Early this morning in a Florida courtroom, Hulk and Linda Bollea finally agreed to a final settlement over their assets -- however the terms of the deal are not being released to the media.

On his way out of court, Hulk told the cameras, "I'm a free man."

Kelis just hit the jackpot in court today -- a judge awarded her a ton of money in her bitter divorce battle with estranged hubby Nas.

A judge decided Nas has to pay Kelis $55,000 a month in combined spousal and child support plus the mortgage on their L.A. residence.

Nas also has to pay Kelis -- who gave birth last night to the couple's only child -- for the baby nurse, prenatal expenses and medical insurance.

The rapper also has to pay $35,000 to his worst nightmare -- Kelis' lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser.

TMZ has learned Kelis has finally given birth to her son with estranged hubby Nas -- and this time, he was allowed into the hospital to see 'em.

After nearly three days of labor, Kelis gave birth to son Knight Jones last night -- and while Nas was not in the delivery room, he was outside and he did get to see his baby.

As we first reported, Nas had tried to visit Kelis in the hospital while she was in labor the night before -- but was turned away because he was too wasted.

All painful, dirty, drawn-out divorces must come to an end -- we're told Linda and Hulk Hogan's bitter split is finally about to be over.

Sources close to the case tell us they've begun negotiations and a settlement could be announced as early as next week.

After that, we'll never, ever, ever have to talk about Linda Hogan again.

Barry Bonds' wife has filed to dismiss her legal papers requesting a legal separation.

Liz Watson filed for separation June 5. Bonds and Watson were married in 1998. They have one daughter together.

In Hollywood, nothing -- even separation -- lasts forever.

There's a damn good reason Kelis is skipping out on today's scheduled court date to fight Nas for child support and baby and prenatal expenses -- she's giving birth right now!!!

TMZ has learned the singer is currently in labor, about to deliver a brand new baby boy.

We also know rapper Nas -- the baby daddy -- is definitely not by her side.

The two were scheduled to battle over expenses. She says he's paid nothing. Nas claims he's paid some.

But the big question -- will Nas actually have the stones to show up to court and argue against his baby mama while she's pushing out their child?!

UPDATE: Nas' lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, just told us Nas is in New York for the birth of the baby and he is now "rushing to the hospital to be with her."

Nas has fired back in his bitter divorce case with Kelis claiming he's paid her more than she says and he makes less than she thinks.

For starters, Kelis claims Nas raked in $11 million for his album deal. Nas fired back in legal papers, "I did not receive even half that amount"... claiming it's more like $4 mil. Nas claims his income is declining, and he's only pulling in $147,165 a month.

As for what he spends ... $71,371.96 a month, which includes $10,000 a month in clothing/hair/toiletries/personal effects.

Kelis, who is about to give birth to their child, claims Nas hasn't paid a penny for child or spousal support since he left her. Nas, who says he wants to be "fully involved" in the parenting of their child, claims he's agreed to pay $350 for a stroller, $450 for a baby sling and $1,598 for two cribs.

Nas thinks $5,000 a month is reasonable for child support since the kid will just be a newborn.

Debbie Matenopoulos and Jay Faires' divorce is never gonna end -- and it's all over their $4.3 million house.

In papers filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Jay is begging the court for permission to sell their L.A. home because he can't keep up with the mortgage payments, property taxes and other expenses.

Arquette filed for divorce back in January, citing irreconcilable differences -- apparently they were, in fact, reconcilable. She filed legal docs today asking that the divorce petition be dismissed.

And Patricia's change of heart is a good thing for Thomas: Arquette was repped by disso-queen Laura Wasser -- which means he would have been on food stamps by the time she was done with him.

We've just learned David Alan Grier's wife has filed for divorce.

According to the docs, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Christine Kim cited irreconcilable differences. The two were married in July of '07 -- they have a 1-year-old daughter together.

If you remember back to December of '07, we got David busting out of a club while Christine was at home, 7 months pregnant. Not that his divorce has anything to do with that ... we're just saying.

Jane Kaczmarek is making a power grab for her three kids -- this according to divorce papers she filed against her husband of 16 years, actor Bradley Whitford.

In Jane's response to Bradley's filing, she checked the little box saying she wants full physical custody of the kiddies.
