Ralphie May's children are about to be right in the path of a massive typhoon that's already killed dozens -- or so he believes, which is why he rushed to court to block his estranged wife's vacay plans.

Ralphie's ex, Lahna Turner, was planning to take their 2 kids to China from July 9-18 for what she called an "educational trip." Ralphie wasn't down with that because he says Lahna's been interfering with his custodial parenting time.

The comedian also busted out meteorology to sway the court -- referencing super typhoon Nepartak. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, he said the storm was on track to hit Shanghai during the vacation.

The court sided with Ralphie and put the kibosh on the Lahna's plans.

Probably for the best ... Nepartak destroyed Taiwan last Thursday, killing more than 20 people, and then headed toward mainland China.

Tyrese has buried the hatchet in his custody war with ex-wife Norma, and he says the catalyst for peace was the #BlackLivesMatter movement.

Tyrese tells us last week's horrendous events had a huge impact on both of them, and they had a long, heartfelt talk for the first time in memory ... about all the hatred in this country. They realized by waging war with each other, they were part of the problem.

Tyrese feels strongly ... black families need to band together, and the place to start is home.

As we've reported, it got so bad beteween the 2 Tyrese was accusing Norma of planning to disappear with their 9-year-old daughter, Shayla.

Things have changed in a big way in the last few days. Tyrese posted a picture Monday with Norma and Shayla where they were all smiles.

As for the future, Tyrese insists this doesn't mean he's getting back with Norma ... it's about putting their differences aside to co-parent Shayla, and it's working.

Lamar Odom is a vagabond without a home, after Khloe kicked him out of the Calabasas rental.

As we reported, Khloe rented the $25k a month home for Lamar just blocks from hers, soon after he OD'd in Vegas last year. She wanted to be near him to help in his recovery.

Well, the last straw was dropped last month after family members found a crack pipe on the property.

We're told Khloe threw Lamar out of the 6,400 square foot pad. The lease is up at the end of the month and we're told she won't renew.

TMZ broke the story ... Khloe filed for divorce in May ... for a second time.

As for Lamar ... we're told he's going from house to house, staying with friends in the Valley.

Lamar Odom just filed his response to Khloe Kardashian's divorce petition ... and it shows the exes are lockstep when it comes to this breakup.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Lamar lists the exact same date of separation as Khloe did -- December 13, 2013. Ditto for court's ability to award spousal support to the other. As we reported, our sources say they have a prenup.

They even agree each will pay for their own attorneys, a rarity in Hollywood divorces.

Gwen Stefani closed the final chapter on her 13-year marriage to Gavin Rossdale by legally changing her last name back to Stefani.

A judge gave approval last week for Gwen to restore her maiden name. She had legally changed it to Rossdale after the couple tied the knot in 2002.

Their divorce was finalized in April -- after Gavin had been allegedly caught cheating with their nanny.

Gwen still went by Stefani when it came to her stage name, which was a good move in the end.

The multi-million dollar guitar famously owned by Kurt Cobain -- the last one he played before killing himself -- is at the center of Frances Bean Cobain's nasty divorce.

Frances' estranged hubby, Isaiah Silva, claims she gave him Kurt's Martin D-18E as a wedding present. It's the same instrument the Nirvana frontman famously strummed during his epic "MTV Unplugged" performance.

The acoustic-electric is something of a holy grail for Nirvana fans. For starters, only about 300 were made before Martin discontinued the model. Kurt, who was left-handed, had the bridge and nut replaced so he could play it upside down.

Frances denies giving Isaiah the guitar, and wants it back, with good reason. It was once insured for $1 million and experts now think it's worth several million bucks.

We got Courtney Love at LAX Tuesday, who squarely sided with her daughter, essentially saying Isaiah's a scammer.

"Airplane!" and 'The Naked Gun' writer/director David Zucker filed for divorce from his wife Danielle ... but he says all is still fine and dandy between the two.

David submitted the docs earlier this week but he tells us it was a long time coming ... the couple has been separated for nearly 10 years. That's not all ... David says he and Danielle live just a few houses away from each other and routinely have family meals with their two kids.

As for why they've finally decided to call it quits -- David says they both knew it was time to officially move on -- but they'll still keep a friendly relationship.

