Toni Braxton's Sister My Philandering Husband Needs to Pay Up!

Published | Updated

"Braxton Family Values" star Trina Braxton has some cold, hard thinking to do after her estranged husband cheated on her -- and she wants him to cough up some cold, hard cash while she does it.

Trina -- Toni Braxton's younger sis -- separated from her husband Gabriel Adrian-Solis back in October 2011 after eight years of marriage. Gabe has admitted to "infidelities" with numerous women, but has previously said he "never had sexual intercourse with another woman."

Trina recently filed for legal separation and in the docs, she's asking a judge to order Gabe to pony up an unspecified amount of money.

Interestingly, Trina says there is currently no plan for the couple to divorce and she'd actually like to work things out.

Gabe has yet to respond to the petition.

Published | Updated

Former "Nip/Tuck" star Dylan Walsh is officially divorced from his ex-wife -- but guy shoulda signed a pre-nup ... because the split's gonna cost him half of pretty much everything, including his "Nip/Tuck" money.

The divorce decree was signed by a judge last week -- and according to the divorce docs, Walsh agreed to pay his actress ex-wife Joanna Going half of his royalties from "Nip/Tuck," a couple movies, an "SVU" episode, and more.

Meanwhile, Going agreed to pay him half of her royalties from work she did during their marriage -- including acting work on random shows like "CSI," and "Criminal Minds."

Since Walsh made out with more than Going, Walsh also agreed to ante up an extra $118,376 to even out the spoils.

As for their 9-year-old daughter -- Walsh and Going have agreed to split legal custody.

Walsh -- who makes $93,000 per episode on his new show "Unforgettable" -- has agreed to pay roughly $4,300 from each paycheck in child support. Oh yeah, he also has to pay a boat load of spousal support until 2015.

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher Divorce Hang Up Is OVER MONEY

Published | Updated

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher don’t have kids to argue over so money has become the default source of conflict ... ironic since both of them are loaded.

Sources very familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the sticking point in the divorce has been that Demi wanted the same type of settlement from Ashton that she got from Bruce Willis. We do not know the details of the Willis-Moore settlement, but sources tell us she scored big time.

Demi is FAR richer than Ashton -- the value of her New York Apartment alone is around $25 mil.

As TMZ first reported, Ashton waited for more than a year before filing for divorce Friday because he wanted to give Demi the dignity of doing it first ... but she never pulled the trigger. Other sources say Demi was waiting for a financial resolution.

What’s curious is that filing for divorce earlier would have made more sense ... because they still have to wait six months before the divorce is final.

One final thing. Our sources say Demi is "genuinely happy" now and has no regrets about moving on.

Jane Fonda & Ted Turner Give Peace a Chance

Published | Updated

Jane Fonda had an interesting guest at her birthday dinner last night ... Ted Turner ... the same guy she DIVORCED more than a decade ago ... and TMZ has the video to prove it.

Fonda -- along with her BF Richard Perry -- was celebrating birthday number 75 at Craig's in West Hollywood ... and for some reason, ex-husband #3 got a spot at the table.

In fact, Fonda and Turner even left together in the same car (don't worry, Perry was in the car too).

Fonda and Turner's ten-year marriage ended in 2001 ... after Jane converted to Christianity without discussing the move with her husband first. Ted said he was hurt by the fact she would make such a big life decision without including him.

But the two reunited at a charity event back in October -- with Jane announcing that Ted was her "favorite ex-husband" ... adding, "I love you. I respect you. I admire you.”

Kelsey and Camille DIVORCE FINALLY SETTLED

Published | Updated

The epic divorce fight between Kelsey and Camille Grammer is finally over ... they have finally settled their dispute over money and custody ... TMZ has learned.

Sources closely connected to the couple tell TMZ ... the property and custody agreement was hammered out and signed by both Kelsey and Camille. And, it's a long time coming. Camille filed for divorce in July, 2010 and the divorce became final in February, 2011.

The former couple fought bitterly over custody and money for nearly 2 years. They have around $60 million in assets, which includes 3 homes.

One big victory for Camille -- as we first reported, Kelsey had their Beverly Hills home taken off the market so he could live in it and Camille fiercely objected. We've learned under the settlement, the Bev Hills house will now be either sold or leased. If you're in the market, you can snag it for $15,995,000.

All bad things must come to an end.

As for Ben -- Death Cab ain't exactly a garage band.

Evelyn and Chad both appeared in a Florida courtroom ... where Evelyn asked the judge to drop the restraining order that was placed against him after she told police he headbutted her during an argument.

After the incident, Evelyn quickly filed for divorce from Chad -- after just one month of marriage.

Chad has been on a tour of contrition on TV and the Internet ever since ... apologizing left and right ... and admitting he has an anger problem. Chad also revealed that he's getting professional help to deal with his rage issues.

During the court hearing, the judge asked Evelyn if she had been threatened or coerced into making the request to drop the order ... to which she replied, "No."

The judge also asked if she was afraid of Chad ... and she also replied, "No."

The judge granted Evelyn's request.
