't all she had to say, as she continued to go off on Cook and his mistress, 19 year old Diana Bianchi. "I think she's [Bianchi] an opportunist ... Rule #1, you stay away from married men. I just think that's a very naughty thing to do to a sweet lady."

Even harder is staying friends, well, after the love has faded.

Demi Moore and Bruce Willis were married for 11 years and despite divorcing in 1998, have remained very good friends. The former couple's three daughters keep this Hollywood extended family very close. Bruce even showed up to support Demi at the premiere of her 2003 film "Charlie's Angels 2: Full Throttle." And when Demi married Ashton Kutcher last year she put Willis at the top of the guest list. Regarding Demi and Ashton, Bruce was quoted as saying "We hang out. He's a pretty cool guy. I love Demi, we are still friends. I wish her nothing but the best and much happiness." Looks like Demi has "A Few Good Men" in her life.

Before she allegedly began an affair with Christie Brinkley's now estranged husband Peter Cook, 19 year-old Diana Bianchi had aspirations of becoming a singer.

TMZ has unearthed some video footage of Bianchi from two years ago performing "Open Arms" at an amateur night competition in the Hamptons.

In the video she says, "I'm a singer/pianist and I don't really have a CD coming out right now but I've been working around usually just places like these trying to promote myself and get people to know me." Well, it seems everyone knows her now, especially after her explosive interview this week with WNYW, the FOX affiliate in New York.

Samantha Cole, yet another singer, has also come forward with similar claims of Cook's infidelity.

1) Jim Has Just GOTTA KNOW: What is the current relationship between Katie Holmes and her parents? Has she been allowed to associate with them?

After the birth of baby Suri, many rumors spread about the relationship between Katie and fiancé Tom Cruise and her folks Martin and Kathleen Holmes. Gossip columns also speculated that her parents might not attend their Scientology marriage ceremony because of their devout Catholic beliefs. However, sources close to Katie tell TMZ that the relationship between Ms. Holmes and her parents "has always been and remains a very close and loving one." 2) Alex Has Just GOTTA KNOW: Is it true that Russell and Kimora Lee Simmons are headed for a divorce?

March was the month in which Def Jam co-founder Russell Simmons and wife Kimora Lee Simmons officially announced they were going to split, and it seems as if reconciliation isn't in the near future. The former ladies' man was spotted opening the door for and escorting a young blonde into a New York City (club?) last week.