According to the divorce docs, David's asking for physical custody of their teenagers -- a boy and a girl -- but surely wants to share legal custody with Danielle.

Johnny Depp has gone from calling Amber Heard the love of his life to the scum of the earth ... all with a simple tattoo alteration.

Depp inked his arm in Amber last year, shortly after they married. He inked the knuckles on his right hand, "SLIM" ... her nickname.

Kevin McKidd -- who plays Dr. Owen Hunt on "Grey's Anatomy" -- is getting a real-life MD ... Marital Dissolution ... and the family band is probably a goner.

Kevin's wife, Jane McKidd, has filed for divorce just weeks before their 17th anniversary. It was apparent the marriage was coming to an end -- they separated back in October.

Jane is asking for joint custody of their teenage kids, and she wants spousal support.

As for the band ... it was very Partridge Family. Jane played bass, the kids played piano and drums ... it's unclear what Kevin did in the group.

Lisa Marie Presley filed for divorce in part because she believes her husband has played fast and loose with her money.

TMZ broke the story, Lisa Marie filed divorce docs Friday to end her 12 year marriage to Michael Lockwood. Her lawyer, Ron Litz, says Michael ran the finances during their marriage and she didn't monitor any of it, including the Elvis money that came in.

We're told when the relationship started getting rocky, she noticed things ... in particular an enormous American Express bill ... more than $109,000. Shortly after she spotted the charge, AmEx sued her.

We're told Lisa Marie's legal team has now opened a forensic audit to determine where all the money went during their marriage.

As we reported, the couple had a postnup. We're told that document makes it clear ... all the Elvis money is hers.

We made several attempts to reach Michael, with no luck.

Dennis Quaid and his wife are heading for divorce for the second time ... TMZ has learned.

Kimberly Quaid filed the divorce petition Tuesday in L.A. according to Dennis, who was working in Vancouver on his show Crackle's "The Art of More" at the time, but it's clear this was NOT a blindside. In a joint statement, Dennis and Kimberly tell TMZ ... "After careful consideration, we have decided to end our 12 year marriage. The decision was made amicably and with mutual respect toward one another."

Kimberly first called things off back in March of 2012 ... only to change her mind a couple months later and withdraw the divorce filing.

Dennis and Kimberly have been married since 2004. They made it through tragedy when their twins were born in 2007 at Cedars Sinai, and staffers mistakenly gave the infants a near fatal dose of Heparin.

Sources connected to the couple tell us much of the split has been sorted out already -- including the divvying up of assets -- and they plan to share custody of their now 8 year-old kids, Thomas and Zoe.

WNBA superstar Brittney Griner is officially out of one of the WORST marriages ever -- because a judge just finalized her divorce from Glory Johnson ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Griner and Johnson -- both WNBA players -- got married back in May 2015 ... right after they were both arrested for domestic violence for attacking each other in their Arizona home.

The marriage lasted only 28 days before Brittney pulled the plug ... while Johnson was pregnant with twins! Griner claimed Johnson was cheating on her with an ex-boyfriend.

Johnson had claimed they both agreed to parent the children -- and demanded financial support.

A judge saw it Glory's way and ordered Griner to fork over $2,516 per month PER KID in child support ... PLUS another $2,835 per month to pay for daycare services.

Griner will NOT have to pay spousal support.

So, that's it ... it's over.

Mariah Carey has been coy about when she might marry James Packer ... but we're told they now want to seal the deal as soon as the ink is dry on her final divorce docs.

As we've been reporting, Mariah has been pushing Nick Cannon to sign the papers for more than a year, but he won't do it. We're told he hasn't made any money or custody demands ... that's been a done deal for a long time. Mariah's people believe Nick's lawyers are dragging it out for as long as possible.

James has already divorced his wife, so all that's left is Mimi. And one other thing ... our sources say they will have a prenup, but it's unclear if that's been signed.

That said, they want to marry ASAP. Realistically it probably won't happen until August at the earliest, when she wraps up her Vegas gig. They've planned to sail on James' yacht for a month off the coast of Capri, which would be a pretty perfect spot to tie the knot.

As for Nick, if you believe his freestyle, he'll finally sign.
